With the perfect blend of residential and commercial areas, Wileman 3 isn't your typical suburb. This is the location of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and several other medical facilities like the Hough Ear Institute and the Great Plains Family Medicine Center. The Northwest Expressway passes through the neighborhood and is lined with shops and restaurants. Lake Hefner sits directly north of Wileman 3, providing a terrific fishing and boating destination. The lake is surrounded by hiking and bicycling trails as well as several parks.
With Downtown Oklahoma City only about six miles southeast and Oklahoma City University three miles away, Wileman 3 is ideal for commuters looking for a more peaceful location to call home. Wileman 3 apartments provide easy access to other nearby destinations, including the Oklahoma State Fair Park, Penn Square Mall, and Will Rogers Park. Wileman 3 begins along NW 50th Street and follows Lake Hefner Parkway north to the Northwest Expressway.

Property Ratings at Vintage at 50th
I’ve lived here for 10 years and this year my A/C went out. Did all the things to report and as of 6 WEEKS LATER still no resolution!!! And we all know how hot OK gets in the summer! Complete run around by the office and can only speak to someone once a week (office hours are a joke). Save yourself the hassle and don’t rent here!! But if you do, my apartment will be available soon!
I lived there prolly in the year 2015 before it was changed to vintage @ 50. My apt was lovely. I had two entry doors and my apt was updated. There was an apt manager by the name of Amanda and she was everything. So professional and knowledgeable and straight forward. The rent was high but the apt was amazing. Never had any bug problems and neighbors were great. During my stay it wasn't occupied by many people with young kids. All of my neighbors were middle age working people who I barely seen. I probably was the youngest in the area of the building I stayed in. Maintenance came and fixed things in a timely manner, phones were always answered and the pool was sparkling. The were strict with pool rules and community rules. Theft was not an issue and it was quiet. Then Amanda was called to open another complex by owner and then a new person, then something else happened where rules changed but it was still same owners I believe. It's a shame to see all these bad reviews but hey it could be. My only issue was price was high and yes the upgrades were mock granite and what not but to me or in the unit I occupied they were well installed. Other things happened which I confused by because even though rent was high they offered a decent way to pay rent along with late fee where you can stay afloat but then that was no longer an option along with the rent hike to upgrade even further was the reason I left. Other than that, that was by far thee BEST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN IN OKC IN THE 11 YEARS I LIVED HERE. LOVED IT THERE.
Looks nice at first but everything is cheap, the maintenance crew doesn't fix anything properly and there are stray cats Everywhere. Drug dealers. Roaches, bed bugs problems,More than 7 car beak-ins in the last 2 years. No security gates. Drugs and alcohol at the pools, condoms in the pool. Just save yourself - don't move here. It's awful. No one picks up their dog poop,- how about power washing the dirty apartment buildings?
I have lived in these apartments for over three years and never had any problems, the staff is the most nicest and helpful people. Reasonably priced and You can tell they actually care.
I have lived here for almost 3 years and love the apartment and the staff. Any time an issue comes up with our apartment it is fixed right away and it is very quiet too. I know of some people that have lived here 8 years or more so definitely a place worth staying at.
This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is completely inept and when I came to them with my bug problem I was told, 'that never happens here', well guess what ITS HAPPENING! I had to wait an entire week before pest control would come out. They punish tenant with adding 30 dollars on rent if u don empty kitchen cabinets on pest day. The pool is used by non-residents all the time, the staff doesn't seem to care. The garbage is full and sits for weeks. Don't get me started on the neighborhood around the complex, I wouldn't walk alone, its creepy and not well kept. I would highly recommend staying away from Vintage on 50 th
My mom and bro stayed there. It made them sick for real. Standard appliances, small kitchens and bathrooms, nothing extraordinary. I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex for the following reasons. Very shady office manger and maintenance. Crap dirty stairs. Dirty pool.My relatives indicated that they do not answer any calls. When sth gets bad, it takes several weeks and months to fix. Loud kids.Filthy grounds with dog and cat poop.Look at answer for questions to continue reading about this trash complex. This manager pays 10 dollars in return of positive feedback so do not believe the positive reviews, lies and paid.
