Property Ratings at Vintage Creek
Tenants are inconsiderate, leave trash anywhere and everywhere. Management never knows how to fix a problem properly so it will never go away. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking since the day I move in, they have “fixed” it 4 different times now. When it rains for more than hour, my apartment begins to floods, called maintenance and was told to “lay down some paper towels” they never came out to stop this issue. And to top it off, as I sit here writing this review; my bathtub is filling up with sewage water. Save your money people... this place is a dumpster.
Neighbors are allowed to smoke in their apartments, smoke will vent into yours with shared walls. Very thin walls with no insulation, most ppl will blast music till 2 AM or fights (can hear things being thrown), ppl throw litter on the ground, trash piles up outside the dumpster, lots of break-ins, normal to have car broken into. Mold will grow in the bathroom due to poor ventilation even with the door open. Leaks occur often from upstairs neighbors.
Vintage Creek has been going through a transitional period. I have been living here during this transition. The changes I have seen have been positive for the community. Things that I like about living at VC are: Requests that I have made have been taken care of in a timely fashion, the grounds are well kept, complaints about tenants that are not following rules are addressed, deputies do a drive through for security, and lastly, I am happy with my apartment. A lot of credit should go to the new property manager and the maintenance man.
