Vintage Burkitt Station

I took a tour while I was browsing apartments so that I could move out of my parent's house. I always drove past and decided to take a look and I love it! I saw the model room and loved the architectural aspect of the space! The amenities are also very nice, I love that they have business spaces. Randy gave us the tour and he was awesome! He has been great at answering any questions and concerns I had. Can't wait to call this place home!

Apartment was great! Speedy response to repair tickets. Our air conditioner went out and they had it fixed the next morning. Office staff is friendly and responsive to any and all questions. Loved being able to walk to Dollar General. Package room was a nice feature - didn't have to worry about packages being left outside. Be aware that if you have an apartment close to the clubhouse/pool you will have a difficult time finding parking spots at certain times. The proximity to the interstate is convenient but is very very loud since all the "cool" guys feel the need to rev the engine down Burkitt and I-24 all night.

Never had issues, the fleeing office has always been super helpful and goes above and beyond to help out their residents!

The property and apartments are beautiful! The leasing team was extremely helpful and polite. Hopefully I will be able to call this place home soon!!!

We recently visited Vintage at Burkitt station over the weekend and instantly fell in love with the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the overall apartment complex looked. Everything was clean, modern, and sleek! The staff that showed us the apartment was very welcoming and friendly, even asking about our occupations and letting us know of all of their specials and deals. I look forward to potentially moving to this location, especially since it’s minutes from i24, my job, and off in a secluded quiet part of town.

I visited the property recently and had a very positive experience! The grounds are well kept and the staff was friendly. The apartment is very modern looking and a great size! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and near a major highway for easy access to Nashville and Brentwood!

3 of us moved in to Vintage in June. It's a great apartment, spacious with lots of amenities, and a friendly community and staff! Super great find for a great price!

I love living at Vintage Burkitt Station-Antioch. The office staff are friendly and welcoming to help with whatever you need. The apartments have great amenities along with special perks. It’s a perfect place for families, couples, or even single people. This complex is quiet and has a comfortable environment.

The apartment complex is still very new. It is in a great location right off the interstate and is 20 minutes from down town Nashville. It is a quiet place no trouble around here.

I moved in June 2018. It is very quiet and management is very professional. I am happy I chose the right place to live. If I can give 10 stars I would. I would recommend anyone to live here

The apartment is very nice. The rooms are large and the complex has a pool and barbecues for grilling all year round. In the clubhouse there is a pool table and the gym has treadmills, eliipticals, dumbells, and bikes tha you can do classes on. The staff are very helpful!

I really love living at Vintage Burkitt Station. The apartments are well kept and the staff are astonishing. You can live anywhere, but living here sets the bar high for other properties mainly because of the staff. I've never had a bad experience with anyone in the office and they always assist me with any thing I need!

The ground are very clean and well maintained, even with a high dog population. Leasing office are super nice and helpful. Nice location off the interstate. Love the monthly wine nights and newsletter that keep me updated. Quiet too. The amenities are also a really nice touch like the package room, trash pick up and car wash.

They are super friendly and helpful when trying to find you an apartment. They sent over information regarding their apartments and all the amentities that come with them immediately. They were also helpful on where to go to fill out an application.

We knew before we set up our tour that Vintage Burkitt Station would be the place we called home. I spoke with Dearia over the phone and was convinced that same day that my boyfriend and I needed to tour the property asap. When we arrived we were greeted by Dearia who gave us a great and informative tour. The property is breathtaking, and the amenities are well above average. When we walked into the available unit and I saw the kitchen, I knew we didn't need to look anywhere else, this was it! and to top it off our son approved "his room". Thank you Dearia, we're looking forward to officially calling it home! :)

I was very impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Tyler. The walk-through went great and she was more than helpful providing me with all the necessary information. The amenities were great and the units looked great.

My wife and I were looking for a short term lease while our house was being built. We were blown away by the clubhouse and all of the extra amenities. The office staff is very curious and willing to answer any question asked. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Within my first steps of my tour, I knew this would be my future home. Allison gave a wonderful tour of the community and was very informative! Gorgeous apartment, endless amenities, can’t wait to officially live here!

Vintage Burkitt Station has all the amenities we have been searching for in an apartment. I am looking forward to relaxing by the pool and calling these apartments home. The rustic decor of the rooms and clubhouse is what caught my attention initially and upon researching the complex further we had decided that this is the perfect place for us to reside in Nashville.

Vintage at Burkitt Station exceeded all of our expectations! Tyler was so helpful explaining the leasing process and showing us around the complex. The apartments, as well as the amenities, are both gorgeous and convenient. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience and look forward to hopefully calling it home!!

Upon searching for a new apartment I had stumbled across Vintage Burkitt Station and immediately knew this would be the place I called home. I don’t live in state and the staff has been so helpful through the entire process to ensure that this transition goes smoothly. I am looking forward to all the amenities as well as the architecture and character that Vintage Burkitt Station provides.

I have been wanting to move to Vintage for a while now. I had planned on moving there, but was unable to when I couldn't get out of my current lease. Despite me not being able to move when I had initially planned to do so, both Tyler and Alice were very helpful. I have called numerous times, as well as toured several units. They have been so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. The units are all up to date, clean, and the grounds are well kept. If you're looking for a nice well kept apartment complex with all of the great amenities in the Antioch area, this is definitely the complex to go with.

We just moved in this weekend and everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Polly was great getting us through the process of preparing to move in and when we had appliance problems on move-in day, Alice called in help from corporate to get us a replacement fridge and fixed our washer even though it’s Labor Day weekend. The apartment looks great and we love the location.

We were the first ones in our apartment - and we absolutely LOVED the place, the pool, the clubhouse, the dog park, the workout room AND the ladies in the the office. All of it was a great experience from start to finish. Great location, too! Loved the car wash/vacuum available there onsite, as well. Nice bonus! Property was kept clean and noise level was awesome with the quiet hours that were expected. That was a major plus - very important to us!! Really did not want to leave but we used the 6 month lease as an option for us while we were searching for a home since we were new to the area. We would DEFINITELY recommend Vintage Burkitt Station as a place to consider.

Location, location, location! Just off 24E Old Hickory Exit. Property is new so I was the first to live in my apartment. Exactly as advertised in pictures. Staff is very friendly and amazing. The amenities cannot be beat, excellent outdoor community area with pool and grilles. Gym is amazing! Coffee bar is a favorite of my family when visiting. People who live here are friendly and animal friendly. Dog park is well maintained as well as the car wash that is on property for renters. Again.....amazing amenities! Highly recommend.

These apartments have been been nothing short of amazing! The amenities, the staff, and the apartment itself are all top notch. My fiancé and I could not be anymore pleased with how well living at Vintage at Burkitt Station is going!

I am extremely impressed with Vintage Burkitt Station! My husband and I love our apartment. We asked so many questions before signing our lease, and Polly was able to get back to us in a timely manner. Our apartment is exactly as they advertise! Absolutely impressed with the place as a whole! Highly Recommend! <3
