Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

The ladies in the office always greet me with a smile and go our if their way to accommodate the residents needs. They are very friendly and genuine. I believe it takes good management to make things work throughout the property and these ladies sure know what they're doing.
Staff friendly, affordable price for my apartment. The maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful.
Eh estado aquí por 1 Año todo aquí es tranquilo y las trabajadoras son muy amables
I recently moved to Arlington and found my new home at this apartment community. Rent rates are so reasonable for their size and location, they are conveniently located just minutes from entertainment district and easy access to major highways. I love the new office staff and how they have made a difference complying with resident requests and needs. I definitely recommend this place.

I never write a review, but I was reading some of the reviews for this property. I am one of the residents who at one point did not had hot water for a couple of weeks, however I went to the office and spoke to the staff regarding my concerns and they kept me updated about what they were doing to fix the issue. I saw a plumber digging around the building an a couple of days latter my water situation was fixed and had hot water since. I love my apartment home, it is affordable, convenient and feels like home.

Please do not move here this place has been without hot water going on 3 months. If you care about your health run don’t walk!
Property Manager at Vineyards at Arlington II, Responded To This Review
We understand the frustration. We have been diligently working on a resolution and found the only possible remedy was to be to re-plumb every building on the loop. Unfortunately, this process was more time consuming than anticipated and much more effective to ensure all of our residents had a proper and hot flowing water provision. Although we have provided frequent updates we understand the frustration and appreciate the full cooperation and understanding during this time. The remedy is on the horizon and we acknowledge the patience. Please reach out to the office if further clarification or accommodations are required.
Love the apartment complex there the best Everything is close to me in walking distance

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this short but sweet feedback! We're happy to hear that your experience with us was nothing short of 5-star!
No hot water at all for 4 months, and now it’s only boiling hot, I’m surprised no one has sued. roaches everywhere despite how much I clean or pest control comes. Trash everywhere. The office ladies are very nice and professional but maintenance is no help whatsoever. The pool has been closed, no gym like they advertise. Teenagers are out really late screaming and vandalizing cars. Please save yourself the headache and do not move here!
Absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Under new management recently and the office staff is so incredibly rude now. I had an issue and tried to talk to them about it and they offered no solutions or tried to help me in any way. Basically shrugged and kept telling me no with no suggestions while I was on the verge of tears. Over priced. Tiny tiny tiny apartments. Full of roaches every time I turn around no matter how much I clean. Floor is on a slope in several places in our apartment. Balcony feels unsafe and creaks every time you step on it. Public laundry room is full of roaches. Floor in bathroom and kitchen has paint splatters all over it. People leave trash bags all over the place outside. Not a nice place to live. Have had random people try to open my door late at night. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Moving into a much nicer community for only 200 dollars more a month than what they wanted us to renew our lease for and our new apartment is WITH an extra bedroom! There’s three empty apartments out of 8 in our building and it’s been like that for three months now and once we leave it’ll be four. Just tells you how bad it is here, they can’t get anyone to sign a lease. Absolutely ridiculous apartment complex. Save yourself and live ANYWHERE else.
Currently live here. Rent is pretty decent but your definitely get what you pay for. They have the complex fenced off but they don’t use the gates or they don’t work, so pretty much anyone can just walk in. I see shady people climbing the fence from the other apartments right next to them all the time. They give you a parking sticker and have a visitor parking section, but they don’t patrol or enforce parking like they say they do. They charge pest control in the rent but we see plenty of bugs around. Neighbors are pretty obnoxious, we live on the first floor and constantly hear our upstairs neighbor stomping around at all hours of the day, and we also see escorts going up to and leaving his apartment on a regular basis. When we first moved in our stove/oven wasn’t hooked up properly and it took them A WEEK to fix it. We didn’t have a microwave and couldn’t cook anything for our entire first week of living here. I’ve put up with all this so far, but the main reason I am leaving such a nasty review is because we had a major plumbing issue arise yesterday night. Water started leaking from the caulk in our bathroom between the floor and wall. We can’t even really use the toilet or shower because our bathroom floor is SOAKED. So we went up to the office first thing this morning and filled out a maintenance form. Maintenance shows up like 5 minutes later and starts looking at the leak. He decides he wants to drill a hole in the wall and leaves shortly after. He wasn’t in there for more than like 15 minutes. He comes back at noon with another guy and they cut a piece out of the wall to look inside. They still can’t figure out what the problem is. So maybe 10 minutes later they say they are going to lunch and they’ll be back later and they never came back. Office closes at 5:30 everyday so around 4, we call and try to figure out what’s going on. My boyfriend called them twice with no answer. We’ve had this problem MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE of not being able to get in touch with the office. So my boyfriend went up to the office and it was locked. They usually have a sign saying they’ll be back in a few but it wasn’t up, so I guess they just decided to leave early. Either way, there were inexperienced maintenance guys in our apartment for maybe a total of 30 minutes ALL DAY. They don’t know what the problem is, and it apparently takes a genius to get a plumber up there, or SOMEONE WHO CAN FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. Don’t move here.
