Vintage Tollgate Apartments

I have lived in Tollgate for over 4 years! I recommend the Vintage Tollgate apartments to anyone who is looking for apartment living! Great amenities and the property management and staff are quick to answer!!!

Everyone is super friendly. The neighborhood feels very safe. I love that the location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants and activities. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Vintage Tollgate is a great place to live and is in a convenient location. This place grows everyday with new businesses going in all the time. It's like living in a mini city!! Everyone is friendly especially the office and maintenence staffs. I love that I get to meet new people all the time....some even becoming close friends.

Great place with now s pizza place in the neighborhood! Also love that they have events for residents to meet and get to know each other!! Also office staff is always so friendly!!

Overall a smooth application and move in process. The location is great and we are loving the apartment! Very quiet inside, well maintained. Good storage.

I have lived at this community for over 6 years, and have never regretted for a moment my decision to move here. The staff are so kind and friendly. I love it's location. It is extremely close to I840 and very close to I65. It is only about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. The community is quiet and clean. There is a greenway and dog park within walking distance, and a lake that you can walk around. You should consider moving here would be my advice.

I love living here at Tollgate village. The staff are like family to me. It is a wonderful place to live. I also want to mention the maintenance people. They work so hard and are right there when you need them. I definitely would recommend coming in and see for yourselves!!!!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! It is quiet, well taken care of, and in a great location. The front office and maintenance staff are wonderful and are quick to help if there is an issue.

Great community with growing businesses! Love the hiking trail snd friendly people in the neighborhood! Safe community to live in and the location is perfect to go shopping in Sprinh Hill or Ftsnklin.

Everyone is so nice here! If you request a maintenance report, they are quick to come fix the problem! The pool area is alway clean and peaceful.

Vintage Tollgate is a great, quiet community to live at. The grounds are very well kept and the cleaning crew is exceptional. I highly recommend!

I’ve loved living at Vintage Tollgate! The apartment complex community is quiet and cozy! My apartment is exactly what I need! Like all apartments, there’s little things that I would change if I could, but overall, great experience!

Tollgates apartments and community has brought so much peace to my family. Just a few days living here has been delightful. We have felt safe, peaceful and at home since entering our place. The staff is incredible, the apartment is clean and feels like I've been here for years. Truly a blessing.

This will be my second year living in this complex. The community is good, you can meet new people or not depending on your vibe. To start the prices to live here don’t compare to the “amenities” you have access to. The dog park is for puppies and SMALL dogs. It isn’t big enough for a medium sized dog to play…which is super disappointing because everyone here has big dogs. Another thing is the park for kids. It’s like 3 pieces of equipment for toddlers not for anyone older. Management has also changed since I have been here. implementing “new” policies without informing residents. Also be prepared to have to make sure your apartment is “safe” to live in, before signing your lease. My first apartment had mold in the window for our entire lease and got fixed 3 days before we moved. And our new apartment had to have work done immediately (I.e the fridge was broken, the dishwasher had to be replaced) but it was vacant for 2 months before we moved in. DOCUMENT everything, it helps!!!

The staff has been kind and so helpful! The ladies in the office print things for me regularly. Everything is always clean and beautiful. I always see maintenance keeping the pool clean. The neighbors are friendly and I love seeing people walk their sweet doggies around.

Just moved in and the process has been quick and easy. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Loving the neighborhood and amenities.

Lived here for going on 8 years and love my neighbors! Great location for me and not too close to the hustle and bustle but just far enough if you need it!!!

Very easy, and smooth experience. The renting process was by far the easiest I’ve done and the location is prime and perfect. The community is very clean and ran very well!

Enjoying the apartment. Overall quiet. Nice amenities which I intend to take advantage of after settling in. Community is perfect location and easy to get to with lots of shopping and eating not too far away.

Very nice property...people are friendly and staff is GREAT!! They are caring and really helpful whether it's office staff, maintenance or housekeeping. If there's something wrong or if you need help, they are ALWAYS there to help!! Amenities are great as well...clubhouse, pool area, dog and kids park. It's all part of being a resident at Vintage Tollgate.

Great place to live! Is centrally located with many restaraunts around in Franklin and Spring Hill! Really enjoy the coffee in the mornings.

It has been really peaceful living here. Management is always on top of things and very friendly and helpful. Property is always kept up. It has all the amazing amenities in a beautiful neighborhood.

I have lived here for over a year now. Everyone is welcoming and nice. The employees take great pride in where we live. I feel safe here. I love the pool area and the outside lounge with the grills. The pool table is perfect for a nice evening to relax and unwind. I am sure the gym is great. I haven't been there yet. I keep thinking of going but I haven't made the time to do it yet. This place is a wonderful place to be.

The apartment community and living experience is pretty solid overall; I have almost zero complaints. I didn't put five stars 'cause it does depend on which floor you're on. My roommate and I are on the first floor and when spring/summer time comes along, we find occasional bugs in the apartment here and there, but that's pretty much hard to avoid wherever you live in Tennessee. Thankfully customer service and pest control service is very responsive, so that helps the problem.

Overall I’ve enjoyed living here. Inside of the apartment is cute and cozy and modern! The neighborhood (Tollgate Village) is a wonderful place to live! As far as the apartment community, some things are lacking. The community amenities are just average, the care and maintenance put into the outside of the buildings and lawns is not good! But, all apartment complexes have good and bad. Overall, I have enjoyed living here!

I’ve enjoyed living here for the last five years. The office ladies are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice going to the community room to get coffee and running into your neighbors. It’s a great place to get to know them.

I love the community here! I have met so many kind people while out walking my dog. This is a wonderful place to live & I feel so safe here.

People often fail to pick up after their pets. They throw their cigarette buds on the ground right in front of the doors where we enter the building. And I can hear every single step the person above me makes.

So far so good. Everyone is friendly and the building is kept in good condition. All the workers and very nice unlike some of the other ones were when we were apartment shopping.

I feel like the staff here are extremely friendly eager to assist you with any issues that come about .They are also there just for good ole conversation if happen to see them in passing . The property is always clean and feel the residents take a certain pride living here.

Tollgate has been a fabulous place to live. Maintenance is amazingly prompt with handling repairs which is very much appreciated. Property is always clean and well maintained.

I have lived here almost a year, and this property is a great place to live . The office staff is so friendly, specially Denae , she goes above and beyond to make sure things happen and get done . The maintenance man always make sure our work orders get done in a timely matter and great communication.

Having lived here for a number of years I am quite pleased with our current management team. Not to say that I was displeased with our past management teams. Our property is located adjacent to I840 which makes it very convenient to local businesses, and nearby Franklin and only about 30 minutes from Nashville. I am enjoying living here.
