So far very good experience, I move in on Dec 7 therw is some good things and some bad but is a nice place to live very quiet place so far I’m ok

Living here has been a good experience. Very nice staff, quick support all the time, and convenient commute which is closer to both 85 and 101~

The community is great and clean. I would recommend to anyone, but there is an excessive amount of animals on the property that are not always on collars.

I think the Manager Chantelle is the best thing since sliced bread ?? Overall great experience there. Absolutely nothing negative to say, only positive thing's to say. Why? Because any issue I did have there she handled it with exceptional customer service. Amenities are great too! Love the gym. Love the pool. Thanks Vio and thank you Chantelle ??

I love everyone in there so friendly maintenance is awesome people in the office are awesome. I love her everything is so clean and neat the cleaning lady does an amazing job as well.

Move-in process was disorganized and chaotic. There was minimal damage in my apartment that could’ve been fixed before move-in, as I reported on the checklist. Overall, the location of the apartment is hard to beat.

I live at Vio for about 1 year and have an overall pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious and clean. The modern amenities make it comfortable to live here. Also, very nice staff!

Where do I begin…this place is overpriced!!! Even with a BMR unit, this place is outrageously priced. I have lived here for five plus years and I’m never amazed.

Management is amazing. Welcoming always with the brightest smiles and great at problem solving. Resident is always clean and you feel a sense of safety. Great Place.

Great and clean home. Ready for move in. I enjoyed the process of submitting application and the email communication between staff made it easier.

The management always is friendly and works with you. It’s an overall quiet neighborhood, and we enjoy it. Neighbors are also friendly, and we haven’t had any issues.

Nice staff! Nice facility! Can always provide in time support! However, there might be ants issues during summer time. It would be better if the ants issue were solved

Greatest apartment team in San Jose. Property is always maintained. Requests are responded to right away. Leasing team always willing to help with any issues and very friendly. Maintenance team always keeps things running like new.

People and stuff in the office where awesome and amazing and helpful love the apartment complex so nice and clean I love the apartments inside for plans the amenities the pool in the gym.

Vio location is the best selling point of the community. Amenities are nice but would be cool if they were better kept. Can't change this part, but there is some noise on the safeway side in the evenings (from outside). I wish I had chosen an apartment facing the opposite side.

It has been nice to live here. Very nice staff . Good service. It would be even better if the door trash collection can become an optional service, not a mandatory one.

Very noisy. Shoddy construction. We can constantly hear our neighbors above us. Security access gates have been broken for over a year. Entry doors into the buildings are broken allowing g free access to anyone. False sense of security.

What I love about my new community is the management. They are so inviting, easy to communicate with and have an up beat spirit. The building are always clean and clean. Like that it smells fresh through out the hall ways.

VIO is a very friendly community with very nice staff. Most units offer beautiful mountain views. The facilities and amenities are generally good. Highly recommended!

Vio is a great community . Family friendly, pet friendly and excellent staff . It is within walking distance to to grocery store and shopping . Parking is limited for visitors .

Vio has been good to us. Very polite and helpful when needed.

Nice place to live, good maintenance in cleanliness, have food and grocery stores nearby (walkable distance). It would be better to have shelter parking lots for all the cars instead of open parking

This living community is beyond great. The facilities and accommodations are top level. The location is fantastic. With the shopping and parks. But what really makes this place great is the staff. I feel treated like family. Coming home. Is coming HOME. I don’t see myself living anywhere else.

Beautiful community, spacious, great amenities, right next to all kinds of retail/ convenience stores and managed by a professional staff, they truly go above and beyond to facilitate our needs all days of the week!

Vio is the best place I have lived in the last 15 years. The staff, the residence, the whole package is amazing. Love it here.

The only thing that I wanted that is not in this apartment is a walk-in shower, everything else is the best

Wonderful apartments! I’m very pleased with my experience so far with the leasing office and maintenance team. Neighbors and pets are very friendly and welcoming! Amenities are also spectacular.

Neighbors play loud music late at night, and a lot of smoking and weed smoke on my floor that sometimes seeps into apartment through vent or if my window is open. Office staff have addressed this issue several times, but residents don't listen. Worse during warmer days and months. The apartment staff are nice, but some of the residents bring down the quality of the apartments.

VIO services is always reliable. Living at VIO is worth the money paid for rent

So far so good almost 1 month. No issue , look clean and not much noisy from neighbor. The lease officer also nice.

Overall, I've really enjoyed living at ViO! Before moving here, I toured a number of different communities, but I am so thankful that I made the choice to live at ViO. It truly feels like home!

Vio is a nice place to live that is pretty quiet and people are nice here. Its also very clean in the hallways and elevators which I like

I was looking for a place for my parents to move in to that would be safe, nice and close to stores in order to ensure they can be self-sufficient. ViO has provided this and more. Their apartments are well maintained and clean. The team in the office is very helpful, polite and professional. Their online portal makes it very easy to make payments and set up autopay for hassle free process. The location could not be any more convenient for my parents. All the stores they need are walking distance (Safeway, Target, Marshalls, All kinds of food and Bank). So far we have been very happy with our decision.

The manager at Rio is one of the best parts of the community.

Great attempts by management to make this a home. However dogs barking and smokers are not adding to a comfortable place to live.

I love living here. We have been at this complex for going on 4 years. We don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Other than the loud car/motorcycle/truck loading noise late at night and early in morning , everything else is good.
