Hallways are Dirty smell like urine , trash people half do their job , cars being broken into and stolen apartment property manager is unprofessional and shows no empathy to his tenants , AC doesn’t work during the summer and your bill will be outrageously high. Run from these apartments they look good on the outside and the amenities don’t work

This is the worst place to live. They charged us for a resurface of tubs, and other outrageous fees at move out. I will be disputing this because by no means is this fair or legal. Money hungry people. The office staff was terrible. The hallways are filthy and they break into your vehicles nonstop. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! Stay away if you have a family especially. Charging us fees that are not even legal to do. Maintenance came to fix my tub because the front office said it needed to be fixed and they never finished the job, then at the end of our lease, they charge me $1000 in resurfacing the tubs. Do not live here. Rude people and inconsiderate people. The pool is always dirty and poorly treated. They do not care about their tenants. Terrible service at this awful apartment complex. Straight up 0!!!

Living here was an awful experience. Our unit was dirty when we moved in, with a broken microwave, bugs painted over in the paint, drains clogged etc. The pools had constant noise from unattended children screaming until midnight almost every night. There was constant repair people coming and going with no notice. Someone moved appliances around and gouged the floor while we weren’t home. Emails regarding this to management were ignored. When our kitchen sink backed up with sewage a plumber was eventually sent and said “I don’t know I think the pipes are old.” The issue didn’t stop and our unit constantly smelled of sewage. When our dishwasher broke it was never fixed and was left with standing rancid smelling water. Finally as I was in my final trimester at the time we decided to break our lease and move out to get away from the sleepless night and sewer smell. We cleaned the unit from top to bottom, had the carpets cleaned even scrubbed the baseboards and not only did they keep out security deposit they attempted to charge us an additional $1k for “damages” caused by their own workers coming in and out of the unit and banging up the walls. Finally despite indicating we want to be present at the final inspection, they did not notify us and did the walkthrough without our knowledge. This was a horrible place to live and it isn’t exactly cheap. This is far from “luxury rentals” and the management is deceitful and will charge you for things you didn’t even do despite not even giving you a clean unit in the first place. Go live literally anywhere else. We are left appalled at the entire situation.

I've been living in these apartments for 2 years and I have to say they are worse then the south side and the eastside of San Antonio. A neighbor just got his whole apartment door riddled with bullets in the middle of day. This place is wild, hood, and ratchet. Don't believe people "claiming" these apartments are so nice and lovely. This place is the new HOOD for thief's, gang members and wanna be gangsters. I heard various people complain about how their cars got broken into, apartment doors kicked in and broken into, front gates not working, and various parking problems, and numerous neighbor problems.The managers won't kick people out or even investigate the problems. They pick and choose when and how they want to honor the leasing contract but won't follow their own policy when it comes to various complaints about noise, parking, break-ins, cops being called etc. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR MONEY

My wife drove 4 hours one way and 4 hours back strictly to satisfy the need to show up in person and provide a check for $702.00 dollars and to sign any pertinent paperwork, get a tour of the facilities as well as officially obtaining keys for the so mentioned "Luxury Apartment" She was greeted by Crystal I believe a lady who has been working there recently and will move to a different location as per her 10 phone conversations where she interrupted my wife and completely ignored her to attend to calls for the fore mentioned new property in witch she will work at in the nearest future. My wife recalls her name as she heard it from her introducing herself to other callers and not actually mentioning to my wife this was her name. While given a tour she referred my wife to other staff members as she was busy taking other callers on her cell phone. This was our first experience with the staff at Villas at Westover Hills. What a First impression.
I'm in the military so I have lived in many states and many apartments. These have been the worst. I've been broken into twice. And there were security cameras and they did not even check them. They knock up the rent all the time without warning. Horrible neighbors , and loaded with poeple that don't live here. Good luck trying to park. Ohhhh and they don't care if someone parks in your assigned spot. They will do nothing about it.
I have lived at Management Support properties for a few years now and I have really been impressed. When I needed to be closer to my mom due to her health, I was excited to find Villas in Westover Hills as a Mangement Support property. The staff at Villas In Westover Hills have been extremely supportive, professional, and amazing. Anytime we have needed work orders completed, the maintenance staff handles it quickly and professionally. The amenities are incredible and the layout of the apartments is great. I love having a garage covered parking. The view from our apartment is amazing. We are very excited to call Villas in Westover Hills home!
I love living here! The property grounds are awesome. For the most part its quiet. Kids are outside playing alot but i dont think thats a bad thing. People that have complained about noise simply shouldnt live in apartments so close to people. People in the office are awesome! They have always been nice! Made a service call and it was done the very next day! Its a great place to live and there is tons of stuff to do here!
I just moved out a month ago and I did everything they asked and got an all clear from them that there was nothing wrong or "No Problems" as they word it on their exit inspection. They told me that I should expect my deposit refund within a few weeks. Well when I got it I was shocked to see that they kept more then half. They told me that they had to paint but have not been able to confirm what needed painting. I have tried calling the property management company and have left several messages but no answers. I never hung anything on the walls or decorated of any sort but apparently a few scuff marks warrants them to paint the whole apartment on my expense. Please be aware that they will claim to return your deposit but nickel and dime you when it comes down to repairs and not give you any answers or even bother to return your calls. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled and I will never recommend anyone to stay there.
My place got broken into a couple months back they came in thru the patio door and took everything, Management didnt even wanted to look into it saying they doubted they would find the robbers before even trying, by talking to neightbors I see this is not the first time theres plenty of other secure places so dont risk it you wont feel confortable everyday you will wonder if someone will be braking into your home or car, I would rather pay more and feel safe.
This is a great and peaceful apartment complex with a Walmart down the street and a gas station down the other. Amenities include three pools (two at the main center and one more into the complex, convenient for residents who live further into the complex and don't want to take a long trip to beat the heat!), a gym (with about 5 treadmills, 5 stationary bikes, 5 elliptical, and two weight equipment), a business center, play room, indoor basketball court, party center, small trail and dog park, playground, and tennis/volleyball courtyard. Apartments are located about 7 miles from convenient shopping center. Neighbors are friendly and not abrupt. Overall good place to reside, only reason it did not get that last star is because recent insect issues (outside, not inside the apartment!).
We absolutely love the location, comedies,and the neighbor's. We are so happy living here. Our children love the swimming pools, it's like if we were living in a vacation resort home. My daughter had open heart surgery this year at 4 months old and all the hospital is close by. We are so happy living here, it is our home.
I've lived at the Villas in Westover Hills since 2013 - I was one of the first to live here so I've seen the property from construction to completion and everything in between. The leasing staff is friendly and remember you by name when you stop by. The property has a lot going for it: *assigned covered parking for garden apartment residents and unassigned garage parking for mid-rise apartment residents *better than average clubhouse including fully equipped gym, sauna, hot tub, racquetball court, and basketball court The pool is great and available until 11 PM everyday. Valet trash is also included. The covered/garage parking and location are my favorite perks of this property. Also, the maintenance staff does a good job of responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner considering the size of this community. My only complaint here is that you sometimes have to make follow-up requests to ensure maintenance is properly completed, but this is a similar experience I've had at lots of rental properties. I would recommend the Villas to anyone that wants to live in Westover Hills. The rent is expensive but so are all apartments in northwest San Antonio. This is currently the fastest growing area of the city with the highest rent rates. Considering the perks, the Villas is worth the price tag.
