This apartment was a disaster from day one. The place was dirty, with mold and stains everywhere. Appliances barely worked, and the noise from neighbors and street was unbearable. The heating was inconsistent, and maintenance requests were ignored or poorly handled. The location was sketchy, and amenities were lacking. Overall, a huge disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

It's now 2022 and since 2017 they claim these units are smoke free, but it's far from it. I made the mistake of renting a place here sight unseen, taking them at their word. That was a clear mistake. My neighbors love to get high all the time and it goes into my apartment. The sales pitch it is smoke free but it is NOT. And they will do nothing about it except make excuses and send out letters the tenets ignore. You've been warned. Learn from my costly mistake. P.S. They may reply saying "we're sorry to hear, blah blah." It's all for show. Don't fall for it. They don't check up on the units. If you sign a lease and your neighbor is a smoker... you're out of luck. They will do nothing about it.

I have been a resident for over 12 months and had an opportunity to see how NALS Management treats their residents. If you like being looked at as a number and don't mind being quoted policy when you have a challenge with your home then this is the place for you. NALS is not in favor of the resident. They are an investor driven, Developer hungary, Corporate Profit community. I hope to see this change soon.
The apartments complex is nice in a great neighborhood but they need to expand the parking it is ridiculous. I also have seen a big improvement in the time frame it takes to complete a work order. Beside that the landscaping is nice it central to everything in Las Vegas.
This is a great place to call home. The place is quiet and I have some gear neighbors.
Wonderful apartments, well taken care and quiet place to live. Very friendly staff and fast maintance.
I would say that the best quality of these apartments is the convenient location to groceries, restaurants, and that it is far enough from the Strip to live a "normal" life in Las Vegas. This place features rude management, terrible customer service, awful maintenance and constantly shut off water lines. Our neighbor didn't have a hot water heater replaced for 3 months.
