Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol

The Vineyards is a wonderful community to live in! The amenities are great! The staff is always friendly & professional. There are many stores & restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend The Vineyards to everyone!

Excellent move-in experience at the Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol. So far, I enjoy my place and the location. The staff are very approachable and greet you with a smile every time. I toured a few other luxury apartments in the area and this is one of the best overall luxury apartment complex.

The Vineyards is a great community! The staff is always pleasant & professional. The amenities & monthly activities the staff holds are fun for the families! The complex is within walking distance to many retail shops, restaurants & grocery stores. It’s a wonderful, safe community for all families!

the name. The maintenance guy only cares about getting paid and not actually doing his job correctly. We put 4-5 maintenance tickets for our fridge over a 6-month period of time due to our fridge shutting off. The fridge was never fixed and we ended up having water damage. They told us it would take 6 days to fix it. However, we moved out and it was still not fixed. They told us we would be compensated, yet we were not. When my husband called to mention it, they acted like they didn't even know we didn't have a kitchen for over half a month. It was excuse after excuse. I know for a fact none of them would ever pay to live in the apartment we stayed in for those 3 weeks. I have seen homeless people take baths in the jacuzzi in the morning. The last time we went to the children's park there were condoms. While it's close to shopping, it's not worth the headache. Keep your move in sheets. While turning in the keys, they told me I never turned ours in. When I gave them the original sign in sheet signed by them. They did a whole 360 and said they "magically" had it on the computer. All in all, the worst experience we have ever had anywhere. Save your money and save your family from any mental trauma from these people. All they care about is your money, not their tendants, and definitely not fixing any issues that your going to have in your apartment. The only good thing management is good at is at making excuses for themselves and at pretending they have no idea of what's going on in their property.

The Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol are an amazing apartment community. The leasing staff and management team are very friendly, accommodating, and strive to make your move in/ living experience extremely pleasant. As well as, the maintenance team continuously work to ensure your maintenance needs are met in a timely manner and up to your standards. Not to mention, the beautiful apartment layouts, luxury community amenities, and short distance to stores have made my family and I experience here in Temecula perfect. We would highly recommend the Vineyards to anyone!

Not only is this a quality apartment living, it's also very quiet and private. The tenant portal is a great way to use for communications.

We have lived here since 2019 and loved the place. The community is quiet, pleasant and in a very convenient location. Stores are within reach. Office and maintenance staffs are very helpful. Shout out to Noreen, Shelly, Justin and Andrew, they are very helpful and professional to deal with. ????? to the team.

I love living here great amenities like a dog park and really nice pool. They take good care of the grounds and keep everything very clean.

The maintenance is excellent. The overall time to complete the work is within a couple of days.

Leasing office staff are great. Noreen specially knows her stuff. Chelly as well but I feel more at ease with Noreen. Andrew and the maintenance manager are both doing their job as best they could. They are prompt and efficient. Professional and friendly.

Love the location and highly recommend leasing here.

This is basically our third year here at The Vineyards of Paseo, and I'll say I would not go anywhere else. The location of the apartment is convenient to most of the things you will need. Shops, doctors offices, hospital is just a stone throw away. The apartments are clean and properly maintained. The surrounding community is quiet, clean, and pleasant to look at. ????? to the location.

We loved living here and this actually our third year now. The apartment in itself is a quiet place to live in. The surrounding area or let's say the community is clean, quiet and no worries if you take a walk. It's Close to convinience that we need like groceries, shopping stores etc. Office staffs are friendly and maintenance are professionally done at all times. We have lived at the Vineyards for almost 3 years now. The Vineyards at Paseo is classy, comfortable place to call home. The convenience of the location is commendable as it is walking distance to shops and groceries. The surrounding area, the neighborhood or community itself is quiet day and night. The staffs of the Vineyards are friendly and Noreen and Shelly answers my email right away. Request for maintenance is attended right away and is always satisfactorily done. Shout out to Justin for being helpful, efficient and timely. 5 stars to the place, staffs and maintenance.

Noreen, leasing consultant, has been extremely gracious, patient and always willing to help me out with questions or issues. The leasing of the apartment and resolving any issues was extremely smooth. The maintenance team have been kind and resolved issues in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend The Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol if a friend is looking for a place to live. It's proximity for almost all of necessities is commendable. The place and its surrounding areas are quiet and clean. Maintenance staff and office staffs are efficient and friendly.

Its admirable how they always see projects through from the time of request to their completion. Very knowledgable and professional maintenance staff and am grateful for all their good and hard work.

I have been living here two months. It is nice to see young families enjoying the pool and BBQ meals. Lots of dog walkers. I had moved from a Senior Living Campus as an independent. Here I like to cook most of my meals but very close to good restaurants or take out food. I am happy to be here. Pat O.

Shelly was great , she will always find time to respond and acknowledged my emails , thanks for her patient made me feel better . I had stress syndrome and health issues and i knew i can be demanding sometimes she managed to keep me calm. Thank you !! Michael who was always so accomodating, he never failed me. Marina was doing a great job ! And for Noreen ,she was always been nice to me in the past ,lately i never had less interaction with her . I hope she never lose patient with my unending work order request which are beyond my control. I always appreciate your hardwork guys.

The Vineyards apartments have good furnishings/fixtures (e.g., granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood floor, etc) and the community feels pretty safe. However, the buildings themselves were not constructed very well, as my apartment is constantly falling apart somehow. I've had numerous issues with my apartment (e.g., flooding), and the office does not communicate well with its residents. Maintenance staff are not always available, even in emergencies. I'm aware that the area/real estate is on the higher end of the price range, but I feel the rent on these apartments is overpriced for the quality (or lack thereof).

The Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol is a great place to live because it is conveniently near shopping, dinning, entertainment, 5 minutes from the 15 freeway and 10-15 minutes from some of the best SoCal wineries. The apartments have great amenities offered to tenants while each apartment as a contemporary design.

The Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol is a new welcome to the Temecula community! The office staff were very pleasant and helpful when touring the various models! I was very impressed with all the floor plans, amenities and how it's located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! I am so looking forward to being a new tenant!! :o )
