my friend and I walked in excited to apply. The office agent Justin told us that the application fee was $50 between the both of us and that we only had to pay $25 each. We thought that was amazing because other places charge at least $75 per person. He gave us a tour, we loved it. He said that we could apply on the computer in their office. I submitted my information first and I noticed it said $100. We asked him about it and he said it was wrong. He was certain it was and if we were approved he would figure out how to give back the money in some way. My friend had not filled out her portion yet. He was also confused as to why it did not ask for her info. He then told us that we applied to an apartment that was not even for rent (This was just before I made my payment btw. Red Flag.) we ended up choosing one that was a little over our budget. My friend soon received an email allowing her to complete her portion... it also asked her for $100. We told him, after he came back from giving another family a tour. He was also shocked and confused and I insisted it was only $50 total and that the application was wrong. We paid $200 total that day (2/19/22). Today we got the email that were declined. We expected that because of some fraud that happened to my friend's account. That's not their fault. We were just hopeful because we had the money. Today I called to get my money back. They told us that we'd only be getting $100 back total and that we would be getting a money order (we paid with card). I asked her why we weren't getting $150 back? She said no, it's in writing that that what we charge $50 for the application fee and $50 for administrative per person. I understood but that's not what was advertised and were told that the writing was wrong even though we read it. she stated there was nothing she could do, no apology, and that Justin was wrong. My friend and I each lost $50. Don't rent here, the staff is not on the same page and it could cost you!

This place was decent for the rental prince two years ago. Now, the complex ground is dirty, loud neighbors and let’s mention the lack of renovation or even trying to maintain the appearance of the apartment buildings inside and out. If you are just starting out on your own sure but if you are a working adult who can spare the money please find a more comfortable and suitable apartment to live.

I started living here in December of 2018, and at first it was okay. I have an apartment that faces the back of the woods, there are no fencing on that side. I have heard people walking near my bedroom and trying to look into my apartment. There has been numerous times that my fridge has gone out and ended up wasting hundreds of dollars in groceries. And now there is a new management company that is taking over that is making matters worst. My boyfriend has come over to hang out at the pool with me and he tried to use the tennis court to work out but there is always this new lady that makes it seem like he can't use the amenties to enjoy with me. I've seen locks on the pool when I wanted to go swimming within the hours. It just seems like the new management is trying its best to restrict the residents from enjoying anything. Additionally they have changed the rent payment system where if you want to pay online it charges a $25 service fee, which then makes it very inconvienent to get a money order to them. I believe this apartment is going down hill. I do not recommend anyone move into this apartment at all.

If you’re even remotely sensitive to noise, don’t move here or make sure you get a top floor apartment. The floorboards are incredibly squeaky and it’s louder hearing someone walk around than hearing them vacuum. You will hear others’ conversations, music, TVs, cooking, showers, etc. Appliances are low quality and almost all of them were broken when I moved in or soon after. The maintenance crew is full of really good guys who do good work but it takes forever for them to come out because this whole place is constantly breaking. Food kept rotting because it took a while to fix the refrigerator. Mailboxes have been broken for almost a month now in what I think was originally a break-in given that all of them were wide open. Two stars because the Lakeview is really breathtaking. Good place only if you don’t spend a lot of time at home. Gym is completely broken and useless.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN MOVE TO!!! IT TAKES FOREVER GOT SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO FIX ANYTHING! UOU WOULD HAVE TO COME YO THE OFFICE 3 or more times BEFORE SOMEONE COMES OUT. MANAGERS DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT TIME THEIR EMPLOYEE COMES. I HAVE BEEN TOO NICE FOR SO LONG. GYM HASN’T BEEN FIX SINCE I MOVED HERE THREE YEARS AGO. THIS IS MY LADT YEAR STAYING HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!
Well where can I start off at. I have been knowing of this location ever since I the built it. I have had a couple of friends live here and now they are married and off to family like. I definitely suggest this place if you are a College student home is working and is between the ages of 21 to 35. The are is great and the atmosphere is definitely amazing. Mrs. Carmen the property manager is awesome and very helpful. It's a beautiful place to live and am looking forward to this chapter in my like and greatful and happy this will be my fist apartment.
