I never left a review, it's been 3 years but it was fantastic living here. Maintenance was prompt with any issues I had. Very affordable, parking was good and I loved the location. I really have no complaints honestly. I did have a leaking ceiling vent and dishwasher issues but they were quickly addressed. Other than that no other problems.

This place really turned around with the new managers. The maintenance people aren’t very friendly. Over all this is a nice place to live and seems to be improving on the reg.

Old management was terrible but the new management was SO understanding when my daughter was born .. Jeff was very patient and the maintenance was always fast as well when we had an issue. Love the town-home as well, really recommend!

Conquistador has great maintenance and management staff. They are very responsive and kind. When I have work needed in my apartment it is done quickly and my apartment is left clean. I like how close my location is to shopping and dining here. I would recommend Conquistador to anyone looking for a well priced large apartment.

I have been living here for 6 months. The maintenance is very fast, even with things that are not emergencies. The staff are all friendly and helpful people. The price is fantastic for the quality of the apartment and pet rent is also one of the lowest in Wichita. They are also great at keeping up with pest control and balcony safety.

I have lived here for multiple years. The management is friendly and responsive to requests. Maintenance is timely and friendly. They make an effort to make it a neighborhood and home not just a place to live.

My family and I have been living here for almost 3 years and we have enjoyed it. The pricing is reasonable and I love how our mailbox and laundry room is in the same building where we liv at instead of having to walk to the mailbox like some other apartments have. The staff are nice and whatever concerns we have they get it done as soon as possible. They have been helpful from the moment we lived here. And I always feel safe here when I want to walk around or take my kids to the little park. You will not be disappointed choosing Conquistador as your home.

So far so good ! The staff definitely cares about the residents. Before we even became residents they worked fast and hard to get my little family in. Once we got in they even made it clear, if we needed anything we just had to asks It’s a beautiful apartment and we loved decorateing it. We are definitely comfortable.

Conquistadors is a great place to live specially for Student. There have a Student discount and very comprehensive with people life struggle. Being living here for a year now never had a problem the the administration. Very peaceful and the complex has it own sheriff. I recommend conquistadors for everyone looking for great location and peaceful place with great advantage.

I absolutely love the fact the staff assists with any questions and make the transition into this apartment as easy as possible. The staff was very friendly and definitely made the complex my number 1 choice!

Close to everything. Close to the east mall, a lot of restaurants. I've been here for 2 and a half years. The management is very nice. They have a large range of apartments from 1 bedroom to town homes. They also have car ports.

I have been living here for 6 months. I love how fast they are when it comes to maintenance issues. I rarely hear my neighbors too much. The apartments are bigger than I any others I found for a similar price. Definitely give this place a chance!!

Being in the military for 20 years I have lived in a lot of places. I think Conquistador is on my top 5 list. The staff, maintenance, and residents are all very friendly. The staff and maintenance do their best to help in any way they can if you have a problem. The property is pet friendly and family oriented. It has a pretty nice swimming pool, a play area for the children, and a place for the kids to play basketball. There is a creek behind the property to fish in. It is quiet at night and patrolled by a security company. I would highly recommend Conquistador to any one looking for an apartment!

Conquistador was very friendly and helpful in my search for a nice apartment. They went above and beyond to make sure I was properly informed and new everything that was to happen. They even showed me the apartment multiple times so I could make a easy decision.

We the Henshaw's just signed our 3rd lease and we are very happy here. The office is very friendly and will visit with you. Maintenance is quick at fixing things. The apartments are nice, the fireplaces are nice and helpful. The complex is clean and friendly and pet friendly as well. We are going on our third year here. We highly recommend living here.

I am evangelist Cora Marshall, I have resided at Conquistador Apts. going on 2 years now. What makes this home for me is that management really cares about my opinion, and they are very expedient in responding back to me on all repairs. Everyone in the Management Department they are always so cordial, friendly, with a smile in spite of their heavy workload. I'm looking forward to another year with Conquistador Apartments!
