Property Ratings at V.I.P. Apartments
I lived here 4 1/2 years. Office staff is a fun group of gals and are very helpful. The maintenance staff is great and very prompt with work orders(almost always same day). It was a very welcoming place. Some of my neighboring residents have lived here for 30+ years. It was always nice going by and seeing faces you knew that would wave or say hi. I would absolutely move back to VIP.
Love the office staff! Always good for a laugh! I stop in every couple of weeks for laundry quarters which is much more convenient than a bank. The maintenance staff is also great! Almost always same day service. Also the parking lots were completely resurfaced, looks brand new. Beautiful views from the balcony, gorgeous trees. Been here for 5 years, don’t intend on leaving until we leave Illinois.
Just renewed my 1st lease, very reasonable rent, love the closet space. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The office has rolls of quarters and stamp for convenience which is very helpful. They also hold my packages when not home.
My partner and I lived at VIP in the 2-bedroom model for 1 year. I was very impressed with property management, Patti and Jennifer in particular. Every time I called with a question or concern, they took care of it immediately. Working with them was a pleasure. They knew me and which apartment I was in when I came in the office to pick up packages. If we had a maintenance request, they'd get someone to come to our place very soon. Updating our vehicles when I bought a new car was very easy, taking 2 minutes on the phone. I have never worked with such a proficient, attentive apartment management team. I would live at VIP again.
VERY quiet!!! Will work with you if you are late with rent!! Office girls are very pleasant!! In the middle of everything and easy to get to all stores!! Perfect for a single person!! Always kept very clean! New carpet and fresh paint upon move in!! Maintance on call and very efficient!! Feel safe and comfortable!!!!
Living room and bedroom are very spacious however, the kitchen feels a little confined. Laundry room could be better, dryers dont dry completely. Pool area is nice and clean. Each building comes with a elevator which is very useful if you are on the 3rd floor. Overall i'm satisfied with everything for the price. Plus the leasing office employees are friendly and even have a 5 day grace period for rent!
Nice place and deal, but we have moved to a place nearer to friends.
