Welcome to Vintage Hunters Crossing, a brand-new rental community soon to be an iconic landmark in Alcoa. Alcoa is in Blount County and was formally known as North Maryville before it was incorporated in 1919. Like the farmlands that once enriched the people of this land, the railroad and Little Tennessee River spurred an industrial expansion starting with the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), now known as Arconic Inc. followed by Denso Manufacturing Tennessee, Inc. and soon Smith & Wesson, and an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

The cities of Maryville and Alcoa lie 16 miles to the south of Knoxville. Aside from the number of affordable homes and apartments for rent in the area, these sister cities feature breathtaking mountain vistas and easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Residents of this area do much of their shopping either at the Midland Shopping Center or Hamilton Crossing. Here, you can find a variety of big-box stores and more local shops, as well as national chain restaurants and locally owned pizzerias. Several thoroughfares serve this sprawling area, including U.S. Highway 321 and 411.

Feels like home. I love that it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet. Yet it’s close enough to just about anything f you could want or need.
Staff is very friendly and understanding. Some amenities are not as kept up with as they should which is more on residents that don’t care than it is on the staff. The building is kind of spotty. Less than 2 years into the building being up, above the doorway leading into the bedroom has cracked been repaired and cracked again

It’s a great community to live in. There is always some kind of activity going on. There are so many amenities. You can go swimming, play pool, grill out, play table tennis or just sit and relax on one of the many comfortable seats around the clubhouse.

Such a beautiful community. Feels like we live in a hotel resort. The pool is perfect, the common area is stunning. I love the complimentary coffee in the common area. The apartment has beautiful floors and a ton of storage. My only complaint so far is the fridge is too low/small.

Great place to live! Only issues are lack of parking and can hear upstair neighbors very easily. I think the neighbors are easily heard because there is not any carpet, therefore no barriers.

Great place to live. This place is wonderful. Besides the rent being rally high, the neighbors are very nice, the keep it clean, the maintenance come when requested, and when you need to reserve the clubhouse, the sign up is really easy.

I have never lived in an apt before and I am glad we chose VHC. Amenities are top notch, community events, food trucks, cleanliness, and the staff…..did I mention the staff!? From the front office to maintenance you couldn’t ask for a better group of people working to keep the apt complex at 5 stars!

Vintage Hunter’s Crossing is by far the best apartment complex ever. Their staff is unlike any other and are willing to put their best step forward to make sure you are handled with care. I have nothing but amazing things to say, so if you’re thinking about moving here, do it!

Staff very helpful with all paper work. They were very kind. I needed lots of help with computer, since my computer skills are bad. Several staff helped with computer instructions.

So far we have really enjoyed it here! It’s so pretty and the amenities are really nice! It’s soo close to everything! The staff is very helpful and friendly too!

The residents that I have met so far have been very nice and the complex is very clean and up to date. Dog Park has been a definite help with my Dog Wesson giving him a place to run without his leash!

Just moving in but love how it is looking and everyone seems to be nice. There seems to be something going on in the complex every week! So that’s pretty cool way to meet people!
