They are literally doing a roach run out for an entire building 12/16/24 absolutely disgusting property save your money and save yourself a headache..not worth the money..there’s apartments in the same area cheaper and cleaner I promise you that!! You can call them and verify these facts yourself they sent the roach clean out message to all tenants today 12/9/24
I have been at the location for 2 years now and every year, "new" fee. The pricing here is fake, they don't give you a set amount because the utilities are ever-changing, which means you can be paying way more than what is advertised. Not a safe location, I have seen drug addicts, people playing with weapons, and drug dealers in cars. And to top it all off they don't even turn on all of the lights which makes it more unsafe, Drive by and look beyond the front building and you'll see it's just dark, same thing for the parking in the middle!

The apartment complex refuses to address the roach problem. Myself and several other tenants moved out because of it.When I first moved in, my apartment had numerous carpentry issues that they refused to fix, such as drawers that won't open or a towel bar won't stay on the wall. The oven they gave me is broken. They refuse to fix it.
Roach INFESTED!!!! When I mean infested, I mean infested! We have laid MULTIPLE traps, put down roach killer and even had them “professionally” spray the apartment multiple times. Absolutely DISGUSTING conditions, and honestly this place should be CONDEMNED. The health department should come out here and take a look at this place. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go reside somewhere else!
Apple apt under new management. Roach and rat infested. The pools are brown dog park smells. Everyones windows leak. This place should be condemned to be honest. I hope new management updates everything and fixes the inside of the apartments instead of making a false advertisement by painting the outside of the apt like they are doing now. This place is falling apart its been there since the 70's and never taking care of or maintenance like it should of been. Very poor conditions and they want to raise the rent.
Although the property/amenities/price are ok, the leasing staff is very unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion. Tried for a week to get an application. After trading numerous phone calls and e-mails...never happened. One leasing consultant acted like he didn't know who I was and claimed it was someone else I had been e-mailing, even though he introduced himself in the e-mail I responded to. Of course NOW, all the units that were available...are no longer available.

Stove: electric issues stove randomly shuts off while using it making an oven cooked meal extremely difficult. The temperature nobs aren't from this model of stove making temperature selection inaccurate. The stove has been a recurring issue for seven months. The excuse is "there are other units with the same issue" as if that's a valid explanation as to why they haven't done their job for me and other tenants.
1 Management is horrible, unprofessional, misleading, disregaurd public safety, arrogant, belittling and condescending towards their own tenants! They rarely follow through with service issues and when they do the work is shoty/jerry rigged. I've made service appointments for issues within the unit, ie. Stove/oven, ceiling leaks, closet doors, front door weather stripping coming off some of which I STILL have to fix myself.
We held an apt months before our move in and by the time we moved in, the apartment was infested with roaches the dishwasher was moldy and clearly NOT move in ready. All they did was move us into a another unit which was dirty from renovations and guess what.... MORE ROACHES! We quickly retracted our lease and went somewhere else! They refunded us without question as if this has happened before & they don’t even care. Don’t even waste your breath on this place until you enjoy roaches and mold!
I’ve lived here almost a year and I’m disappointed. The cockroaches are very bad they have came and sprayed and I’ve tried different products myself to get rid of them and nothing works. I put work orders in they will come down check it out say I’ll be back the next day to fix it and never come back. My stove only has 1 burner that works since we have lived here . The maintenance man comes to fix it and it will work for a day before u start smelling Burt wires so we have to use Electric skillets to cook with. The staff are friendly but nothing’s getting done and I pay my rent on time
I've lived here about three years now and the staff is wonderful and they've helped me out with any problems I've had. It's affordable and friendly and I've never had any issues here. Love it!

These apartments are very slow in keeping up with the maintenance around the complex. Also due to the slow paced employees my bathroom hasn't been properly fixed after the rain caused a major leak.
