West Atlanta encompasses a swath of residential neighborhoods set between the Chattahoochee and the Perimeter. An extension of the Westside, West Atlanta is seeing a lot of attention from potential residents and developers alike. This vibrant area has an amazing mix of charming houses and dense tree coverage that belies its proximity to one of the biggest cities in the country.
With so much space to enjoy outside the city, West Atlanta delights with a plenty of parks and green spaces in addition to the Chattahoochee that forms its western border. Between the parks you’ll find modest shopping centers like Cascade Crossing Plaza. With plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, you won’t have to venture far. If the nightlife is calling your name, however, Downtown Atlanta is just nine miles away.

Do not move in these apartments. Yes, the pics look nice but the products and materials are very cheap and hard to keep. The Maintenance barely know what they are doing and they take forever to get things done. The office staff are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They make up charges for services that you don’t have or don’t use. I promise you will regret moving into here.

Great place. Been here for eight months and have had very few complaints. I had Very hesitant to move here at first because of some in the bad reviews below but the new management assured me that with the new staff, it is a totally different place. They were right. Very clean and close to everything you need.

Got a remodeled apartment and loved it. Gotta move now for work but I would recommend it to anybody. The office staff is helpful and I didn't need much maintenance so it' shard to say. Gonna miss my cute apartment.
If you don’t want to live with roaches and have to close ALL the vents in your apartment to keep them out and have pest control spray every other week then don’t move here... Maintenance is terrible as well, they take forever to come and then don’t actually fix anything correctly... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
The employees are nice but it takes forever to get anything fixed. The leasing office workers write work orders down on any scrap paper that is lying around. My kitchen ceiling had water damage from the 3rd floor apartment improper washing machine connection. The leasing office ordered for my ceiling to be painted to cover the brown water damage stains instead of actually fixing the problem. The stains came back plus my laundy room and 2nd bedroom has stains on the ceiling too. The paint is cracking where the water damage is and I'm afraid my ceiling will cave in at any moment.
I really like having the security guards on the premises, and in general I feel the staff is doing a good job managing the property.
Seeing done progress but neighborhood is rough, a lot of kids hang out in the breezeway, noisy neighbors & is not very clean. The residents are nice though. Staff isn't very organized or professional. Can be rude at times or lose track of paper work. Gates don't always work for security & water bill is high for no reason.
I've been living here for almost a month now and I love it. I have a roommate and we haven't had any problems so far. We plan to continue living here for a while although the rent is kind of high for us. We're college students that don't get many hours of work, but we're hanging in there.
Honestly I thought Because it is in a not so good area that it would be chaotic and break ins but the security here is awesome and I was wrong I really do like it and it is absolutely affordable I recommend ed this to friends and people who have enough income it really is great and have excellent amenities -SamariaK.
I have to see that my apartment community is pretty nice, appearance wise. However, there are some challenges that I have faced in my 2 years of residency. The maintenance is not up to par as you can expect to wait months for a request to be fulfilled (if not ever). I've had some maintenance conditions that were considered urgent but not taken care of for months at a time. The prices are swiftly skyrocketing and the water bills are that of a king-size mansion (even if your barely home). I have say that I do not wish to renew another lease here. Its nice that the staff maintains the upkeep of the community's outside but residents are not exactly paying for what they get inside. With paying close to $1000 per month, I would like to have my running toilet fixed in less than a month.
love the Cascade Area! The preserve at cascade apartments are large spacious units with accent walls in dining area, Full kitchen area with large laundry room inside unit plus laundry room on property! A plus!! large living are open to dining area. large patio with spacious storage closet, Spacious bathroom with sizable closet for clothing. Gated community, very large pool, computer room/classrooms, large exercise gym. Property is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and pharmacy, Great place and area to live, Minutes from Airport..
