I’m really happy with the equipment and conditions of my apartment, excellent services on the office they always help me with everything I need and provide me with the necessary information for any question that I have, thanks a lot

I like the maintenance ones are very fast and always do their job. They are always cleaning the garden and they keep it clean.

They arrive late to the office even when you have to give money order for rent, a lot of time lost in the office every time I go, I'm late for work. Today, 1 hour late to my job, I cannot give a good grade yet I do not recommend it to anyone.

I love it here so peaceful and its very convenient all the stores are so close . Do not really have to waist gas the mall is not so far. The staff is so professional, caring and always taking care of their community . I get a piece of mind when i am in my patio just listening to music or on my phone.

I love this place, the rent price are good. I love that ever thing is close by. Starting from grocery store to school. The only bad thing is there is not a swimming pool. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family. The office staff are very helpful and always helping me when i need help with something.

I wouldn't recommend these apartment, worst apartment ever live in. MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CHEAP. they would keep losing my paper work , and then turn around and issue violation notice for missing document the lost. Call the local police department and ask to see how many times they had to come to property. It's outrages with all the crime and drugs out here. I did not feel safe walking to my car. they was always random people knocking on my door at all hours at the day, apt was full of roaches. If I had a broom stick in my patio, that would be a lease violation that came with a outraged fee, they would threaten so much with lease violation and 90% was bull. Extremely tight parking spots, Family or friends can't came in vist without getting towed. All day and night you will hear the jets flying over you, wakes me up at night. The walls are extremely thin, every morning you will hear about ten cars honk to pick up there workers , starting at five am . I can hear honking across Webb chapel extremely noisy neighborhood. Maintenance would would on Sunday in you apartment without you prior knowledge and only spoke Spanish . Since there really isn't renter protection against apt when they violate or take advantage of you . So I'm here telling you . Don't live here. You won't be happy. You get what you pay for over her

Its a conviniant way of life. Safe and financially good if your saving for something better
