Villas at Spring Hill

I applied with a special rate and I got approved. I was on the waiting list. It appears a new person has started or new management now they will not honor the previous price. And will not refund me my application fee. Seems very sketchy would not recommend.

I absolutely love it here. The staff is excellent. My move in process was easy and fast. I couldn’t be more happier where I live.

I have lived in Florida for eight years and this complex has been my favorite place to be. I wish I had found them sooner. Sonia is an angel to work with and the entire maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to help with anything. I am blessed to have wonderful neighbors and a great community! Denise

I called today asking about to rent. 1 1 bed, 2 2 bed, and 1 3 bed all were listed as available now. I called she said we do not have anything. If someone sees something they come in and if they like it, then they buy it. Okay, i understand that, but if someone buys it take it off your website. She said we have a 2 bed, 2.5 bath available May 15th. OH, that helps me out so much , as today is 3/26/19. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE !!!!! i had to rate it one star because their is nothing under that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things are very different these days. Management is no longer open and friendly. Sad.

I’ve been living here for 8 months and I am very happy . The office and maintenance staff are all very nice . When I had something wrong they took care of it right away . Neighbors are very nice and respectful. I also have a small dog and the dog park is wonderful . It’s also nice to walk my dog around , everyone is friendly and when I stop in the office with him , they even gave him a treat :) The pool is nice and everything is maintained well . This is a great place to live !!! Very happy

I have been living here at Villas At Spring Hill for 5 years and the office staff has been great along with maint. personal.They have been there when I needed Any thing done. You could not have a better Staff. I would highley recommend this complex to any one.. I will be renewing my lease in Feb.I do not plan on moving to a different complex. I am happy with the way the staff Has been there for me.

Been here just over a year and renewed. The staff is friendly and helpful anytime I call. If needed I never had to wait for service from the equally friendly maintance team. After downsizing from a home I had some concerns about noise and possible privacy issue. I have to say it is quiet in here and never have had an issue. Very pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. They have recently stepped up their game with better maintaining the grounds but even that was not a huge problem. I only hope for possible improvement on seeding or sodding the lawns and replacing some hedges on some townhouses/apartments where needed. Recommend two friends who now reside here.

There is not "gated entry." We have people from outside the community come and use all our amenities. AND, when you complain to management, they tell you to police it yourself. This place is a joke. We pay rent for certain amenities and certain protections and NO ONE protects those rights. Management only cares about collecting rent and that's it. AND I hope they see this. The jacuzzi has been broken for nearly 2 years. Management keeps making promises, but it's a load of crap. Tenants have asked for gates to prevent outsiders from entering, but owners are too cheap and neglect our concerns. Cheap, cheap, cheap.

The pool is broken, the jacuzzi has been broken for almost 2 years, they allow gangs of children to totally trash the place, strangers bring van loads of people to use the pool, the cameras don't work, and we keep getting promises. Management is a total waste and a group of liars.

When we first moved here we came sight unseen! We were a little worried, but after talking to the Manager, Michele, we felt relieved. After living here for two years, my wife and I could not have asked for a better place to live. The management, Michele and Sonia, as well as the maintenance staff was more than we could have hoped for. If a problem occurs, we call the office and get it resolved within the same day most times. To me they are what keeps people renewing their lease. If you are looking for a place that is safe and a nice apartment, and great facilities, including a beautiful pool, this is the place. ps..They work so hard they deserve a raise! I have been here for a year now and I just renewed my lease. Going from a home to a townhome has been an adjustment but I couldn't have found a more perfect place. The residents are friendly, the staff is great and the place is perfect for me to take the next journey in my life. I looked at quite a few places a year ago before deciding that the Villas at Spring Hill was the place for me. If your looking for a place that has everything you need then look no further because this is a place where you not only live but a place you can call home!

I have been living here for over a year and love it! After moving to Florida and finding several income restricted properties, it was a breath of fresh air to find a complex that has friendly residents, a nice pool, and washers and dryers in each unit. In addition, the staff has always been helpful and knowledgable.

Overpriced Clubhouse closed on weekends Apt not cleaned before move in Cabinets in kitchen chewed by pets from prior residents Ceiling fans throughout, but cheap and no light kits Replaced most light bulbs in apt, were mismatched or burned out Bought carpets to cover damaged linoleum in kitchen and foyer Carpet in apt needs to be replaced Outdoor and pool amenities in disrepair or need replacement Maintenance personnel sloppy Maintenance crew left apt unsecured after scheduled repair Fitness center antiquated, poor tv and sound equipment.....has vcr Poor cell reception, residents always outside to communicate on cell phone Apt managers and staff park in prime parking spots daily
