The Travis County community of McNeil covers a large expanse of north Austin. Much of the area belongs to the Austin White Lime Company, but the surrounding roads and residential areas in the southern part of McNeil provide a beautiful sprawling landscape for renters of all types.

I love staying at Villas because of facilities/maintenance/cleanliness.
I really do love living here! And every time I have family and friends come and visit, they're amazed at how nice, spacious, and livable my apartment and community is. They're always asking to move in with me :)

The number one reason that made me consider this place was the professionalism of the leasing office staff, particularly Debbie and Syed. I also liked the layout and the proximity of the location to my work. After moving in, I’m glad to see how safe the place is. It’s a nice and a generally quiet area. The staff is great, welcoming and nice. I just wish they’d do better when addressing maintenance requests.
Comfortable living experience with easy access to local business. Management is courteous and responsive. Grounds are kept neatly and services provided are a plus. Would recommend the apartments highly.

It is a well maintained community, I like the location on the horseshoe for walks.

Villas at Stone Oak Ranch overall is a beautiful neighborhood to be a part of The upkeep of the place is great! I feel safe living here which is so very important for me. There are lots of dogs here but I appreciate that the manager crew encourage families with and without pets to be respectful of one another. Very family friendly!

I am truly blessed to have been living here this past 14 months. I am trying to renew my lease and spend another year at Villas. I have been beyond happy I would like a few more handicap parking spaces where I am I area building 12 but one day at a time. Thank you for your care and attention to me at all times it’s been a rough year with Covid losing two family members my son has been in the near fatal accident and is recuperating in the hospital this past month I appreciate the management stuff Sayed and Debbie who have made time to give me the time I need to make arrangements to continue my stay at Phyllis thank you.

It is a super nice place expect too much stones instead of grass, and too much noise for certain Apts due to almost all air-conditioner machines for the entire building are placed right outside their bedroom windows.

This place is amazing. I love that it's so close to two major highways but there's enough greenery to where there are a pack of bunnies that roam the complex.

I have lived here for over 15 years. The staff is always friendly and maintenance is top notch. The one thing I would like to see done is the concrete outside my front door needs to be cleaned. It is stained from nightly trash pickup, and is very unsightly. Other than that, the apartment complex is very attractive.

The apartment complex is beautiful and it is conveniently located near two small shopping centers and 10 minutes from the Domain. Apartment is spacious and beautiful. There was a small hiccup during move in but it wasnt too bad. My only concern is an issue with the water boiler and structural issues. Ceiling looks like its been patched many times due to leaks which is a huge concern.

This place is actually really great. The apartments are really cute and the property is landscaped really nice. It's super close to Mopac and 183 but far enough away to where you don't get highway noise. I work in Central Austin and love that I barely live in the city but it still never takes more than 20 minutes to get to work.

Apartment is nice and a great size. Could use some updating. Maintenance is quick, efficient and always kind. Roaches are the only issue that should be addressed.
