My girlfriend I have been living here for more than a 1 now and love it here! We live in a nice area where everything is close and safe. People at the apartment complex are like family and the amenities great here including gym, grill, pool, and game room. Unfortunately there is no real business center for printing or Desktop use, but there are options to lease offices. The Internet is the only problem we have due to the shared wifi and bot everyone having their own router.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Vintage Lake Mary Apartments! The location is unbeatable—you're just minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities here are fantastic as well. The resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing, the well-maintained fitness center is great for workouts, and the walking paths around the property create a serene, peaceful environment. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and have modern finishes, which makes it feel like home. The only downside I’ve encountered is the shared WiFi. It tends to be a bit slow, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you need a fast connection. However, this is a minor issue in comparison to all the great features the complex offers. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall community vibe is welcoming and quiet.

Vintage is a luxury apartment community that has a resort feel to it when using the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.). The layout of the units make sense and easy to move about. Staff and maintenance are very responsive and accommodating. I have been a resident 8 months and I love it here.

Excellent place to live because of the people who work here, the way the grounds are maintained, all of the wonderful amenities like 2 gyms (one for cardio the other for strength) wine and coffee bar, large swimming pool with cabanas and nice seating also a grill if you like. All of the people in the office are very friendly and very helpful,whatever you may need they're there to help. They have ample parking including undercover parking.Their is something here for everyone! Also there is so much around here it's well located in the heart of everything.

So far our overall experience has been wonderful! We have not had any of the issues all our previous apartments have had. That alone brings a very positive feeling. Up to this point we've had such a good experience. Any concerns we have had were addressed very quickly. That tells me they listen to and care for their residents. The staff has always been very pleasant toward us which really adds to that feeling of being at home and living in a great environment. I would also like to mention I think it's wonderful that they put on events and get involved with the residents. Those little extra things really go a long way and make a big difference!

I recommend Vintage at Lake Mary. I feel like the office takes people’s concerns seriously and when I have guests come over I’m actually proud of my apartment. There are so many unique things about these apartments (very tall doors, indoor hallway) and I feel like the rent is a fair price considering the rates for other places. I love that all of the apartments have the same updated features and the amenities are well maintained.

This so far has been the best living experience I have had. I have lived in apartment complexes where the main office had me in tears because they refused to fix things like the dryer in the apartment (which ended up in a fire) - the main office team is amazing the fact they know everyone is amazing - they literally know you by name when you walk in they are just sooooo nice! The pool/gym /clubhouse are worth the rent alone I love it! Building 2 is great during summer/rain season because you can just walk to the clubhouse and play pool or shuffle board or even watch tv for a change of scenery. The complaint I have is it’s not fully soundproof but that is apartment living - the longer we live here the more we notice things and are more aware of how it effects our neighbors.

Just moved in recently. The Apartment is nice, the staff is friendly, and a few of the residents I’ve met were satisfied with the complex. I absolutely love living here! My boyfriend and I have been here for nearly a year and leasing consultant, Stephanie, still checks in on us and says hello anytime she sees us in passing. She goes above and beyond and her residents notice it! Overall, I would say that the management team here doesn’t compare to surrounding complexes. They actively communicate with their residents and we always have activities going on! I truly haven’t come across a better team and apartment complex.

Been living here 6 weeks and have very few complaints. LOVE the pool area as well as the 2 clubhouses. The only complaint I would say is you do hear people above you walk but that’s apartment living.

It has been a great experience the past two months since I’ve moved in. I love being able to use the amenities and there are always events to attend that the community organizes so I don’t have to drive somewhere for entertainment.

Moved in for 3 weeks now and had an amazing experience so far. The apartment is brand new so it was in great condition. The management team is doing a wonderful job - answering questions quickly, maintaining on time, and following up! Special appreciation for our manager, Stephanie! She is very nice, patient, and helpful!

Enjoy the fine living of Vintage! The amenities are supreme also the community is clean and quiet. The pet friendly dog park makes it easy to meet neighbors and socialize.

The convenience of living here close to my son school and having everything nearby of what we need is priceless. The Apt I got was brand new. Energy matters, I was the first to live in this apartment. The staff members are fantastic!

Staff is great very responsive and quick. Amenities are amazing. Building is pretty quiet all evening long. It is a pleasure to come home to it each day.

Vintage Lake Mary is a lovely property and has some wonderful amenities. The coffee bar is amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, Jose was very kind and welcoming. He offered me refreshments while I waited to speak with the leasing team. While Stephanie, the leasing agent finished up with the people in front of us, the property manager, Derek came out and introduced himself and also welcomed me to the property. Overall, it was a great experience, and I cannot wait to move it!
