We love it here. We have a baby and this apartment has everything we need for minimizing exposure to the cold winter with the heated garage, Whole Foods directly next to us, and even has a pool table for when we want to do something in winter. The gym is perfect, as well.

Neighbors are nice. Apartment was not move in ready. Quite dirty and garbage disposal was broken on day one and the kitchen faucet is leaking. Have to wait a week for the correct repair person to come back from vacation.

It’s been great so far 3 years in two different apartments. Very quiet which is how I like it. View of the city is nice. I should take advantage of more of the building’s amenities like the pool, gym, party room but I don't use them as much as I should. The concierge is great i know when packages arrive via the phone app. It’s a great place to live.

I've lived at Vintage on Selby for more than 7 years. It hasn't been without bumps, but has been a pleasant experience overall. I especially appreciate the live grass backyard on the third floor level and the pool.

The location, neighbors, and community are great. The apartment themselves are a step above builder grade. Turnover is an issue with staff. I think that's a reflection of upper management and not the employees themselves. If you're looking for a friendly, great location, and cleanliness, this is a great place. The amenities are great for being in the city. Easy, maintenance free living.

I was so excited to live in this building due to location and amenities, however that excitement was quickly lost. It was not disclosed to me when I signed my lease that my unit was directly above the Whole Foods loading dock so I've had to live with that noise. I've also been living with a horrible metallic scraping noise that recurs at all hours of the day and night in my unit that disturbs me in whatever I'm doing, including sleeping, every time it happens which is almost every day. When I reported this to staff they claimed they would look into it. Months went by and nothing was resolved. When I tried to check in on the status of my concern, I was ignored and couldn't get anyone to contact me. The staff have ruined my living experience here and it is tremendously frustrating since I previously would've rated them much more highly. You should be extremely skeptical about moving into this building knowing this is how it's staff will respond to issues you may have.

Love the common area spaces and the dog park! The pool is a great addition to the already fabulous spaces! I am looking forward to shopping at Whole Foods which is right next door!

I continue to be extremely happy at Vintage. I have so many nice neighbors, the staff is fantastic (particularly Eric & Shawn), & the amenities are amazing. I plan to call this place home for several more years & will encourage anyone looking for a home in the Cities to look at Vintage!
Recommend - great office and maintenance staff and. Excellent location. Building feels safe and well maintained. Closeness of grocery story is really convenient. Would not recommend - rent is high, communal living is not for everyone (dealing with people and their lack of respect for living with others), dog barking can be annoying at times, trying to find a cart is way too difficult sometimes, parking fees are high.

My first day there was a community event! Not only did I get fed, but I met a few of my neighbors as well. The property is just exquisite and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. I have already recommended the property to friends :)
I did not request any service and was very annoyed at Conservice for stating there was an issue because I had low water usage. I am rarely there, ergo, don?t use water. Con service is charging us a monthly fee that Franky I do not appreciate. I hope they do not annoy me further.
Great location and Whole Foods below us. Assess to bus lines and numerous restaurants in walking distance.
Maintenance staff prompt and helpful. Also provided suggestions to help avoid the issue in the future.
I moved to Vintage in September 2021 and I have honestly never been happier! Everything is convenient - I can walk to Whole Foods in sweatpants and slippers without leaving the building when I'm craving dessert, reserved & heated parking underground means no scraping off my car in the mornings, and it's 5 minutes to downtown St. Paul and about 7 minutes to downtown Minneapolis by car. Most of all, the people I've met here are very welcoming and kind to each other. From what I've been told by other residents, new management in April 2021 expanded the office staff and added a full-time person to manage packages, coffee bar, and other resident needs. They are extremely responsive and communicative, and host social events for residents multiple times per month like wine tastings and holiday parties. This is the most carefree I've been in years, and I would recommend Vintage to anyone!
It is a lovely environment and well situated. Their rental rates reflect this.
Curtis is awesome. There are other reasons I would not recommend Vintage: recurring issues with smoking, vaping and/or pot; noise on the roof- especially kids shouting screaming- and also can be an issue with fireworks/sparklers at 4th of July; wood burning grills on balconies that mean I have to close my windows/deck door; and also there is an intermittent issue with the garbage chute smelling- especially in hot weather.
My fiancé and I moved to Vintage on Selby about 4 months ago. We have been overjoyed with the staff and property. Every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. The property is always spotless. The other residents are also great. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. The workout room, pool, and common areas are amazing and great for studying, relaxing and working out. If you are considering moving in the twin cities area I would 100% recommend moving to Vintage.
Its costly, but worthwhile if you can afford it and/or are willing to spend the money.
Overall I feel very positive about the living experience here, but the noise issues have diminished that feeling.

Staff has been phenomenal. All are very responsive and extremely nice.
It's such a friendly community, clean and I LOVE the location!
