Maria was our leasing agent and has been such a great help. She helped answer all questions we have including concerns. When we first viewed the apt, we knew we had to lived here. It’s such a beautiful apartment with great amenities. The apartment is budget friendly and very spacious.
Honestly pretty quiet, Which is nice. Office is quick to schedule any fixes. They are well staffed. Definitely recommend this community. You can't beat the price and location it's definitely not luxury but it's just right.

Living here is near everything that I need. Drivable, walkable and bike accessible. I feel safe here. Maintenance does take awhile but its understandable, I'm not the only tenant here. If you give the leasing office something make sure to have them make a copy, sometimes paperwork gets misplaced. They are nice and easy to talk to. Water does get shutoff sometimes. But make sure they have your phone number they will email or text you for any emergencies. If packages are delivered to you no one touches them. Non assigned parking spots fill up fast after 5pm. Overall neighbors are quiet unless they have a dog. But the doggies are too darn cute who can get mad, not this person. Some dog owners don't pick up their fur babies poop. Not cool dude, not cool. Give this place a chance. It might be the best place for you or it might not. Either way you never know if you don't move in. Best of luck to you and your decisions.

I think I have lived here for 13 or 14 years, I love it. I never had any complaints; the maintenance and office staff are always extremely helpful and great.

Cockroach issues. Most amount of fees I've ever incurred at apartment. Close to downtown. Apartments are large for 2 bedroom and it is nice that they both have bathrooms.

I really enjoy the pools and hot tubs. Very clean and quiet. Gym is fully equipped with all that is need for a good workout. Office staff are so nice and willing to help with everything.

So far so good! Love the community, fairly quiet. Like the closed gates after 5pm for a sense of security. Love how many fury friends this place has. Maintenance request was resolved in a timely manner.

Visconti has a good location and the apartments are spacious, definitely larger than most apartments in the area. The gym is fairly small and could use more equipment, and there is only one functioning hot tub left but the pools are nice.

Needs better maintenance. Apartments are renovated but need a lot of up keep property is pretty old 1987 everything breaks or leaks but they are pretty too look at inside. Huge rooms very spacious living areas and nice kitchens. Community is pretty quiet they try their best to keep it as clean as possible. Would recommend over all.

Don't let the cheap price and great location fool you. Management really does not care about their tenants and really let this place run down. Especially if you get a unit that is not renovated, things will break and they will not come and fix your service request. There is a reason why the price is so cheap. You will regret staying here.

Nothing ever gets fixes. You put in a maintenance order that follows their rules and regulations on the lease and the next day they put it as resolved when they never showed up to fix the issue. Tell you the base rent then charge you over three hundreds worth of hiddens fees.

I have had issues ranging from water damage, mold, creepy neighbors, money hungry office trying to fine, and the “inflation” these apartments contribute to is ridiculous. Do not stay here by any means.

I would never suggest anyone move here because the service is terrible I’m extremely frustrated with the constant lies of being told stuff is gonna happen and it doesn’t. We moved in to a place that “wasn’t ready” and was reassured over and over again that if we got this apartment by the time of move in it would be ready. Nothing was done whatsoever it was left the same way the last people left it when they moved. Dirt all over the floors, not clean in cabinets, paint chips everywhere, bugs appliances that are over 30 years old that don’t work and both smell like it’s burning when turned on. My roommate did her laundry in it and now her clothes are ruined. I’m just completely over my experience at the Visconti and feel like they do not care about their residents well being whatsoever. I will not be renewing at the end of my lease.

The Glen at Old Town is a great place to live. It is quiet and safe while still being close to many attractions that Scottsdale has to offer. Jason was my leasing agent and he made the experience so seamless and enjoyable. I have really appreciated his hospitality the whole way through. 10/10 would recommend!

This complex has been surprisingly quiet especially because we are located in Old Town which is known for loud parties and obsessively loud tenants. I enjoy this complex.

I flew down to Phoenix for a 5 day exploring adventure and just by chance ending up signing a lease with The Glen. The staff was very friendly and thorough in the application process and they did a great job on following up throughout the process. I didnt know at the time that I signed on to a fantastic place to live. The community is very well kept up and the residents are friendly. The pools are beautiful and the fitness room is awesome. Their fitness room is very comparable to a gym as opposed to a hotel gym. If my lease ended today, I would absolutely sign another lease with them. I highly recommend them in all aspects.

Its a great place to live and the staff is always courteous, kind and expedient.
Some nice amenities with a great location. Staff doesnt seem to be aware of whats going on with tenants and lack any sort of work ethic.

Price is good for area but the complex is too large for the leasing office/maintenance to keep up. Also your non-renovated rooms are way below par for the price and area. Had to upgrade after my first lease but I wish Id have gone elsewhere because the maintenance is a problem regardless

The complex is well situated with easy access to shopping, churches, the freeway, and local activities and restaurants. I originally chose this area because of the beautiful green courtyards

My experience living at this complex has not been a good one. There have been multiple errors with my monthly billing statements! Both apartments that I’ve lived in have had multiples issues! And now for the last four months I have had holes in my ceiling from my apartment being flooded! I have called multiple times to have them fixed or at least get an update and it hasn’t happened. Now I am getting large sewage roaches coming out of the hole! I am truly disappointed at the lack of urgency this complex has for its residents! Living here is not worth the money. The location is great but that’s it! These apartments need real renovations and not bandaids or quick fixes! Im not sure what it’s going to take to get this fixed or taken care of… maybe I need to get these local news involved!

Nice apartments but don't be misled by the pictures and amenities list. Not all units have a washer and dryer and built in microwave in them. My daughter moved in and expected both and there was neither. We had to buy a microwave and she has to take her laundry to the laundry room.

The glen is a very affordable and quality apartment complex. The staff are friendly and take care of any service requests I have. My favorite thing is the community vibe and how safe I feel. Ive lived here for two years now and have had a great experience so far!

I love living at the Visconti. It is like living at a five star resort. The people are so nice, the property is well maintained and it has the all of the amenities anyone could ask for at a five star hotel.

The staff at a the Glen was very helpful during the entire move in process and was amazing with communication. They definitely care about their tenant. I love that the property is always clean. Their is a real sense of community here, Ive made many friend very quickly. The gym has everything you could ever want and is open 24 hours a day which is super convenient. Its very nice to have 3 on site pools as sometimes you feel like being social and sometimes you dont.
