I've lived here for a while and have had a great experience. While it is a little bit expensive, it's definitely worth the money for the location and apartment. When I first moved in, I had a great experience with the front office staff, and that has never changed. A lot of the low reviews about the office staff were when they were extremely understaffed. Even while being understaffed, they have done a fantastic job, and are always extremely friendly, and are up for a good chat! I did have issues before with the maintenance staff, but they have had some personnel changes, and now every member of maintenance is on top of it and gets the job done fast and right! I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

The new management with Lilith and Ashley has been incredible. maintenance has been so much better as well. Food Truck on Fridays are so fun and sometimes they even do events like 12 days of giveaways and Santa during Christmas time.

We moved in a few months ago and it’s been so great here. The ladies in the office have been so helpful as well as maintenance. Always answering questions and getting things done as fast as possible. I love it here because the park is right next to us for the little one and the gym is 24hrs so definitely works out for our schedule. I can’t wait to use the pool and jacuzzi in the summer time!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I cannot express enough how awful this place is. Where to start? When I moved in the shower was missing the shower head. The stove was missing knobs. The fridge would go warm and cold and warm, causing items to freeze and thaw which ruined numerous items. The ice tray in the freezer didn't work. There was a leak with the kitchen sink. The washing machine at the cold and hot hoses mixed up which ruined a few shirts because it would rinse the clothes in extremely hot water. When they corrected it they found a crack in one of the hoses. I couldn't have hot water last more than 10 minutes in the shower despite them "fixing" it 3 times. Experience an ant infestation. My apartment flooded twice. It took over a year before they "fixed" my window in my bedroom that didn't lock. Took quite a while despite the fact I was located on the 1st floor. They fixed it by wedging a stick in place. The property does not care about anyone. Good luck getting them to email or call you back. When I inquired about lease renewals, since it was 1 week before the 60 day notice to vacate was due they couldn't give a true answer as to when they would be received but said to expect them within 1 - 2 days. I got an alert 2 week before I was leaving with the renewal options. Railings would rust off the stairs leaving jagged areas. I would have to call the office monthly about replacing dog poop bags. The dog poop bags would sit empty for weeks with dog poop piling in the grass as they did nothing. The sad part of this, it isn't even everything negative I experienced. Please do not live here. If you live here after reading this, please know you were warned.
