Jackpot
As someone who recently moved to the area, I was on the hunt for the perfect place to call home. I hit the jackpot with this apartment complex. From the moment I stepped onto the immaculately maintained grounds, I knew I was in for a treat. The landscaping is absolutely stunning - I feel like I'm walking through a botanical garden every time I come home. But the real showstopper here is the pool. It's always sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip on a hot day. I've also been blown away by the location - I'm just a stone's throw away from all the best restaurants and shops in town. And let's talk about the units themselves. They're clean well-appointed, and have everything I need to live comfortably. I honestly couldn't ask for more. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and comfortable place to call home. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service and lovely community
I visited the apartment office and I found the staff very co-ordial. Kiesha was extremely helpful and showed the property and explained all the features in detail. I love this community as it has all the amenities and is well kept.

Wonderful
We sold our home and had to find a place to stay while our new home is being built. After looking at several options, we decided on Villas of Spring Creek. Not only do they offer short term rental options, my experience with Nakeisha Burel was exceptional from the start and continues....She is extremely personable and helpful, very responsive and accommodating. The application process was painless, and everything was carefully explained. The apartment was clean and in good condition on move in, and any concerns have been addressed and resolved by Nakeisha in a timely manner. The complex is very well maintained; has nice amenities, the staff are friendly and the location is great. I would recommend making this your home, whether it is brief or you plan to live here a while.

The location is phenomenal while being affordable
The staff has been amazing from our first day and tour of the property. Bre and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful locating great food choices and activities for me and my family. When moving cities, it usually takes some time to get used to the area but here at Villas of Spring Creek it felt like Home shortly after moving in and I look forward to staying for awhile.

Great apartment and location to live in!!
I have been living in this apartment for around 2 years now. This is a great apartment to live in as it passes through the blue bonnet trail which is good for jogging and walking. It has great interiors with granite countertops. It has amenities like swimming pool, sand volleyball court. The staff is really good, supportive and friendly. They are very quick and responsive in assisting on what you need through email or phone and any maintenance requests you raise are quickly addressed. It’s located within 0.3 miles of Plano recreational center, skating rink, Walmart, Texas family fitness, CVS pharmacy and a lot of good restaurants.

Amazing place to live!!!
This is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in! The whole staff is so amazing and helpful. They are very quick to respond and help with anything I have needed. Every time someone visits my apartment they are so impressed with how nice and spacious it is, they say it feels like a house! The 2 pools and hot tub are very well-kept and my favorite part of the apartment. It really feels like a community living here, I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Great place to live, bike trails, family friendly
We have loved our short time at the Villas of Spring Creek. It's location grants access within walking distance to the Preston Meadow, Bluebonnet, and (a bit further) Chisholm bike trails. Great management, very responsive. Brandon has been our contact and he has been great. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience!
I encountered many apartment complexes in my search for an apartment and the Villas was by far the most helpful and informative. The grounds are so green and the pools are beautiful. Now that I’ve moved in, I love my apartment and it meets my needs wonderfully. The staff is so prompt and maintenance comes as soon as possible when needed.

I just recently visited this location and fell in love with the amenities, and the apartment set up. Above that my experience with the front office was impeccable. Brandon was nice and helpful. Awesome Staff and Property!
I toured this property a couple times and each time I was even more impressed. Practically with management & leasing staff. Everyone was very helpful and so nice, very cautious of everyone's safety. The grounds are VERY nice, love the landscaping and amenities.

All the comforts of home with none of the worries
Villas of Spring Creek offers a beautiful community with high standards and excellent maintenance. You have all the comforts of a luxury home with none of the worries. In addition to two pools and lovely grounds, you have convenient front door trash pickup. Maintenance requests are performed timely and by courteous compentent staff. Management is friendly and very cooperative. They go out of their way to make residents feel at home and appreciated. Many amenities are nearby including shopping , schools and a great walking trail. Overall a great place to live.

Worst Management
The management is worst and money minded. They dont heed to you even for any requests and their website doesnt allow you to schedule for payments as well. Late fee payment of 150$ or 10% of the rent for 1 day is a rip-off in broad daylight even for genuine requests.

Best apartment I’ve lived in.
It’s my first year here at the villas of spring creek and I love it! Pool is beautiful, the maintenance is amazing and it’s located in a great area in Plano. The staff in the office are so friendly and gave me the best apartment experience I’ve ever had.

Very Good Experience During Lease Signing and Moving In
I have recently signed the lease and moved in last week. I chose the apartments because of the location and positive reviews overall. I was moving cross country and hence needed a better idea of the community. I called their leasing office and happened to talk to the manager, Stephanie. She went out of her way to help me. She walked over to the available apartment and recorded a video for me, just so I can get a sense of the place. Before and during the move, there were several occasions where she was so much helpful. When we came here, she was very friendly and had our entire file ready. The whole apartment hunting from a couple thousand miles away became a very straightforward experience because of all the help I received from Stephanie ! Landscape, people and apartments look pretty good - plenty of storage/closet space in the apartments. I had a few maintenance requests right after moving in as I observed a light not working and door not opening properly, etc. Management was so keen on helping, they were willing to take requests via the resident portal or just a quick email - whatever worked better for me. All my maintenance requests so far were non-urgent and were completed within their SLA of 2-3 days. I have lived in different apartments for over a decade and yet to find a management as friendly and co-operative as here.

The worst apartment ever.
I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and moved out. The manager Stephanie is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. They will rip your bank account to every last penny when moving out.

Overall good place to live
I've waited to write this review, I've been here almost a year now. The apartment complex is very very clean, landscaping is always beautiful, the gates function properly. Lots of people walk for exercise at night and there are a lot of families here with kids that play outside. Parking is reasonable for the size of the complex and I very rarely must park a ways from my door. The complex is quiet, other than the street traffic and police sirens on coit sometimes. The apartment I am in is small, very small, but I knew that going in. The kitchen and bathroom have nice cabinets and new fixtures. Crown mounding throughout. It's a pet friendly complex where people pick up after their pets so there is not dog poo everywhere. People are friendly, respectful and keep to themselves. Just a few things that are not stellar... The walls are thin. Like really thin. I've heard neighbors at night and when someone else flushes their toilet is sounds like a tsunami in my bathroom. Also I was originally told my apartment would include a carport, have stainless steel appliances and ceiling fan in the living room. Those things were not true, but my fault for not physically checking prior to move in day. In a nutshell make sure you are getting what you think you are before signing the lease.

Second Time Around
I am calling this my temporary home again. I lived here 3 years ago and when I found out We were moving back I knew Villas of Spring Creek was where I wanted to be. The Staff are GREAT they always make you feel like your old friends and welcomed . I would recommend this apartment living to all I know looking. I feel safe and comfortable here!

Great place to live in plano!!!!!
This is the best apartment we have ever lived and i recommend this to every one. We recently bought the home and we are now returning back to this apartment as we missed this place , neighborhood and environment so much. A great place with individual villas style units and peaceful and in the hot of the city of plano. You dont need a car to roam around and all can be done with few steps away. Great friendly staff will solve and address all your issues on time and love them in any deal. Especially Elizabeth... she is so professional and talented and very approachable. She always extends her helping hand in every deal. Go grab your spot today and you will definitely get satisfied.

If you are looking for a great place to live in Plano then your search is over. We are new tenants and we say "WOW" every day to the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, this kitchen should be "illegal". LOL, you could have 15 people in the kitchen and have room left over, the amount of cabinet space is awesome. The bathroom is a "WOW" all by itself, a garden tub, a huge walk-in closet, you will run out of clothes before you run out of closet space, We have a garage and being a veteran, this provides peace of mind, WD room, carpet throughout apartment, a nice balcony. Our bedroom has so much room that two people can move freely, something we could not do at past apartments, two swimming pools, an awesome gym, weight room, awesome staff.

Great place to Live! Love it :)
Being a Villas of spring creek tenant for almost 2 years. I'm extremely happy with the way, they handle the business. Quickly handle the maintenance activity & most of the time within 24 days, which i like the most. Always easy to reach them, if you need something from them. Good rated schools are nearby & if you're looking for elementary school - Wells bus comes to this campus & i'm pretty sure middle/high school bus also comes around the corner.. Both Walmart and Patel Stores are nearby. Couple of burger shop and other restaurants nearby within 2 mile radius..

great place!
Lived here for over 2 years and just signed another lease. The rent on my new lease went up more this year than in the past but after checking other apartments in the area, I'm still paying less than what I would for a comparable sized apartment in this area if I moved. Office and maintenance staff is great and all my work orders have been completed quickly. Sometimes my neighbors put trash out on the curb the night before they are supposed but I have reported it to the office and it seems like it is getting better. The location is perfect for me, just a few miles to the Tollway. Overall a great place to live!

Good Community, Location Advantage
I have lived in this apartment for 6 months now and it is a great & comfortable place to stay. The property is good and well maintained, good green coverage and the walking/cycling trail behind the apartment is good, I love walking/cycling so it is a great nature experience.One of my friends lives in this apt and he referred me here.Right from the process of renting till today all the office members (Natalie, Jay & Elizabeth) have been of great help, prompt response and quick fixes for any concerns.My experience with each of the office staff was pleasant and they are always happy & ready to help, this is what which makes a difference a huge one.Pros: Great Location, Groceries, Food, School, everything closeby. Cons: People park right in front of my garage which blocks my way, laundry room is sometimes unclean.

Good community but very unprofessional management staff
Well nice community location but the Management staff is very money minded, they will see every reason to charge you and be reluctant to act if you owe them money. Can trust them with words, take every thing in writing no verbal communication with them

Beautiful Community in a Great Location!
I have lived in this apartment for 5 months now, and i think is a great place to live! Pros: The property is very pretty and well kept the majority of the time. It has really nice green areas and gardens that are constantly serviced and trimmed. It has two beautiful pools that always look sparkling and very inviting. Along with a hot tub and grill areas. The grounds are for the most part very clean. they offer valet- trash so you don't have to take it to the dumpster. the trash is piked 3 days a week right from the curb. One of the things i like the most about this property is that it has literally everything you need with in close range. I would say with in 3 miles. So... GREAT LOCATION!!! There is also a running and bicycle trail adjacent to the property. Literally next to it! And we have direct access to this trail. So if you are into running biking, this apartments would be great for you. There is a gym, a Walmart, and many stores and shops with in walking distance. Concerning the staff, we have amazing service. The maintenance team is very competent and knowledgeable. Any complaints are always addressed promptly and with great customer service. The office ladies are always nice and willing to address you and help you out. I like that they treat you like a member of their community and not just like one more resident. They actually take the time to have a friendly conversation with you. Cons: Some times is very difficult to find a parking spot close to the building where I live if I get home like after 9pm or so. Also some times people put trash out when they are not supposed to and it looks bad and trashy. The office and staff should keep a better eye for this since it could attract unwanted animals or insects.

Increasing Rent and Deminishing Management
Been living here since 2013, things were great, but now have slid considerably. Monthly trash went from $7 to $12 to $15 a month for some guy in an old beat up 1990s S10 pickup truck to drive around for about 3 hours 3 times a week, and they don’t even provide a bin for you to put your bags into; you simply leave them on the curb for pickup…very trashy in my opinion. My rent went up considerably this lease cycle….try 13.3% - with no explanation what so ever; the managers response was “go price other properties!” Needless to say, I will probably be moving after this lease cycle. Interesting to me that this property has won Property of the year in 2013, 2014, and 2015; however, they haven’t won anything since the previous manager left…NO SURPISE! It is a direct reflection of the management here! This new bunch; Manager and Asst Manager are clueless…rarely are they available and seems like they are bothered when asked questions or have to interact with residents. I wouldn’t mind paying the 13.3% increase at all if the property were holding that type of standard…access gates continue to fail, appliances are old, trash fees increase every year and now rent! There are PLENTY of other “Family Friendly/Garden Community” apartments in this area of Plano that are nicer and are less expensive. If you can afford ROCKSTAR PRICED RENT for MEDIOCRE AMMENATIES then this is your place! Maintenance staff here is AMAZING however, but have a shoestring budget…issue with my refrigerator door, they pulled one off another “backup” unit and “replaced” mine.

Great Apartment Community
We've lived here several months now and definitely recommend it. Pros: really pretty community (we haven't been able to use the pools yet because it's too cold, but they both look awesome), nice apartment with open concept layout and attached garage, great location between the Tollway and 75, easy access to miles of city of Plano maintained walking/biking paths right outside of the property, and a friendly management team (that do their jobs well and make it a pleasant place to live, but don't get nit-picky about nonsense rules and regulations like some places I've been.) Cons: the gates have been on the blink off/on since we've been here. We don't care about gates one way or the other, but in all fairness, it's the only con we've really noticed. All things considered, this is a great apartment community.

love it!
I have lived here for a year and a half and love it! Since I was moving from Irving, the price seemed a little high at first but after checking around at other apartments in this area, I found it is pretty much in line with the rates in Plano. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful and maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. l like that it is close enough to Preston Rd to be convenient but far away enough that traffic isn't a problem. Being about halfway between 75 and DNT is helpful, too. My apartment suits me just fine size wise and one carport is included so parking is not an issue for me. One of the entrance gates seems to be broken a lot but that is really the only issue I have encountered. Provided my work location doesn't change, I plan on staying for quite some time!

Not bad but not the greatest either
I live in a stereotypical garden style community. Relatively new - but no major amenities and only open parking if you do not have a unit with a direct access garage. My kitchen is extremely small but the rest of the apartment (2/1 with a Hollywood bath) is nice sized. Management is unremarkable and the maintenance staff is quite competent and very prompt. I have lived here for 1 year and half and I am soon moving out (9/2015). I am a property manager myself and have been doing this for nearly 20 years so I know what I am talking about.
