Overall it’s been great. It’s a relatively quiet community with nice neighbors. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the pool and fitness center enhance the quality.
Love this place, I love the pool table. It would be such a blessing if it could get reupholstered. The pool area is also very nice. Some of the fans are missing veins . With just a few tiny improvements the place would look amazing.

Quiet neighbors and wonderful location on the island. The only surprise was that water is not included in the rent as I original thought. They do charge it each month. Just a heads up, but otherwise the food truck days, the social days are great here. Holiday season has been very fun.

Maintenance is a constant concern, more so for the Property Management Company than the on-site staff. Rent continues to go up, and there is no loyalty to long-term renters.

I’ve been here two weeks and it’s been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’m meeting lots of people. I’ve got a dog and I love how dog friendly it is here. There are lots of community events like food truck night and that’s fun. The pool and clubhouse are top notch!

Nice place to live. Well kept grounds and common areas. Staff is nice and very helpful. Utility expenses are not bad and everything is easy to set up. Each apartment has a balcony which is screened in on first and second floors.

The community is great but honestly nothing is kept up. Gates are not fixed, people from all over are constantly using the pool as if it were open to the public, gym is never cleaned or maintained, pool is not maintained correctly, trash is always on the outside of the trash compactor, plus people from all over come in and throw trash out as if it was a public dump station and the landscaping is never truly cleaned and cut. They have a company come in on Thursdays but it’s the bare minimum job. When you need something fixed in the apt it’s always stated it will be at least 3 week to a month because the company is out in Jacksonville who will be fixing it. The sound system to the pool, patio and gym never work. It could be great but no one really cares about anything or how it looks.

Pretty place to live, but pool can be loud and rowdy :( Overall it’s decent for price and being close the the beach is really nice. Just expect to not be able to use the pool due to people throwing parties constantly

I’ve been here 2 years. Other than the gates have never worked and more grills are needed i’ve had a very good experience. I enjoy the residents who are so friendly especially those who cook at the grills a lot. Good trucks are also a great benefit

So far, I am very much enjoying my residence at Vintage. Amenities and staff are excellent! I have met many of the other residents. Many like myself have dogs and it is enjoyable sharing conversation with them and meeting their dogs.

Moved in the end of February. Gorgeous and spacious apartments in an awesome location on Amelia Island. Love our new home and love the amenities. Pool is so beautiful at night all lit up.
