Located approximately 3.2 miles from the Hamilton Train Station, we offer two story townhomes in a convenient location, close to shopping, schools, banking, and numerous parks, such as Veterans Park, Kuser Farm Mansion and Park, Grounds for Sculpture and Sayen House and Gardens. There is easy access to Routes I-295, I-195, I-95, Routes 130 and 206, and the NJ Turnpike. We offer wall-to-wall carpeting, patios, and front and rear entrances to each townhome. Leases are for two (2) years at $1,500 to $1,650 per month for the first year with an additional $50 per month for the second year. Security Deposit equal to 1.5 months rent.
