My daughter and I have been here since August, at present we are happy with our stay. Office staff, maintenance are always caring, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Excellent work with the staff committee. The leasing agent was very calm and polite when I spoke to her over the water over flow in my toilet during the night . Well I was on the phone with her within minutes Mr Armando was at my door knocking consider about my problem. I was in shocked how well the staff work together to make me feel safe and secure worry free living here at my new residence . Thanks you

Overall I love the place it’s very nice & quiet but I don’t like the fact when I moved in it was a 1000 roaches dead in the apartment, then pest control comes but I still have roaches crawling all round when I’m not a nasty person

They do a very good job keeping it clean. I heard bad things about the area but I love living here the commute to stores and everything you need is easy but also I feel safe at night and they keep the grounds groomed and well maintained.

The process was stress free, I didn’t read reviews until a couple days before move in but my experience has been great. This place has been improving since my second day here.they built a kids playground in just one day, a dog park area next I hope the pool areas will be cleaned and updated and shaded more. There are many grocery stores close by and everything I need is close by very convenient location. I am very impressed and love that all my appliances were new except my fridge. Everyone’s experience is different but mine has been great and I appreciate living here. My kids tell me almost everyday “mommy we love our new home” so that makes me incredibly happy and I know I made a good choice.

I have lived here a long time and finally feel that our new manager is going to try and make a difference. I do have hope for the entire office team they are well mannered ladies. ??

Overall I am satisfied with the apartment complex, I treated with kind and respect. Yet the roaches is a totally different subject

Lack of security and gate enforcement, old and subpar central air units, mold, a terrible laundry system setup, and the pool? I'm not even sure it's open. For the third year straight.

This is my second time renting a home, but this is my 1st time dealing with an amazing office crew. They’re very helpful through these tough times and show a lot of concern and host small events like movie nights or cinco de mayo parties, it’s a great community and it’s awesome to know I am apart of it.

I just moved in may & have seen BIG roaches several times. My apartment was supposed to had been renovated I’m not understanding why I’m seeing roaches.. It’s very disturbing, makes me not even want to have company or even be there. I’m looking to possibly get out this lease already

Staff is awesome and apartment spacious and clean. Looked in this neighborhood to be in the area for work and wanting a safer neighborhood. All my boxes are checked off. Glad I moved in.

It is quiet it’s no drama besides others coming through without music but it is quiet

Not the best, but not the worse. I feel safe here and the apartments aren't terrible. Just prices seem really high for the quality you receive in return.

Wonderful staff, clean property , and safe areas

Recently moved here and so far I love it! I have no complaints. Its quiet and people stay to themselves around here. So much privacy and the office ladies were very sweet. It was a very quick and easy process!

Its an ok place, quiet most times. They do have a cop patrolling everyday. But maintenance does not get the job done.

The office has a great staff they are on top of things, its just maintenance they are slow and I always see them joking around.

I love this place haven't been here long but when I first find this place the staffing at the office alone catch my attention they so patient and willing to give you chances to get your documents to help you move in my kid's love this apartment complex more than my last apartment complex is super quiet my moving in experience had been great I have never met so much people always willing to help you out if they see you struggling carrying something heavy I love it here over all I actually sat in my living room and the peace and quiet that I got is wonderful

Living at The Life at Beverly Palms has been a great experience. This stems from the attentive Office Staff to the Professionalism of the Maintenance guys. When I moved in, my apartment was clean and very inviting. The location of the property is amazing for my commute to work. All in all, I thoroughly enjoy living here and will continue my residency happily.

Ever since new ownership took over the apt complex, changes have been noticeable. I feel much better about living here now than before.

Wonderful staff and great apartment location to get anywhere you need to go.

The Life at Beverly Palms is a peaceful and comfortable living space. The rooms are a really nice size and the community stays clean.

AVOID AVOID!!!! When you step outside it either smells like dog poop or weed trashy apartments way below from what i expected been here a few months and hate it our upstairs neighbors sound like they run around their apartment all night when the ac turns on it smells like weed and they keep trashing our apartment aswell throwing leftover food down to our front door keep reporting it to managment and they dont do crap about it laundry rooms is dirty and with broken doors most of thier washers dont work and whole room smells bad also the gates remain open all the time wich explains the recent car theft thats been happening and cars keep driving by the apartments going atleast 60 to 80 mph at night and theres always cops atleast once a week checking in for disturbance calls

First of all I want to say thanks to the office secretary for answering when I call, also thanks to the maintenance guys they do a pretty good job on keeping the area clean and coming in on any issues reported. I like the area Really close to schools and stores nearby.

In less then a week caught 13th small rats. Call the office and said they would send maintenance to cover up wholes they never did.theres always fighting outside, cops stay going there 24/7 in and out because of a different incident everyday. The office lady’s will sweet talk to you about moving in and saying is a lovely place to leave is a lie they just want they commission money and aren’t talking honestly. Worst place to have ur children leaving at. I would never again rent here.

I came to look for an apartment for a friend and when I walked in I was greeted by smiles this was the third community I had viewed that day.I can tell you the place looks awesome. I realy loved the apartment that was showed to me. I will defenetly move over here once my contract ends. Eloy C.
