Villas at Sonterra is a quiet and peaceful community.
Villas at Sonterra Is a wonderful place to raise a family and live. Stone Oak area is a great place to work if you have the opportunity to do so. The management and maintenance go above and beyond for the community. It’s clean well maintained..... I’ve live here 6 months and enjoy my place of residence :0)
All the staff & maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I have lived here for 3 years and I have never had any complaints.
Great place to live I Have my wife,son and dog here . Everyone around here is friendly I like that they have an onsite officer and maintenance, so all of our needs get taken care off pretty quick. staff is pretty cool too they have a lot of food in there events i lived down the street in another apartment Night and day in comparison to how happy i am here.
Was here for 3 years. Never had any complaints, changed jobs so I had to move closer to my new job.
We loved our time here! Very quiet community. Maintenance was always very responsive. We are purchasing a home other wise we would still be here.
