Welcome to Vintage Hunters Crossing, a brand-new rental community soon to be an iconic landmark in Alcoa. Alcoa is in Blount County and was formally known as North Maryville before it was incorporated in 1919. Like the farmlands that once enriched the people of this land, the railroad and Little Tennessee River spurred an industrial expansion starting with the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), now known as Arconic Inc. followed by Denso Manufacturing Tennessee, Inc. and soon Smith & Wesson, and an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

The cities of Maryville and Alcoa lie 16 miles to the south of Knoxville. Aside from the number of affordable homes and apartments for rent in the area, these sister cities feature breathtaking mountain vistas and easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Residents of this area do much of their shopping either at the Midland Shopping Center or Hamilton Crossing. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in! Quiet nobody bothers you they give you notices if they’re gonna come in your apartment they have ever amenity you can name! They have all kinds of events you can reserve the office or whatever you call it. It’s a big event center office thing. It’s got pool tables ping-pong tables pull a bar. It’s got everything and it’s got a saltwater pool open. It’s an awesome place to live I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else.

I've been at VHC from the very beginning and have been extremely pleased with living here. A few bumps along the way, as to be expected. The staff is amazing, caring and compassionate. In the month that I've been here, my two maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and effectively. I like being able to use the clubhouse and grills whenever is most convenient for me. My apartment is nicer than any other rental I have ever been in. The prices are also competitive locally with better amenities

Great communication from the staff. They always do their best to keep the community informed of everything that is going on as soon as possible. Some of the amenities have deteriorated but that is mostly due to poor rule following by residents.

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Some amenities are not as kept up with as they should which is more on residents that don’t care than it is on the staff. The building is kind of spotty. Less than 2 years into the building being up, above the doorway leading into the bedroom has cracked been repaired and cracked again

It’s a great community to live in. There is always some kind of activity going on. There are so many amenities. You can go swimming, play pool, grill out, play table tennis or just sit and relax on one of the many comfortable seats around the clubhouse.

Such a beautiful community. Feels like we live in a hotel resort. The pool is perfect, the common area is stunning. I love the complimentary coffee in the common area. The apartment has beautiful floors and a ton of storage. My only complaint so far is the fridge is too low/small.

Great place to live! Only issues are lack of parking and can hear upstair neighbors very easily. I think the neighbors are easily heard because there is not any carpet, therefore no barriers.

I love everything about this apartment. The area, the people, the employees, etc. my dog absolutely loves the doggie park. We love the pool area and the office building.

The people here are great and super easy to work with! The apartments are new and clean and the facilities are updated and available 24/7. The staff helped us find the exact apartment we were looking for and made moving a breeze.

We are enjoying living in the apartments and meeting the people that live there. My family feels very safe which is a big deal to me. We love having the different food trucks and events that happen here. Looking forward to the next activity.

I really like living here. There haven’t been many issues while I’ve lived here and anytime there has been one they fixed it the next day. That goes for any problems within my apartment and any problems in the community. Very impressive staff
