I appreciate their attention to detail and the way they make you feel right at home. The maintenance team is A+! Jason and Kammy have helped us a few times during the move-in process and with minor maintenance needs. They are punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. The community is safe, school district is great and all our neighbors are friendly and kind. My family and I love living at The Vintage! Vintage at Slo is the first place I’ve rented all on my own with my pup. Since moving here in 2020, I have nothing but great things to say about the place. Heather and Chris are great people that are managing this complex very well! Everyone I have encountered is very friendly, helpful and adore dogs. I can’t imagine living anywhere else here in town.

I don't often write reviews, however, in this situation I feel compelled to do so.....I haven't been a renter in over 20 years and I was so nervous to rent. WOW! Best experience ever!!! I am so thankful. The property is absolutely breathtaking. The inside is even as stunning. I love showing off my new apartment-home to my friends. Every inch of this property inside and out is immaculate. The property is super clean and groomed. My children and I use the Jacuzzi almost every night. It is also super clean. I am so excited for summer to take advantage of the beautiful pools and BBQ area! OK now on to the staff...Heather is one of the best customer service managers I have had dealt with. She is thoughtful, professional, friendly and communicative. I can just go on and on how happy I am with this community. I really hope to call The Vintage @ SLO my home for a very very long time!

I am a 4th generation SLO native, & V@SLO is by far my favorite apartment home I have ever lived in. My roomate & our little dog have enjoyed living here almost 4 years now come this December. As one of the first Tennants, we absolutely love living here at V@SLO with all the perks they offer: hot tub, pool, outside bbq area, gym, great location, friendly neighbors & impeccable staff it's definitely the place to make beautiful home for yourself. Everyone here makes you & your furbabies feel welcome & Heather, Chris, Edward & Erwin the staff here go out of their way to make you feel like you matter & truly belong. We are a community here, we have our own little neighborhood app, we have fun mixers put on by our friendly management, & their social media reels are on point to keep us in the loop of all the fun things we can do here in our own backyard here living on the Central Coast! I even saw how the Winn Companies did a trash Clean-up day out at the Rock in Morro Bay Beach. As a native local, it really makes me proud that I live in new development that goes out of their way to be a part of the community & give back. We also really appreciate how clean & well maintained the property is kept here at home; it’s just always good vibes living here. My roomate & I feel so lucky to live in such a nice lil community, a welcomed place to call home! Vintage @ SLO Luxury Apartments definitely top notch & exceeded our expectations!

We lived here for 18 months and while it was definitely expensive, we had a good experience (particularly with the head of on-site maintenance, Chris) until our move out. 2 weeks after moving they charged us $974 to replace the bedroom carpet saying their was an odor. During out pre move out inspection we were never informed of any issues or given the opportunity to address them other than some holes from hanging pictures and such that we filled and repainted ourselves. We have an ESA dog who lived there with us but we had our apartment professionally cleaned twice a month including the carpet for the duration of our time there and there was zero damage and no odor that we or our friends and family who helped us clean could detect. Overall we took excellent care of the apartment and left it in great condition. We contacted management and they denied our requests to lower the amount to the cost of a professional carpet cleaning. At the end of the day we lost $1,000 of our deposit so they could put in new carpet and stick us with the bill. I do not recommend living here.

The professionalism exhibited by the team at Vintage at SLO far exceeds my expectations. It has been a challenging experience for my son and his friends in navigating the housing market in San Luis Obispo which enables me to appreciate the excellent customer service provided by JessLeigh. From beginning to end, Vintage understands the importance to incorporate the latest technology, process and execution with very well trained team members to put parents and the potential tenants at ease. The team answered all of my son's questions with speed, courtesy and professionalism making his first experience/rite of passage in locating an apartment a pleasant experience.
