I think it is a better apartment than most we first looked at. I like the large streets and openness of the area. It was much quieter than we fingered it would be. I guess we got lucky with the quality of our neighbors. The layout and size of our apartment was nice. The carpet was worn out when we moved in. The maintenance, painting, wall repairs, etc. are not very good quality workmanship. Caulking is poorly done and paint is on the floor and counter edges. However, other than that, it was okay and better than some apartments we looked at.

If you are looking for relatively nice apartment, large garage, and a reasonably quiet place at a fair market price, I would recommend this place. However, with the ongoing entry gate issues, the security issue that I have experienced (having already an attempted break in) and the poor maintenance communication aspects, as well as the necessity to be very familiar with computers since that is the only way to get anything done, including filling out your application to live here, I would not recommend this place. Especially to older people that like respectful and patient interaction with the office personal.

I convinced my sister to move into the apartments, but because she did not check the right box, I didn't qualify for the referral fee. She moved from Dallas and would not have chosen Villas if not for me. This one still burns.

The issues with... (Verified Renter)
The issues with the pool and the trash were/are unacceptable. The trash is overflowing everywhere every week. I liked the size of the apartment and the attached garage. The only reason I rented an apartment instead of a house was for the pool, so the experience of the pool being closed over half the time i lived there was VERY disappointing.

The community is gorgeous, the price per square foot is reasonable, the amenities are nice. Devin was easy to talk to and offered a lot of information.
