My resident experience has been great. The only thing I am annoyed about is that all of my neighbors leave their trash out messily, and yet the one time we stacked 2 neat garbage bags on top of each other, we got a "warning."
Since we moved in, our experience has been phenomenal. The attention we have received from Leila and Emiliano has been incredible. They are always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. The details in every area add a touch of luxury. Although I have some reservations about the towel racks in the bathroom, everything else—from the lamps and cabinet handles to the kitchen and bathroom countertops, floors, and doors—is very nice. The common areas are well-organized and clean; the work the maintenance team does to keep everything looking spotless and in great condition is truly impressive. We are definitely very happy to have chosen Vintage as our new home. All the amenities and the team around us make us feel truly at home and well cared for.

super nice building and staff. small issues here and there with maintenance at move in but the next day after submitting multiple work orders, they came and fixed everything super fast!

We were scheduled to move in on Jan 1, 2025, however due to closure move date was Jan 2. On the day of move, things were not prepared and scheduled on time. We had issues with registering service dog and timing of receiving welcome package did not happen until almost 3:30. We had a Uhaul reserved and was unable to move things until almost 4:00. It was a very long tedious day.

Regarding the pest concerns, we did send a helpful sanitation letter a few months ago because we noticed the apartment’s condition could contribute to pest issues. We highly recommend following the advice in that letter to help prevent further concerns. Additionally, we offer weekly pest control services, and if needed, you can request a full flush-out via the resident portal. We can also arrange for maintenance to perform a one-time cleaning behind your oven and fridge, though regular upkeep of these areas is key to maintaining a clean home. We want to make sure you have the 5-star service you deserve. If there’s anything else we can do to assist or if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
I’ve been living here for a little under a year and I absolutely love it. The apartment and the complex are amazing and the staff (especially maintenance) literally show up once you submit a work order 10 mins later.

Apartment, Amenities, and staff are still wonderful. It’s still difficult getting the neighbors smoking under control. It’s such a hassle trying to get ahold of the officer every time this happens. Makes it so I can’t enjoy my patio. But other than that everything is wonderful. Although heavily understaffed they have been doing amazing making sure everything is addressed, events are kept up with, and problems are looked into. I can’t say how appointive I am for them.

I've been living at Vintage Winter Park Apartments for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. Apartment ceiling has been leaking for just about 2 months and there is always an excuse for why it was not being fixed. Dog park is often flooded and filled with other people's dog poop. Package room is never cleared out.

If I could leave this house right now, I would. In a community where smoking is prohibited, everyone is smoking weed everywhere. In the pool, inside their houses, in the parking lots... Even though I reported the person to the office worker for smoking weed right in front of my eyes, they didn't take any notice. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything. And think about the sound the person living upstairs makes...if you look at the picture you will love the community but hard to live here...

We take our non-smoking policy seriously and have implemented strict violation fees and cleaning costs for anyone found smoking in the community. These violations can cost them over $500 is reparations and repeated violations will lead to a non-renewal. We always strive to be fair and courteous to all our residents, which is why we need to have proof of any violations before we can take such serious actions. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to alleviate these types of disturbances. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a comfortable environment for all residents.
the building is well maintained. i would say, A beautiful community. Those who have pets, this placeis a pet friendly one. The grass are well trimmed.

Love the community and the layout of my apartment. Everything is nice and new. Pool is very relaxing. Frustrated about our truck that recently got towed from the community and had to pay a hefty price to get it back.

Great place. Love the whole front office staff. Custodians are great. Along with the maintenance crew. This place is well kept clean. Good community events. Love all the food trucks.

Vintage Winter Park is an amazing apartment complex to live in. It’s considered luxury living for a reason with elevators, complementary coffee and hot cocoa, lounges, gaming rooms, pet areas, and a pool with waterfalls. It’s also a gated community with great staff and security.

so far so good, i love the layout and the neighborhood. i can't wait to try out the gym and pool area. i feel very comfortable and at home and the appliances in the apartment are great

Amazing apartment! Came in and it was super clean. Amenities amazing. Every utility seemed to function correctly. No mold. Me and my boyfriend could not be more happy. One of the neighbors smoke pot so it is hard to enjoy the patio because of the smell, but other then that everything is perfect!!!

Very nice and comfy apartment, beautiful and clean community. Wi-Fi runs well when active, but sometimes shuts off for long periods of time. The kitchen is perfect with a great stove and an overhead fan included.

pros: great front office, nice amenities cons: walls are super thin, when you don’t work from home and you have pets it’s frustrating when they have to service the apartment vendors don’t give you a scheduled time, pest control comes at random times on wednesdays, spectrum is always having issues

The move-in process has been great and easy so far. The staff is attentive and truly cares. Sound barley travels thorugh between apartments. Wish it was easier to let my guests in but great nonetheless!

Apartment and complex are very well maintained! Clean and up to date amenities. Only problem is constant issues with noisy neighbors, but we love our unit.
