Property Ratings at Vine on North Park
Janae the manager is the absolute best! We have leased at the Vine for 3 years while in the home buying process and we couldn’t have ask for a better experience. The whole team of management and staff, their hospitality and kindness as well as the amazing maintenance team, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the amenities and community are great. The location is amazing and the school zoned district you can’t beat. We have had an absolute wonderful experience with this apartment community as a whole.
I’ve been here for over a year now and from day one of the tour I’ve loved this place. It stands out from everywhere else. The comfort of my own balcony whenever I want some fresh air, a GORGEOUS pool to cool off in the Texas heat, a peaceful neighborhood that has had no issues while I’ve been here and everyone is very welcoming. The staff are wonderful, the amenities are cool and the apartments themselves are such a nice place to call home. I highly recommend this community to anyone of any age

Wow! Thanks for your review and for sharing that you've loved the community from the moment you stepped onto the property. We're glad that you've loved both the amenities and interacting with our helpful team!
Problems from the beginning. A verbally abusive staff member when we lived there, several wasp infestations through our fireplace, they did maintenance in an empty unit above us and left the AC unit running so it flooded water down into our walls and flooded it which they were in no hurry to fix. We moved out over 2 years ago and got a notice this morning that they sent something to collections in my name even though we don’t owe them anything AND they refused to give our security deposit back. It is not worth it.
We had several pest issues; one right after the other. We had a fly infestation and wasps in our apartment. The wasps were coming from out AIR VENTS and from the chimney. Pest control came by a week later and sprayed the nest. A week later the wasps were still surrounding our apartment. We asked for pest control, but it never got resolved. Since we were moving out soon, we just gave up because the wasps died every time they got inside. FYI, the nest wasn’t taken down, it was just sprayed. Also, I have heard from other residents that this is a yearly issue that never gets resolved and it happens in several other buildings in this complex. This apartment complex is OLD. You can tell from the photos that these look older and it doesn’t look too nice, but that’s not the problem. Internet: we have Frontier and their service has been impeccable and they did a great job at helping us. But they came to our apartment approximately 8-10 times over the last month. The wires and the internet hub are old. Frontier had to change everything in our apartment, including some stuff outside. My partner and I work from home and we depend on the internet. Frontier told us that it was a infrastructure issue with the hub at the apartment. When we brought up the issue to maintenance, they didn’t even contact us back and just closed the request. Issue was not resolved, and we had weekly problems with our internet. Insulation: as I mentioned above, the price for this apartment is great. However, if you are thinking about moving here because of the price, get ready to pay some insane electric bills. My partner and I both lived in many different apartments before around the country, and never have we paid this amount before. This apartment uses the amount of kWhs that a large house uses. Consequently, our bills have been $250+ recently (during the winter). We don’t do anything out of the ordinary; we do laundry every 1-2 weeks (which we have just been washing with cold water), take a 5-10 minute showers everyday (there are two of us), we run the dishwasher every 24-30 hours (which recently we changed the setting to cold water as well), heater has been on 70F but recently we had to change it to 65F so our bill wouldn’t get past $300. Even after all these changes, our bill for the month of February has surpassed $300. I have never in my life paid for more than $80 worth of electric bills and the same has been the case with my partner.
I moved in to my apartment in September of last year and have had the most wonderful experience ever! The Vine is located off of 114 in a nice quite and pretty area of Grapevine! The property management is very nice and has been renovating the property as time goes on and they are also very diligent with taking care of work orders and other needs. There is also a pool, dog park, business center, fitness center, laundry facility, and more on site for all of your needs. I’m giving the Vine on North Park 5 stars for being the best apartment ever!
Vine on North Park is a great apartment complex. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Aside from an issue with my neighbor (typical neighbor stuff) I have not had any issues and any maintenance issues I informed the complex of were take care or right away!
These apartments has been renovated. Renovated in our unit Means new fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, new ceiling fans, new laminate flooring, and new countertops. Our very old shower needs to be refinished, our toilet rocks side to side very badly, and our windows are deteriorating around the frames and covered in mold and mildew. The foundation is so bad under our unit, that we need to sleep with our heads at the opposite end of the bed(as to not sleep downhill), and the walls have some pretty large cracks in multiple locations. The paint was brand new when we moved in, but I get the impression that a lot of things were just painted over instead of fixed. The peep hole on our front door was painted over, and there’s tons of splatters of paint throughout the house on the flooring. The AC unit is old and rusted, and very expensive to run. I understand some of these have been replaced, and those AC bills have been 1/2 of what ours are. It would be nice if the apartments with the older units would be a little cheaper to rent because of this. Maintenance guy is friendly, and office staff is friendly. Neighborhood is very safe, and I love our neighbors. Location, location, location!
When I first moved into these apartments they were awful and not even close to what I was promised before moving in, then the property was bought by the new management company Anterra. They have began renovations all over the property and major improvements have been made! The staff is incredibly nice and understanding, unlike anywhere I have lived before.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We are excited about the renovations to the community! We truly care about our residents and your ideas or suggestions are always welcome. We appreciate you!
Lived here over a year before moving out of state to attend University. The two recent managers don't seem to care about the residents, nor are they very organized. The one bedroom apartment are overpriced. They wanted to raise my rent $80 a month to resign another 15 month lease. The worst part of living at Advenir was the move out process. I scheduled a walk through 3 days before I planned to leave. On the move out day, I called the office to make sure they were still going through my apartment. After a few unanswered calls, I went to the office to speak to one of the office staff, only to find a sign that stated no one would be available until 2pm. I waited until 5pm, and still no office staff showed up. I had to call the corporate office on instructions on what I should to do , since I still had the keys, and spent 4 hours cleaning to try to get my security deposit back. Other issues -dryers in laundry room do not dry clothes properly The two managers that were there before( Jennifer was one I think) were great. Wish they could have stuck around and made my experience a bit better.
we reported having AC issues before summer began. not one person came by to fix it. when they finally did mid-september, they replaced the whole unit. when our apartment was STILL 80*, we peeked our own heads into the attic. HUGE HOLES in the AC duct. no one even bothered to check it out. we took pictures and brought them to the office, and they seemed concerned. however, it is now the end of October and no one has come by to fix it. we had a plumbing issue over a weekend and they sent someone first thing the following Monday. Sadly, the fact it is hotter in our apartment than it is outside AND our electricity bill has been doubled, doesn't seem to matter to them one bit. not to mention a burner on the stove has stopped working, the dishwasher has began rotting under the sink, drawers don't pull all the way out or come all the way out..... the list goes on. the other things wouldn't matter if the complex I'm paying to live at could fix the AC.
My perspective on these appartments are so different than the first several I just read. I had a complaint with a cieling fan not working at the end of June and it is now the end of September and it still has not been repaired. Each time I inquired about it they girl in the office stated they are busy working on air conditioners. Of course how can you say your cieling fan is more important than someones A/C. When we had all the rain in the spring we had a rush of water come into our bedroom and it rained several times. in fairness they did come help clean it up and we had to move part of the furniture out of the room and pull back the carpet for over a month. Finally after a month they corrected the problem. When we first moved in we had roaches and the maintence man was in my apartment and I showed him one in the refridgeator and he stated it was not a roach that the apartments did not have a roach problem. The apartments may not have had a roach problem but that apartment certainly did. I could not put anything into the cabinets for three weeks until the roaches were gone. I rented a parking space they were able to add it to my rent immediately but when i stopped renting the parking space i was told for three months it would be taken care of and it was still there on my last rent statement. It will be interesting to see if they subtract the $25 for the parking space from my deposit as my move out date is September 28. This rental experience has been the worst 13 months of my life. The location is good though.

Dear Neighbor, Thank you for your review. We truly value each of our residents and are disappointed to see you having a negative experience. Please feel free to come speak with me at our office so we can review any service requests you need addressed immediately. Sincerely, Jennifer, Advenir At Park Boulevard Community Manager
These apartments are in a great location. Stainless steel appliances and all refirbished. Haven't had any problems with it yet. Floor plan is great too.
The staff here has been awesome since the day I moved in. They are really good at getting Maintence requests taken care of; they are all very nice. There is plenty of parking even though anyone can park anywhere, which surprised me. So far all residents have been friendly too, they always say hi. The pool doesn't get too busy and the dog park is cute. Can't think of any complaints.
This complex is centrally located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Management recently changed and they've been doing a lot of aesthetic work that has enhanced the units (i.e. a dog park, new red paint on all of the front and back doors, new paint on the stairs and patios, and restoration of crumbling balconies). That being said, it is an older complex, so I would appreciate a little more focus on the inside of the unit. I've had trouble with the weather stripping and air conditioning unit. One window of mine doesn't have a spring-lock to stay open, the kitchen cabinets need new hardware, and the bathtub could use some remodeling as well. All, in all, I've really enjoyed my two years here!
Good location and quiet neighborhood apartment has both w/d connections and small patio area
Great location - one minute from Southlake Boulevard where all the good stores and restaurants are. They are building a Trader Joe's right up the street. Close to Lake Grapevine - great bike trails, dog park, ect. Love my apartment too! Trees everywhere - peaceful.
We have emailed and called multiple times regarding things that have needed to be fixed since we moved in. The new staff is anything but nice and nothing has been done as far as repairs. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes.
