Mr.

If your seeking a comfortable, relaxing, clean community, this is it. The living space is equipped with all you need, minus microwaves & washer/dryer. Laundry facilities, which are well maintained, are very close as well as very inexpensive. Bathroom is good-sized with shower/tub. Bedroom, which accommodates a king-size bed, has nice walk-in closet. Every unit has a storage closet accessed from the patio, which has space for table & 4 chairs & plants. There are activities aplenty in the community room, that has a business center, but it's missing a workout room. It's adjacent to a small swimming pool/hot tub, which is rarely used, & always spotless. The complex is conveniently located in the quiet respite of Yorba Linda, close to shopping, dining, theatres, & freeways. This might be a good fit for you, as it has been for me.
