Horrible staff unwilling to take responsibility for staff and the mistakes they make. Trash all over grounds and stained smelly halls they do not clean. They turn in disgusting apartments and do not offer solutions to fix their mistakes.

On 12/15/23 My tires were stolen while being parked in the gated complex . This is my first negative experience while living here within the last 10 months (aside from the pool not always being open in the summer and the gym at times being a mess - minor things)I’m not sure how often it happens in this complex but when I reported it they did say there isn’t anything they can do per Maria aside from taking note of it with the files police report. I’d recommend getting on the wait list for a garage. When I moved in I was told it was pretty long wait I’m not sure if this is still the case but would highly recommend it.

I had a great experience since I moved here Aranza helped me with my process, she was always friendly and easy to reach out. Maintenance staff very friendly and quick to respond to our request. They keep the complex clean, and everyone at the office are happy to help with any questions or concerns, there is a nice gym, the pool is always clean. Great place to live with your family.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 months and I only have one complaint and thats the loud music. It's 2:30am and they are still playing their, some neighbors don't realize that people work on the weekends too and need their rest. The staff is nice and friendly, but the neighbors are loud.

I've lived here for almost 6 years and never had any major issues until the last few months after the management company changed. Now the gates never seem to work, maintenance issues are ignored for days and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front office. Our water was shut off for scheduled maintenance, and it was supposed to be off until 5 pm. It is now 6 pm, and it's still off and there has been no update on when it'll be back on. Our sprinkler closet has had a beeping alarm going off for weeks and no one has taken care of that either. They changed the security system on the gates and now no one can get it open. They've resorted to leaving the exit gate open so everyone needs to go in through the exit gate. But hey, our door handles are brand new. Management company really needs to start sorting our its priorities and taking care of the residents' basic necessities before worrying about aesthetics.
I lived here for 14 months with my family and our dog in 2017! Honestly it was a very good stay! They have their flaws (which most places do cause no place is perfect) but we felt very welcomed and for the most part everything was good! Sometimes maintenance would be a little behind but it wasn’t a huge deal cause it was only like a day or two. The pool is nice and kept pretty clean! I also loved going to the free tanning bed they had and small movie theatre set up perfect for kids! The apartment was clean for the most part! We had a few bugs here and there but most places do! (sneaky annoying bugs lol) But i highly recommend this apartment if you aren’t extremely picky! Even when maintenance would come while we’re gone, they would tell us how much they loved our dog and how sweet she was lol! We loved Reagan (i think that was her name) she was definitely the most helpful!

Where to start.... I had my sister staying with me for the Thanksgiving weekend with her pet puppy. Now both of these are on the lease as acceptable not to exceed 14 days within a 12 month period. We left my apartment at 2pm leaving her pup on the balcony keeping in mind she was to big to fit through the rails. At 4:45 I received a voicemail from Duwon at the apartment complex telling me I need to pay a $500 deposit because no dogs were listed on my lease. Now I didn’t answer the call because I’m in the movies with my family. Once I get out of the movies I attempt to call the office back but they are closed. So I head straight home to the apartment getting there about 5:45. First thing I see is a sheriff officer outside so I go upstairs thinking something had happened. Only to get to the door and see a threatening letter stating I violated my lease and animal control was called and WOULD be ENTERING my home to get the dog out. I didn’t know apartment complex’s had the right to let someone enter without probably cause. The sheriff called my phone Once I presented the situation the officer was upset at management for calling the sheriff department for a non emergency reason with no laws being broken. Maria came outside of her apartment who is supposedly the office manager only to be disrespectful and lie to me stating this was a serious complaint and lease violation as we are not allowed to dog sit which is incorrect because the lease says I can. She also was rude and disrespectful in her tone and body language. She also violated my personal information for giving my contact information out to the sheriff with no probable cause including taking my information outside the office after hours. The next day when I called the office to advise duwon stated I did violate the lease when I informed her of the wording in the lease she stated to take it up with Maria. I asked for the corporate number only to get a incorrect phone number from her. I had a threat of animal control entering my home and the sheriff dept called and received a lease violation for leaving a puppy out for 3 hours. Breaking no lease rules at all Don’t lease here they also don’t pick up the trash on schedule the gate is always broken and they claimed to launch the security system back in the beginning of November with it still not working. Not including my packages being given to other residence because they don’t ask for ID. Duwon and Maria are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional people.
After looking at many area apartments, I settled on the Vineyards. Great floor plans, excellent location, beautiful complex, fantastic amenities and most importantly, the staff is professional and experienced. After 6 months, I have zero complaints. If you spend quite a bit more money, there are fancier and newer places. But, the Vineyards is a great value for a very nice apartment and associated accoutrements. I certainly recommend these folks.
