Ontario is one of the busiest communities in the Inland Empire, with events and attractions drawing folks from all over southern California as well as locals. The city is a popular shopping destination, specifically the enormous Ontario Mills shopping mall. Next door to Ontario Mills, Citizens Business Bank Arena plays host to concerts and sporting events throughout the year, regularly drawing crowds of up to 11,000 people. Both of these attractions sit on the northeast corner of Ontario, as does the popular Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park. Metrolink service connects Ontario to Riverside in the east (30 minutes) and Los Angeles in the west (roughly one hour).

Property Ratings at Vintage
hese people are scam artist, incompetent staff, and culturally biased. I moved and they have attempted to make this process as difficult as possible, withheld mail that had to do with closing on my home and never mentioned they had it although we were in their office almost daily to close out or apartment. In addition to their many screw ups, I was done when they refused to respond to the carbon monoxide alarms going off and stated it was only the battery so no one would come to test the alarm. Had to call fire department who found unsafe levels of carbon monoxide coming through the vents from a poor cleaning job they did in the apartment below using unregulated chemicals. Don't move there! From issues such as this to fighting with drug dealers to move from in front of my garage, to loud parties going to 4am, and Patrick the property manager saying it's nothing he could do. The worse.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way but thank you for sharing this with us. Management beyond the community team would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these experiences with you so please feel free to contact Resident Relations at http://upload.equityapartments.com/. Thank you.
I lived in SFR homes for over 20 years I had to sell my home and move quickly. I found the Vintage Apartments Homes in Ontario and have lived here for a year now. I find it to be extremely quiet, pet friendly and my unit is very spacious. I have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a loft. I love that my townhouse style unit includes a washer and dryer. I also love the 24/7 fitness center. The pool Jacuzzi area has lounge chairs with an outdoors fireplace and grill. The other pluses are its close to mall, restaurant, Sam Club, Costco and the Ontario Airport.
I have been living at vintage apartments for about a year. I live in a one-bedroom apartment. Everything is updated in the apartment. I love the tall ceilings and crown molding. Gives a feel more of a home rather than an apartment. They recently have repainted and repaired damages on the exterior buildings. The pool is great and has a resort feel with the palm trees and BBQ/bar area. Mostly all the workers for vintage are great& very helpful when needed. All the maintenance workers are extremely nice, too. Overall I am happy with my experience at Vintage apartments. The only downfall is parking. There is not enough for the amount of people who live here. It does make it hard to have visitors over.
Newer three story buildings with easy freeway access to the I-10 and I-15. You're 1 mile from shopping and entertainment from the Ontario Mills mall and 3 miles from Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. Landscaping, maintenance and upkeep is done regularly and keeps the property looking good. Amenities include good sized gym, pool, spa and outdoor fireplace with built in bbq. The only downside is that guest parking can be limited, but I find that everywhere.
I first found Vintage online, pictures of the community seemed beautiful and very welcoming. I showed up on a Friday morning to sign the lease papers and I was shocked to see how quite the community was. It seemed like the perfect place to live. Sadly, after one month of living there, I can't say that anymore. There is "ALWAYS" a party going on by the pool, with loud music playing frol 6:00pm until midnight, even though the pool area is closed at 10:00pm, that does not stop the residents from playing their music and being loud themselves. After multiple complaints to the office, as well as the "community security", which is a extreme waste of time, it seems that the lease terms are not enforced. Another huge concern for me is that the community is PRO-SMOKE. I was never told this before I signed the lease agreement. Wether its walking my dog or walking to get my mail, I am greeted with multiple clouds of smoke in my face. There have been days that I can smell smoke inside my unit even though all my windows and doors are closed, which is very disgusting when I'm trying to eat dinner with my family. If you have multiple cars forget about finding parking near by. I get home between 2-3 and I can not find a spot anywhere. Another major concern I have is safety, because the community is not gated people can come in and out as they please. There was an instance one night when some teenagers' stole every single fire extinguisher in the community. It took management 3 weeks to replace them as well as clean up the glass the was broken in order for the extinguishers to be stolen. Over-all, I am dissatisfied with the up-keep and management of Vintage. I do not recomment anyone move here.
I love living at the Vintage itself. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. All concerns are handled quickly by office staff. We tend to get ants in the summer months but it is nothing a little vinegar can't keep away. The only downside is some of the residents. For example, some residents don't clean up after their dogs, children are often playing in the street areas with no supervision, people drive by with loud music, etc. Overall, it is just common complaints that come along with living at an apartment complex. We are happy with the complex in general and would reccomend to anyone looking in the area.
Great and beautiful apartments, but I didn't realize I was going to be in so much debt with them. Even with my partners and my income combined it's tough. We need your help!
Great staff, perfect location. Shopping centers are walking distance with an unlimited amount of restaurants and two major Freeways to get you on your way anywhere in minutes. Two things to keep in mind is property parking is limited and first come first serve, due to property across the street gyms and basketball courts are either always full or taken. Securing property for paying residents would make this review great not good.
