I love the quiet community and the attention to detail from the staff. The amenities are well kept and leading office is always happy to help. Maintenance staff is prompt and attentive.

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Always there to welcome you with a smile and always do what they say they will do! LOVE THIS TEAM!!!

Shout out to the cleaning crew. Every morning without fail as I’m headed out to work they are finishing up cleaning and making sure the common areas are clean and maintained. They are always super kind and respectful!!

I just moved in this September and I love literally everything about this community, except the smell in the 4th floor hallway - it’s unbearable.

Thank you Tammy and Laura for everything they done to help us move in via phone, it was alot of work but they made it easy. So far my wife and I love the short 3 days we have been here

We have truly enjoyed living at Vintage Station North! I love that it is walking distance from ice cream shops, sandwich shops, and Kat’s Bar. The apartments offer a few good amenities. The common areas are generally clean. I love that there is a little free library on site.

Our neighbors are great, and we watch out for one and another. The office staff, maintenance, and cleaners are great. They go above and beyond in order to help you. I absolutely love that it is dog friendly. It is nice to live in a community to feel like it is home away from home.

The ladies in the rental office are so kind and respectful which makes a huge impression. They seem to genuinely care about their residents. Tammy and Marlene are the BEST!

Great community and location. Could use more amenities for the price you pay and there are no social events as a community. Parking is hard to find but overall management and the experience living here is nice.

The ladies in the office made me feel right at home from the first time I entered the office. Since living here I’ve had such a great experience. If I have any questions or concerns, everyone is quick to help. This is such a great community and I love living here!

It's been a nice place to live. The people are nice and the area is great and safe. The neighbor is in a good place to shop and restaurants.

very nice place to live, just really wish parking was different. The asymmetry and difference in distance from certain parking spots make things difficult.

Pleased with overall stay, however, very disappointed regarding constant increase in fees such as $50 for trash and common electricity fees. Try and get legit answers from management, just to hear “it is what it is”. Overall poor communication and costumer service.

Love the quiet community and camaraderie found here. Having the Red Bicycle here is a big plus. Great part of MJ. Easy access to everything we need. So happy we renewed here.

Good community to live in. Safe area and not to much commotion going on that keeps you up at night. Pretty peaceful. Nice that they have chargers for teslas as well.

Very friendly and inviting community. I knew about this place far before moving here and visited several times just for the coffee shop and lounge areas. The dog friendly atmosphere has been great my my dog as well.

So far we've never been happier. We met our neighbor, he's nice. Our apartment is beautiful. And we hope to fit in here. We love the apartment and the built in shelves.

Very nice amenities, and staff is great! Maintenance is quick and efficient with all there duties. Very pet friendly and a great dog park for them as well.

Wonderful apartment community where the office people are kind. Park at your own risk- there are no cameras on the parking lots. RB coffee shop is great with very nice staff.

Vintage Station North is a great place to live. The location is perfect, centrally located so it is near everything. The amenities offered are amazing and it is well managed and maintained.

I cannot get over how incredible the staff is here. Laura in the leasing office found me an apartment in less than a week and 1/2. Community is beautiful & people are so nice. Only complaint is that parking is far for some of the complexes & carrying groceries that far in a parking lot is roughhhhh

Great experience. The maintenance team is always the best and most consistent in my 3 years here at Vintage Station. I learned to live with parking ( still not a fan).

The managers are very respectful and trustworthy. The maintenance technician are reliable and do great job ??. It's a great place to live and raise your family. The people are nice and respectful, with their pets.

The staff at Vintage goes way above and beyond to make sure residents are well and safe. Their attitude is always positive and caring in any situation.

Staff has been awesome. We are still needing some things done to apartment but overall we are very happy living here. Neighbors and community have been very friendly. Family love the gym and pool area. Our dog loves the animal area. Everything just awesome and very user friendly

I love this location, its amenities, and its management. Even though it's by the train tracks, I rarely hear it. The Dunkin' across the street is also a plus!

It’s our first apartment it’s perfect to start off. Beautiful place and very safe for you and your family. The parking it’s the only downside there not enough parking spots.

Love the apartment! Everyone is so kind and really keeps the complex clean! We have really enjoyed living here for the last month! All of the amenities are well taken care of.

The maintenance staff is the best. They are friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to resolve any issue. During my time here, there have been several changes in property management but the staff remains consistent. If there were one thing I could change would be parking or have reserved parking open for everyone. Parking has been pain point especially for the 2 bedroom townhouses. We have adjusted because there is not much that will happen due to limited options of space. Perhaps reserved spot for every unit. Otherwise great experience.

Community is a great place to live. People and staff are very friendly and helpful. Anytime there has been an issue it has been taken care of.

The move in process from start to finish was fast and simple. Not alot of back and forth and pretty straight forward. The only downside is and has been the parking for unloading and in general.

Noise isn’t a problem although upstairs neighbors can be a little loud (but that’s a given). The residents are super friendly. Parking can be frustrating, especially when working late. I received a parking ticket for parking on the street when there weren’t anymore spots available :/ Overall, a good experience having lived here 11 months. I would renew my lease if there wasn’t an increase in rent.

Since I moved to vintage station apartment s. It's been a the best move I have ever made. The managers are very good and understanding, and the area is great. And good food at the restaurant.

We have had a very positive experience living here so far. Both of the women who work in the leasing office have been great to work with while moving in!

Moving into apartment was very uneventful. Laura was super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to meeting new people in my new community. Sooo very happy to see so many dogs. My Jada will be so excited to meet new four legged friends.

From the time I contacted the leasing office to my move in yesterday, the staff have been so helpful and patient. I applied for my apartment without ever seeing it and when I walked in yesterday I was very impressed. Clean, sleek, modern design through the apartment and the property. Also Laura is freaking amazing! She actually made me feel like I’m home.

Moved in about two weeks ago & have already fallen in love with this place! The staff was so helpful during the application and move in process!

The staff is definitely interested in their renters well-being. Recently I had to be hospitalized and they made sure my beagles were taken care of.

We've appreciated our time at Vintage Station North. The community is centrally located to all of the things we like and need. The updated units are wonderful and amenities are spot on. The staff are communicative and helpful. If we weren't buying a new home, we'd definitely be staying here! The only (minor) downsides are the noise from the nearby train and the parking situation, and neither of those things are under the community's control!
