Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Vine Apartments
we tried moving into the split level-loft style floor plan with stairs inside. completely different that was shown in virtual and in-person tour. the railing was very shaky and bars (balusters) missing where gaps could fit and adult in them and fall a few feet. we have a 5 month old baby and was a huge concern. their response to my fiancé was “its just because your fat” and “its not our job to baby proof. you’re a bad parent if you didn’t think about that in the first place” the property manager will slam her hands on the desk anytime you speak and laugh and talk down to you. we cancelled our move in.
Your apartment will be 80 in the summer and all they will say is that they cannot fix it. My water hasn’t not been heating up in days. The office will not answer the phone or attempt to contact you back. I have put in numerous maintenance orders for them to fix my ac and yet I have seen NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. only thing good about the apartments is the price of rent!
My husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years. Things were great until the new management company took over. It started to feel extraordinarily unsafe.
New management took over and this place has been run to the ground. They will tow your car without warning, stick your packages received at the office outside for anyone to grab, extremely hostile when you bring up the need for their owners information. Don't move here.
The apartments are livable but the management makes it unbearable. I signed my lease and moved in this month. Below is my experience with management and the apartment complex in general. To begin my leasing process was in complete disarray and was a headache to see come to fruition. My leasing agent and the manager have made this process into a huge mess to the point where I cannot get a hold of them. Similarly, my dwelling was in no way representative of what was advertised on the website or what was discussed with my leasing agent. Unlike the website and the apartments I had visited in the complex, my dwelling was not renovated at all (it looks like something from the 90s); something I was not aware of before signing the lease. There have also been several safety concerns that have also just come to light. In the first week of me moving in my car was broken into. Similarly, another resident had informed me about a shooting that had taken place prior to my move-in date, something I was not told after discussing safety with my leasing agent. I should finish my review by stating I have emailed and called management several times about all of these issues and have not received an email or call back in an attempt to come to a resolution.
No complaints whatsoever, by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The apartment also have access to the River of Legacy Park such a bonus.
I’m currently a resident at the Vine apartment, we moved in in January of 2020. We started our search in October of 2019 and this was one of the last places we went to . Upon arriving the outside looked amazing so we decided to drive around the property before going into the off. No messy trash cans, no extra people handing out. The front desk staff was amazing she worked with me and my husband and gave more than 100% in my opinion. The move in process was great and maintenance has come with any issues (2 times) within 24hrs. This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.
The Vine is a well kept apartment complex and they often have fun activities going on that helps you get to know others living around you. The location is really nice, especially the access to the River Legacy Park right behind it. The apartment themselves are fairly nice, you can tell that they have been updated and in ours there are a few places that seem like they cut corners a little bit. But i do really like the counter tops and cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool area is fun but is a little small and there is no hot tub which is a bummer. In our apartment if someone turns on the water either within our own apartment or surrounding apartments it is really loud in our living room. The floors creak a little, so you might hear the people above you moving around which can be a little annoying at times. Overall nice place to live with a few downsides.
I have been living here for a month so far with my boyfriend and it has been great. The property is very clean and well lit. My leasing agent Cynthia has been nothing but attentive and kind. This is a great place if you have a dog, the dog park and trails are great! All the neighbors here are quiet and respectful. I never hear any loud parties or anything. Whenever I walk outside I always see maintenance cleaning up any trash. We have had no issues with pests or any problems with the apartment at all. Water is always hot. AC is always nice and cold on these hot days. I would definitely recommend living here. I feel safe and at home.
My husband and I have been living here for about 9 months. The employees that work here at the Vine have been truly wonderful! The maintenance crew is timely and knowledgeable and the office staff are always helpful. They offer several amenities on site and even have event planners that make the complex feel more like a community!
Amenities are great, maintenance responds quickly as well as the office team. Very pet friendly so my dog enjoys life here as well
I’ve been living here for about two weeks. From start to finish the leasing process was easy and communication was 100 percent. I’ve place three maintenance request all fulfilled within 24 hours. The community is trash free, receiving packages is easy and at your convenience . The gym is pretty cool up to date equipment, and plenty of room. There’s a trail across the gym that is definitely worth multiple visits. So far my stay has been a pleasurable experience
TL;DR - You hear every movement above you. The floorboards creak and rattle very loudly above you with just a toddler walking. If an adult is walking, add the sound of a bowling ball falling off a counter with each step. I'm a heavy sleeper and had to invest in earplugs. I sleep through fire alarms. Maintenance is a hit if you can figure out what is wrong. Forget having cell-phone coverage; you won't get calls or texts unless enable WiFi calling on your phone. Avoid the manager, talk to Taylor. - Literally the third day after I moved in, I came home from youth group, and there was water pouring from my ceiling in my kitchen. I had priceless photos from weddings and friends gone by which were ruined (I was almost done unpacking) because the water was pouring all over the countertops first. There was a foot of water everywhere. I called emergency services, and the guy literally shows up with a towel and asks to use mine. Apparently my upstairs neighbor had unhooked their water tubing into the dishwasher. He leaves, I have two soaking wet towels, and I never heard from maintenance about that again. - My shower head sounded like the Sirens screaming for my soul. Imagine a woman screaming nonstop at you about a foot away. It took a while to figure that out. Word to wise, you need to ask the maintenance guys to decalcify your shower head. - When my AC turned on, it literally sounded a lawn mower was in my living room. My friends can attest to that. They thought it was hilarious at first. Word to the wise, ask maintenance to replace your filter when you move in. I figured out that mine hadn't been replaced well over a year. Once replaced, it was still quiet when the HVAC kicked on. - Most importantly, you can hear, loudly, when someone above you moves. In their bed, walking, having sex. Walking is the worst sound because literally the floorboards above you creak and rattle (a long time after each step), and usually it sounds like they have bowling balls for feet. Your sleep schedule is at the mercy of your neighbors feet and sex life until you get some awesome earplugs. Even then, I could still hear muffled bumps.
I have absolutely no complaints! Management and there team is awesome! Maintenance fix things in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors I love it!

We have been at Vine for a year and two months now. We have had pipes burst in our apartment. They've torn up our carpet and not fix it, they won't send us people to give us estimates on how much it is going to be to fix anything. They claimed to have fixed a lot of issues with this place but nothing is getting done and they're blaming the tenants for that.

Please email me personally at vinemgr@knightvest.com with the issues in your apartment home and I will have maintenance over to make repairs. Hope to talk to you soon.
Moved in couple of weeks ago. Staff has been very helpful and professional. The apartment itself is still under renovation..hoping they all changed the rails for the balconies. It's going to look more beautiful outside. Especially if they add flowers? Loved the interior too! Can't wait to see the overall once the renovation is complete.
If you like to shower in HOT water, these apartments are NOT for you! If you you are OK with your neighbors keeping their trash outside their front door, for days, in the Summer, you'll love this place. On the rare occasions my neighbors carry their trash to the dumpster, they are somehow unable to put their trash IN the dumpster, everything gets piled in front of it even when there is room inside. Everything is "Krylon New." Maintenence is a joke and management seems arrogant and bothered by tenant complaints. Can't wait to move!

My partner and I are moving out this week we are to be fully moved out by Nov 30th how I work nights it's kinda hard today my other roommate called me to ask if I took the grill because it was missing and he stated look like maintenance had already started prepping our apartment and obviously Someone that works there took our grill how we have not turned in our keys yet and we live on the third floor I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX to anyone I WILL BE CALLING THE COPS TOMORROW IF THEY DO NOT RETURN MY GRILL
I love my apartments because they are very reliable.Everyone is always so helpful An willing to assist in any way possible.Truly a Nice place to stay in Arlington that is not far from the stadium or mall!
Constantly upgrading. Great location, couple miles from the Cowboys stadium and shopping. Roomy units. Pay rent online which is my favorite. People are nice, when you need something fixed they get on it quick.
The location is great, the upgrades are great, but there are things that I would change.
When we first moved in we had a big issue with maintenance. The management has since restructured its maintenance staff. The community is great and we use the dog park daily!
My apartments are quiet , secluded and the staff is extremely professional.
I LIVE IN THE RIVER BEND APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE GREAT THEY MAKE THEIR TENANTS FEEL LIKE FAMILY EVERYTHING IS NICE AND CLEAN THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELP FULL EVEN IF YOU ARE LATE ON YOUR RENT THIS PLACE IS A1 IN MY BOOK.
The apartment is beautiful love the space, the leasing agents are very respectful and nice and will work with you.
These apartments were recommended to me when I relocated to Texas. I hate these apartments and I can't wait to leave here. Maintenance cuts off the water due to busted pipes every other day. They never give u notice. The apartments are run down the carpet is nasty. I was told that I would get my carpet cleaned and I've been waiting for the past 6 months. I can't wait to be out of these apartments!!!
Location in north Arlington is great. Safe place. Laundry on-site as well as hookups in unit. My two bedroom unit has new carpets and new bathroom vents. They replaced them in all the units due to a fire hazard (one unit burned last spring). The price is relatively low. 1 bedrooms also available. The biggest downside is the random reliability of maintenance requests. Little or often no warning when they stop by or shut off the water, too.
Great location. Great price for what's available. Walking distance to a large park. I have to move only because my family is growing. They only have one and two bedroom units. The only caveat I have is maintenance wait time, it can take awhile.
