From the beginning Four Star was so helpful and accommodating with leasing at Vista 28. Dave took a lot of time with me showing the apartment, Kenya came in on a Saturday so I could see the apartment after I signed the lease, and Ryan handled all move in details promptly and helped with all my questions. I love my apartment and am very satisfied with the whole process!
Building maintenance is poor. Not all exterior doors lock properly and management refuses to fix. They sent an email to residents asking for a 5-star review in return for $50 off September rent... how about you fix/replace the broken patio furniture on the rooftop? Or fix the exterior door?
