Property Ratings at Vista Commons
The ladies in the office no how to make you feel welcome. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and go above and beyond to tell you about the restaurants nearby. Places to enjoy relaxing music and nightlife that you can walk to at Central Ave and Thomas Street. It's minutes away from CPCC and uptown. There is veterans park which has been here for years. I love the pool and that it's closed one day weekly and cleaned. Work orders are taken care of promptly and Geneva always follows up with it. This is a great place for families couples or singles.

I personally like the apartment complex very reasonable and rent. Excellent location. Neat and clean I've recently relocated and I'm glad that I picked the Vista Common Apartments
Rented here 2 years ago and plan to stay- apartments are older but great value. Small complex and units aren't huge but it works for me. I looked at some other places in the area, yeah they were newer and nicer looking but couldn't afford the price tag. It's a couple hundred dollar difference in prices for PM. Have meet several friends since living here and even consider the staff friends. They go out of the way to make sure my needs are meet, they even delivered amazon packages to my home at Christmas because their office was going to be closed. The best part of the complex besides the staff is the pool- huge deck and huge pool, never too crowded and a nice place to hang out. The maintenance guy is super nice too, he comes by same day to make repairs and is always waving hello. I know it's not the Ritz Carlton but for an apartment is pretty darn good. If you are looking for a place call here- tell Dawn Sophie sent you . Maybe I can get a discount lol PS- one downside- Your car will get towed if you don't have a sticker. Not good for friends when visiting but I get it.
I absolutely love living here at Vista Commons. There have been many positive changes in the last few years which include the wonderful staff. Dawn and Emily are a pleasure to deal with. They are always so professional, helpful, and make my time here at Vista Commons enjoyable. If you're considering moving here please do!
I have lived here over 2 years and this by far is the best community in the plaza mid wood area! The maintenance is pretty good about taking care of the apartments and common areas. Best value in the area! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to move in this popular area!
