Property Ratings at Villas of Brighton
Been here 4 years and just renewed lease again. Quiet; plenty of flat sidewalks for walking; convenient, centrally located for almost all our errands and activities; minutes to most shopping; attractive landscape maintained well. Impressed with prompt replacement of dryer, water tank and blinds. Friends always comment on excellent layout. The few minor repairs were promptly fixed.
The Villas of Brighton is an excellent choice for a carefree lifestyle conveniently located to shopping, businesses and medical facilities in the Rochester, NY area. My wife and I are very happy with the amount the amount of space provided in each unit as well as the high quality architectural finishes. We greatly appreciate that the snow removal and lawn care are all inclusive in the rent. The property manager is very responsive to our maintenance requests and the maintenance men are very knowledgeable and courteous. All in all it is a great place to live.
We moved here in July and so happy! Well thought out layout and amenities; and very helpful management and maintenance. Perfect location! Highly recommend.

My reasonable answer to the previous question: "Is this the Villa's of Brighton?" Rochester & surrounding areas (Brighton included) had a terrible, damaging & destructive wind & rain storm a few weeks ago. My hope is that all will be fixed before my husband & I move in! All other things considered, it's a lovely place :)
