I really like living at Villas at St. Johns. The grounds are so pleasant, with the ponds and the fountains which attract all sorts of waterfowl. The buildings, which were built in 1989, are well-separated, which gives the place a suburban look, as opposed to new multi-level construction in the area which goes up to five floors. Further, the property is located well off the main roads in the area, which means that life here is quiet. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the property manager, Stephanie and her staff are very kind and professional. The place runs like a top! I am a long-term tenant and likely to remain so.

I love it here. It’s been 7 years now. However lately I’m contemplating leaving due to my apartment smells like weed due to neighbors smoking. It’s getting worse. I have grandkids 1 and 4 that’s over consistently and that smell as you walk up to my door is like I’m smoking and DONT. I don’t care who do what in there privacy but this is bad. When I have company as soon as people walk up to my door or out my door it’s that loud smell and it’s embarrassing and disgusting It gives me migraines and the kids should not have to smell that so I would rate a 5 overall I’ve been blessed to have great experience here but this last year with that issue it’s a 3/4 for me

I have been a resident for the last 5 yrs. Although we have gone through different management staff. It has been a great experience living here. Very nice office staff, love Stephanie! The property is nicely kept and the amenities are fantastic with lots of options. They even sent me a birthday card! I would give 5 stars but I have recently had issues with maintenance, they are not good about following up and there are definitely communication problems. Otherwise after several years I’m proud of my home.
