Property Ratings at VINTAGE AT RICHLAND
I have moved here from out of town and thought I would have difficulty finding something suitable for seniors. To my relief I have chosen the perfect location being near any shopping experience I might have with the Columbia Mall less then half a mile away. A multitude of eateries as well are within walking distance. The staffing here is headed by the Community Director who's name is Shonna. Each and everyone of them is available almost at will and they are always cheerful as well as proficient at there crafts. Shonna has chosen employees that reflect her cheerful and attention to detail attitude. I would and do recommend this Apartment complex without hesitation nor with any reservations. Rocky.
Property Manager at VINTAGE AT RICHLAND, Responded To This Review
It means so much to read your incredible feedback about our team! We're honored to serve you and are gratified to know how much you value our improvements. Thank you for taking time to leave us your positive review.
This use to be a nice apartment complex for Seniors. Over the last few years they've had several different managers working there. The up keep has gone down hill, managers doors are always shut, rent goes up by at least 50 dollars a year and they create their own rules. They no longer do leases, it basically an open ended contract. However they still require tenants to show proof of income every year. When rent goes up, you get a flyer on your door informing you, period. This is suppose to be affordable living and given that most seniors are on fixed income it doesn't seem right that they are allowed to increase rent at their leisure. I personally know of friends who have had to move out because the rent increase became more than they took in every month.
