Property Ratings at Villas Las Cerezas
My best friend and I moved in here 11/22 and we have had nothing but amazing experiences here. The office staff is amazing , Carla the manager is awesome, very caring about whom comes in and makes sure you are heard. The maintenance staff is amazing. I’ve been sick and have had a few falls and they were there and helped me up etc! The property is undergoing paint and new things. Go check them out you will love it! Tell them Jeremy sent you!
We were lied to from the start. Supposed to have updated, got old. Place was nasty. Still have roaches. Everything needs repaired or replaced. Smelled horrible.Mold in bathrooms. Pool doesn't work. Outside looks bad.
This place used to be nice, clean and under management control. Since november 2015 when the property changed owner this place is a mess.. It is durty, the swimming pool is almost green, the outside walls of the building have scrapping paint, the laundry room is awful, the sidewalks are nasty, I mean everything is wrong.. Is bad. I've been living at La Mirada for 8 years and I really love this place it is a shame that we're living under a very bad management team. I really hope this can change soon. Do not rent at La Mirada.. I'm pretty sure there's better places in this area.
The apartments are great, their large, you have some store room in you walk in closet which is nice. They do keep the grounds looking nice. I like that they have a lot of nice green grass, when I take my dog out I don't have to worry about her feet getting burnt from the heat in summer. Th laundry rooms are terrible every time I go in there the garbage is over flowing and it really stinks in their. You can't fold your clothes in there because the counters are always sticky and dirty. I notice there is a lot of vandalism on the property. Locks being broke off gates and laundry room and other things. The kids here are found and out of control. Management doesn't do anything about it. I moved in here a few months ago and they went through three managers already the last one is still here. Most of the staff is friendly. They recently got a new leasing agent called Carol which is a real witch I went in the office one day just to give her my new phone number a simple task and she was really nasty. I think they need to make her retire. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Now I just send my husband to the office when there is a problem. As for main face they do a pretty good job. This is a very honest review. I lived here in 2004 and recently moved back. Although it is an average complex it is better than some of the others that I lived in. The location is good your close to stores this is a plus if you don't drive.
I lived here many years ago and now I have returned. I always liked the fact that we have gas cooking here, not to mention that it is free! My apartment is huge and very open with lots of outlets, I think there is one on every wall. There is a lot of space on the exterior as well. When I walk out of my home it's like I am in a park with lots of trees and grass everywhere and we are even allowed to maintain our own garden right outside of our apartment. My neighbors are so friendly and when I walk around, even the ones that I don't know personally, smile and give a friendly nod. I can walk 5 minutes and be at the grocery store, neighborhood farmers market, drug store, restaurants, and the only dine in movie theatre in town. The entire staff is friendly and it shows that they care about the appearance of this place, inside and outs side is very well kept. My family has come to visit from Texas and they like where I live. I feel like I found a treasure.
Being a retired golf course owner, I really appreciate and enjoy the beautiful well kept grounds and our groundskeeper Robby. AND wait till you meet and see Margaret, Sharon, Addison and George, the loving people who care for us and make our lives here peaceful. I am an Extravegantly Blessed Man and feel blessed to be living here at La Mirada. Sincerely E.J. "Ned" Dwyer P.S. A great location. On the city bus line and walking distance from "Cross Roads" mall with food stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare clinics, dunkin donuts, Trader Joe's and much more...
La Mirada Apartments provid's comfortable,free wifi,nice pool,great view,solar power energey,safe enviroment for children,security camera's, great staff.
The apartment which we live in is good at all, therefore I am satisfied, Thanks
The best place to live, close to everywhere. And I've been living here for almost 10 years.
Been a month since I moved, so far I like it. And I like it, because I am close to my family's house.
It's awesome place to live. I encourage this apartments for everyone that wants to live in Tucson.
It's great to be part of this apartments, nice place to live.
My Apartment Complex is great.Bus stop right in front. Shopping centers, restaurants are walking distance. The landscaping is well maintain beautiful green grass BBQ grills a clean pool with chairs, plus a gated community makes you feel safer. Most of all that this complex gave me a chance to live here without a job was moving from another state, of course Deposit but they didn't have to take a chance on me,An awesome staff great customer service here and that is important if you want us to stay. as of today 10/2015 on my second lease. Ysela B, Tucson AZ
I love living here, my apartment is very spacious. I have a gas stove which I really appreciate because electric cooking is impossible to regulate. I have really friendly neighbors and open courtyards and my daughter loves having lots of playmates. The kids and their parents very neighborly. Management and groundskeepers keep our place looking really clean and pretty.
I have lived here for eight years and throughout the whole time I have met honest and good people. The staff has always been friendly and curtious. My son and I have grown to love this place and the residents that have been here as long as we have have also watched us grow and care for one another like family. This truely is a clean and friendly environment to live in.
It's a big apartment with good price. It's friendly staff and close to supermarkets and cinema. Also, the bus stop next to it door.
