Property Ratings at Vintage Gardens at Sweetwater
My parents lived here for a few years in 2010 and enjoyed the serene life. Now my dad will be moving back in the next couple months. We were thrilled to find out the same wonderful maintenance man is still here. The staff here are caring and patient. They are ideal for working with an older population. I can honestly say there is no better place in North Augusta that gives more peace of mind to me than having dad here. He is still able to live independently for the most part. The single story buildings are ideal for minimal disturbance from neighbors. There is ample parking and it is flat which is ideal for loved ones as they advance in age. They have a gazebo and it’s a safe, flat property to walk around and get exercise. Close to Walmart and Food Lion at Exit 5.
I moved into my current place this year in February since moving in I have had several issues with verious things that needed to be addressed by management. They are currently work in process. This place is a 55 and older community very quite I found most residents to be much older than I. Enjoy talking with a few that I have met. Vintage Gardens is located out in what I call God's country, quite yet close to serveral things within walking distance. Can relax outdoors, they do have serveral activities that one can participate in. I work during those hours. I truly have enjoyed every place that I have lived in life. Life alone has much to offer if you look for it. I could not think of anything I would like better than to have that expense taken care of for a year.
