Vintage at Emory Road

I love living here, it such a sweet community and i love getting to walk around the neighborhood and see everyone out and just enjoy the pond and all the pretty landscaping.

Love it here. So nice. It’s been a good experience. All personnel has been helpful and kind. Looking forward to 2025 being another good year at the Vintage.

We have been exceptionally happy and pleased with living here at The Vintage. Apartments are modern and well designed and equipped with all appliances, including washer and dryer. The the grounds well maintained and beautiful. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, usually the same day. ALL the members are so friendly and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the Vintage!@

I love living here! It is clean and safe. I also love the constant communication from the sweet office staff, as well as the quick response from maintenance.

This has been the best place to live! I have been living here for 3 years and have had no bad experiences here. The staff is amazing and the maintenance staff are always working hard to keep this place tidy! Thank you guys!

So far the last five months have been great. Our only issue has been parking, often having to park far away from our unit and the evening to late night noise.

I have loved living here. The maintenance is great, upkeep and amenities. The location is ideal for me personally but offers quick access to the interstate and short commutes to surrounding areas like fountain city or downtown Knoxville.

I was moving from a different state and the whole process from start to finish of signing lease and all documents needed was all done by email. The staff was amazing. The apartment looking great. All the amenities that are offered are wonderful.

Mgmt does a wonderful job with the property which is absolutely beautiful. They go above and beyond to assure their tenant's satisfaction. A

I am going on one year here & love everything except the noise from the apartment above me. I have almost gotten used to it but not all the way. I love my apartment, the surroundings, the amenities & would recommend here to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD TO SAY!!! We are absolutely LOVING our stay! Everything and everyone is so nice! We are enjoying it, very comforting and I am happy to come home from a long day of work and be able to relax in such a wonderful place.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Our apartment is absolutely perfect for us! Loving the pool, gym, and the dog park. It’s super quiet and peaceful as well.

This is such a beautiful apartment! It’s well built spacious! Huge rooms! Washer dryer and balcony and dishwasher!! It’s incredible the walls are thick and it’s quiet!

So far I’ve loved it here! The amenities like the car wash, pool, and clubhouse really make this place worth it for me. Everything is so nice and clean and maintenance is very quick as well.

The Vintage has been extremely welcoming to my fiancé and I. All the facilities here are well kept and all staff have been extremely kind. Our apartment has quickly became home to us!

I love living here! I feel so safe and I have so much fun using the amenities this place has to offer. I have never seen a nicer apartment complex.

I recently put in a request for maintenance in my apartment. Since it was just a burned out bathroom light bulb I put my request in as "low Priority". Maintenance was at my door 2 hours later!!! Imagine if I had put High Priority!! This is not a "one off". I have found that the maintenance crew is always fast to respond--not that I have needed to contact them very often over the 3 1/2 years that I have lived here. I am extremely happy to call Vintage at Emory Road my home--the office staff is very helpful with any questions I might have-the grounds are very well maintained--neighbors and their pets are always friendly. In short..5 stars from me!!!

This has been such an enjoyable stay at this apartment complex for about 3 years now! I have never had one bad experience here and you won’t regret staying!

Community is safe, apartments and complex is clean and well maintained. Management lets food trucks come and throws a party in the summer, fun place to be, a lot of great people live here too.

We’ve been in our apartment for almost two years now and are very happy with our decision to live there. We have a 6 month old and everything has been so easy with raising him there. We definitely recommend if you are looking at apartments to consider the Vintage at Emory

Staff is unbelievable and very accommodating. They even go above and beyond with facility upgrades. They have the right rules for a safe and enjoyable environment.

So thankful to live in this beautiful community. Love our living space the beautiful grounds and the awesome amenities. The staff is great, always so accommodating and friendly.

I love Vintage Emory Rd! It is like living at a resort. Lots to do & the surroundings are lovely. I highly recommend these to anyone.

The staff is fantastic. I love the layout of the apt. The grounds are well kept and we have great amenities. For the price I wish the appliances & features were more updated. The only real negative I've experienced is parking. Their tow company is extremely aggressive. They will often boot cars right after the cutoff which shows that the goal isn't to reduce guests from parking overnight but rather to make money. They also don't check license plates & boot anyone w/o a tag. While I understand this is likely the easiest way for them to identify which cars to boot, the tag is small/flimsy and doesn't fit securely when hung from the rearview mirror. I was booted b/c the tag fell off my mirror & despite establishing that I lived here they wouldn't remove the boot. I had to pay $75 for parking at my own apt. When escalated to apt management they stated they couldn't help. Again this makes it clear their goal is to make money & not to prevent guests from taking up spots from residents.

Everything thus far has been amazing! The staff, and the amenities have been superb. Love the location of the apartments, I feel very safe being by myself at home!

So far everything has been great! Move in was smooth though kinda crazy, parking is hit or miss near your apartment, but overall we really love our new place.

Very friendly. Very professional and very well kept. I was impressed by all aspects of the apartment / grounds and amenities that they had to offer.

I’ve been here for just about a year now and it’s been a great experience for me. All the staff here are great. Any issues I may have or questions, the staff are ready to assist me. For a senior, that’s so important.

I love living at The Vintage. Many people I have met have become very good friends and are like family to me. The amenities are something I use often; the pool and gym are my two favorite spots to frequent.

It's a great place to live. I enjoy using a clubhouse and the pool deck and meeting friends. There's a real sense of community here. Office is always quick to respond if there are maintenance needs and a job is always done correctly.

Me & my husband have lived at Vintage for about 6.5 years now with our pup and new addition & have enjoyed living here. Vintage is in a great location with easy access to major highways, and I love that it is a gated community. We are the first to live in our apartment and everything still works great! The amenities are great as well. Miranda is especially helpful! The maintenance team deserves praise as well as they are quick to respond & are always helpful. My only complaints have to do with the noise (you can hear every sound from the breezeway outside the front door & the neighbors above walking, running and/or jumping.) This has been a great place to call home, especially with the housing market right now (2023-2024.)

My resident experience has been good so far, I'm only 3 months in, but nothing to really complain about besides visitor parking availability and regulations.

After just recently moving in, our experience so far has been great. The community has been very pleasantly quiet, but still active enough, and we love the location! The apartment space is beautiful and it’s been fun making it our own so far.

Great place to live. Quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend renting here.

Car wash station needs a longer hose on the brush and a way to hang your mats for cleaning and drying while you wash the car. Apartment must not have good sound proofing as I can hear a lot of noise from the second floor apt over me. Otherwise, everything is very nice. The pool area and landscaping is top notch. A beautiful club house and gym is also great.

So far, so good. I have only been here a few days, but I am enjoying it. Very clean, accommodating and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. It’s more like a resort than an apartment complex.

I have loved living here! The apartment complex has so many amenities for all ages and furry friends! It is just like a small community here!

I love everything about Vintage and I would rate it with a 5 except for the continual stomping noise coming from my upstairs' neighbor. He has been asked to try not to stomp so heavily by Management several times to no avail. I love my apartment, the location of it, the pool, dog park, etc. The staff is outstanding and Management is very helpful. All in all I love living here. Moved in 3 1/2 months. I would highly recommend Vintage to anyone looking for an apartment.

I highly recommend the Vintage of Emory Road. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Maintenance issues are attended to promptly. The community is stunning. The apartments are beautiful. I always feel safe walking in the community any time of day. I am glad I chose the Vintage of Emory Road to call home.

Overall 5 stars lol i still wish i could talk them into an Amazon hub so i didn’t have to wait on packages! But other than that, they’ve been amazing!
