I’m so happy to be leaving these apartments these was the first apartments I ever stayed in I love them until they change management and property manager Jamese who is very rude and disrespectful and a compulsive liar I’m so happy I’m leaving these apartments and I pray for the current and future resident I’m a paying tenant of 8 years and don’t wish the type of treatment I was given from the management on nobody
Don’t move here the property manager is horrible, save your time and look at other apartment option she will have your rental history screwed up by eviction because she want to talk and treat you any kind of way when you are a paying tenant her attitude is terrible I’ll not be renewing my lease!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! These people are extremely rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. They ran with our money. !!!

We apologize for any miss understanding that we may have caused you. We 're not sure what you are referring to, but I can definitely say we did not run out with your money. Only money we accept when doing the application is the $25 fee. We don't take any other money until you get ready to move in. The application fee is non-refundable. If you were not approved its because you did not meet our qualifications. I'm positive we made sure you understood what we had available and when it was coming available, if you had any misunderstanding you could have verified all information with a manager before completing the application. Our staff treats all applicants and residents with the up most respect and we are considerate of your money and time.
ACTUAL availability on here does not reflect actual availability. They will literally know the apartment you want s no longer available and still have you waste your gas to be told its taken and it'll be forever until another one is available. UNPROFESSIONAL

We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. We update the availability on a regular, but we are on a first come first serve basis, we have people come into the office all day putting in application in for apartments. So if we have a unit available in the morning, it is highly that it could be lease in the next 24 hours. We work off of 60 day notices, so it is possible that we will not have an apartment for the next 2 months once all apartments are prelease. We recommend that you give us a call before heading this way just to make sure we have the apartment that you are looking for because our goal is not to waste your time or gas.
I had been approved and waiting on a unit for the last 6 weeks when I decided to call in and ask for corporate number. I asked because I had read lots of reviews of unsatisfied customers and wanted to prepare myself if I should have any of those experiences as a resident but I didn't feel the need to explain that to the property manager. So 2 hours after I was given the number the property manager calls me back and says she's canceled my application because she doesn't why I wanted corporate number. I said so after 6 weeks of waiting and double confirming your going to cancel my app even though I just confirmed two weeks that I'd still be leasing the unit. She said "yes that's my decision and you can go find somewhere else to live!' I just hung up and emailed corporate smh....
I'm about to move because I have been broken into while I was at work. There is no visible security. My neighbors are noisy. I have had to call the cops on my neighbors because of disturbances in the middle of the night. I was manipulated into a unit that is for handicapped. I'm so over this place.
The apartments are very nice and spacious. However, the common areas (i.e. staircases, breezeways) are not maintained regularly and the maintenance staff is not responsive in a timely manner. There is a staff member Joyua, who is very helpful and tries to fulfill all of your requests. The grounds are very well kept and groomed weekly by the landscaping company.
At first looking at the apartments on this site I was skeptical about whether or not these apartments were too good to be true. The listing on the site was accurate, but the customer service of the leasing staff was horrendous. First of all they had an attitude of the back when I visited to see the apartment in person. They almost seemed upset about the fact that I knew there was an income based apartment available. Then after the tour, I told the agent I would be in that following Saturday to put in my application she confirmed but then when I showed up they weed unexpectedly closed. All of the signs on line and in the door said they were open. After waiting a hour someone showed up with their children and said we were closed for the day and was not apologetic. Beware of the bad customer service. I can only imagine it would get worse.
I truly love staying in my Spacious and wonderful apartment.The up keep with the apartment grounds are amazing.We have A Great Fitness center and a large playground area that my daughters love playing on. The apartments are gated leaving me feel safe at all times.I just Love My Apartments and if you move out here so will You.
I visited someone else's apartment here and really fell in love,really the fact that it is completely roommate style,the only thing is I love black kitchens,it's a white kitchen...the rooms are spacious,there total electric and the rent is reasonable for what you get. Also Every-time I visit here the gate is broke
