Property Ratings at Villas di Lucca
I hate I have signed a 12 month lease with Lincoln Property!! I was in a rush unfortunately, trying to find a home for me and my children this is one of the worst mistakes ever! my apartment is full of roaches ?? ??I hate this place The staff is horrible!! I took my children to the pool unknown people whom don’t even live in the complex (I asked for their apartment number they told me they don’t even live here I was even more livid!) was splashing water on my daughter and she’s 2! ??
The cleanliness of the property, and the prompt response in regards to maintenance request. Just a few reasons why I love this property.
Let me 1st say that I don't dislike the complex but the upkeep no longer matches the price.
I just love the staff in the office always sweet and kind . Office manager always takes the time to here what?s going on if something needs fixed and gets it done just love it.
Not enough parking if you don't pay for a space. It is getting better but trash is a problem and dirty entrance, stair areas. These common areas are definitely not "Upscale Living". The apartments are very nice inside.
It is difficult to park and the trek with getting things up to my apartment is just not easy- I usually take several trips.
We are really enjoying our new place. I have never lived alone and my kids and I feel very safe.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and resolve issues quickly.
Some monetary investment needs to be made in the property to bring it up to the standard it was three years ago. Including investment in staffing.
I have already told at least 2 newlyweds about renting at the apartments :)
The stairways and halls are dirty all the time because of the trash people.
I am very happy with the location of the apartment. It's located in a nice area and it is very close to Life Time Athletic. The condition of the apartment was very good when I moved in.
STEER CLEAR! Worst experience ever, we signed a 3 month lease in fully furnished apartment, so we were paying a pretty penny to stay here. I get it, its an uncommon lease. Our oven didn't work for the first several weeks and when they did get it "operational" the seal on the door was damaged and it was never fixed. The apartment flooded twice in two days due to issues with the storm, and for that they gave us whopping $25 credit because they damaged some of our towels. I get it, things happen and they have lot of tenants. But when we asked to exit our lease, instead of being considerate about all the issues, they asked us to pay for 16 days after our move out date. SERIOUSLY???? I didn't mind paying through our date, and we weren't leaving months of rent on the table, 16 DAYS of rent we have to pay while not even living there. They are a greedy com
It' clean, beautiful, spacious, beautiful, peaceful, and this is the perfect neighborhood to enjoy an apartment.
I have loved living here
My family and I have lived here for over two years and never once complained about anything going on at this property but now they have put my families living situation in jeopardy. The management team at Villas Di Lucca are very unprofessional and rude when it comes to handling business which is part of their job. They have poor communication skills which makes it so hard to even get a simple maintenance request completed. I have called and emailed several times without any reply about an error on their part. This morning I went to the office to speak with Ariel about an issue with my lease. She tells me there’s nothing she can do because she knows nothing. How can you work for a company and never know anything that’s takes place. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved here maintenance requests have been put in and one attempt was made to fix it with no success. The past manager Ashlee told me she would handle this problem but never did. I would hate to think I’m being targeted by Villas Di Lucca Apartments because of an ongoing issue they have with another tenant which happens to be family.
I would highly recommend this apartment complex. We moved into Villas di Lucca in February, 2018, with plans to stay only a few months until we found a single family home after having downsized from our previous house. However, once here, my husband said he really didn't want to leave, and all was well for most of 2018. In 2019, with management changing a couple of times, we became very dissatisfied with how the property was being maintained, as well as with the (often lack of) communication and 'attitude' from management. After speaking with the regional team, and getting a fresh start with the new property management, almost all aspects of living at Villas di Lucca have improved. Specifically, consideration for us a 'valued customers' and timely, friendly communications have both been enhanced greatly. A few months ago, we had seriously been considering moving when our lease is up this winter, but we are now planning to stay at least another year. Thank you Edward, Cynthia, and Ariel.
It is safe & the location is perfect within the city. The office personnel are wonderful. Maintenance always responds quickly & are very nice. Apartments interiors are nice as well.
I would certainly recommend Villas de Luca to friends. The new leasing office personnel are quick to make living here comfortable. The apartments are large in comparison to others I have seen
I've lived here for over 3 years. The complex is close to everything I need -restaurants, grocery stores etc.
Based solely on maintenance experience. This community has gone down hill the last six months or so. Current management does not address needs and issues.
It was quiet which I liked. I loved the convenience of being close my bank ,dining and shopping. The apartment was very well lit and spacious but everything is brown. I loved the granite backsplash and bathroom and the floorplan layout. But for reasons stated above I would recommend for a single person with one car or a couple without kids. If they dont mind shuttling carts.
It is a great start. Everything is within walking distance.
Very hip and up to date I love the feel of the Villa but quite. Everything is in walking distance so we get our exercise in too.
With exceptions to pet issues so far that is our number one issue.
Prompt reply, prompt service, knowledgeable maintenance staff. My issues were not urgent, so when the staff were called to a more critical issue, they offered to come back and fix the rest of my issues.
Location, excellent office staff, maintenance, groundskeeping and onsite safety officer.
I would definitely recommend this community to others, it is awesome!
Really noisy (plus burnouts at Lifetime Athletics) and was probably one of the biggest reasons for leaving. Also when the valet trash service started I noticed the cleaniness of our hallways was significantly dirtier.
The community seems to have gone down a little from when I first moved in. More than anything, some residents just don?t care about others space or privacy. I know that?s out of you all?s control but it?s one of the reasons I left. The other was the commute because I worked pretty far away in Plano.
I would recommend because it is a very well kept property, my apartment is very nice and the staff is some of the best customer service I have seen.
I would absolutely recommend Villa di Lucca to family and friends for the following reasons: -friendly staff/management -prime location near grocery stores -controlled access -safe neighborhood -awesome layout and amenities -prices matches similar prices in northern Arlington with better amenities, better layout/features and more square footage.
YES
Office staff has been great outside of initially being locked out. Apartments are nice, great location and reasonably priced for the area.
I do think the amount of maintenance requests I had over the course of 1 year in a complex this new was a little high, however all of my requests were handled fully and promptly so that made things much easier.
Not the most quiet community and amenities were slightly better than cheaper options near by.
The location, neighbors, apartment management and maintenance are outstanding. After 43 years living in three houses (didn?t move much), we were nervous about apartment life. We were so surprised, and we love it here.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the building exterior and interior design, the best management staff EVER, and the amenities!
I have just recently moved in. Everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous. So far I love the property and staff!
The service from Villas di Lucca Staff was outstanding. The service person who delivered mybwasher and dryer was very nice. The equipment was not acceptable. It was filthy. However, thatbis not the fault of VdL Staff. When informed, they took immediate steps to correct the situation.
I loved living at Villas di Lucca for 2 1/12 years. The only reason I moved is because I bought a house. I would definitely recommend them! I loved the location as well.
I've had 3 service requests since I've lived in this community, and each has been resolved quickly and easily. Many thanks!
Still a bit pricey for the quality. There is a false sense of security on the grounds. Safety is an issue with drivers cutting through the complex speeding. Very unsafe. I guess when paying the price I expect a little bit more quality.
The community and apartments are what we are looking for, but honestly the reason we choose Villas over anyone else was because of Barbara our leasing agent. She made us feel like we were right at home and decided on an apartment that same day.
I have already recommended the Villas to many of my friends that are seeking a new place to live.
What would prevent me from really recommending is the parking issue...There seems not to be any consideration for guest nor more than one car to an apartment
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who responds to concerns within hours.
I like the variety of available for renters- garages, carports, storage space, close to restaurants/grocery stores, nice finishes but would recommend light under kitchen cabinets, pool, exercise room, etc.
I love the layout of my apartment. I love the amenities and features of the property and the staff is AMAZING! They are so friendly and genuine.
I always feel valued by the office & staff that I have chosen to live at Villas Di Lucca. I feel safe and I love my apartment.
