Property Ratings at Vista Gardens Apartments
Since living at Vista gardens Every issues I've had I've had to go to Extreme lengths to Get basic Help from the Landlord/Management. Vista Gardens Has VERT BIG ISSUES with excessive trash on property, bugs (roaches) all over the property especially the overflowing dumpsters, Water leaks all over the property In tenets units, Outside just leaking onto the side walk, Ac units leaking. Also the Hemet Police Department is Frequently here for Domestic Disputes, Shootings, Homeless and vandalism and Theft all occurring on property. Management Does virtually nothing to Take care of these issues while Also Frequently Harassing the Tenets With Various Notices on their doors multiple times a week. The water Takes extremely long to warm up to even a slightly warm temp And has been shut off without notice 10 + Times in the last year alone. I would seriously consider other options as a tenet here is seems personal concerns are not given any consideration.
I'm a current resident here there is a lot going on here but everyone real chill I've been here 5 months
I am currently a resident here and alot of the neighbors are up to illegal activities and even with it brought to their attention management does nothing I've had to call the police on my upstairs neighbor 4 times in the last 3 months because of fights and constant visitors between 10pm and 5am stopping and yelling outside this is a daily occurence and apparently nothing can be done, seriously consider other options before renting here.
Constant people smoking weed everywhere the odor is unbearable, no security, people yelling outside at all hours of the night, just plain dirty
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET. I'M CURRENTLY A RESIDENT HERE AND I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE. APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND THEY DON'T KEEP THE MAINTENANCE UP. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA FEES AS WELL WAY TO HIGH FOR AN APARTMENT THAT LOOKS THE WAY IT DOES THESE PICTURES ARE A JOKE.
I have seen so many changes in the last few months here and they are good changes. That gals in the office are very friendly and helpful. The manager valery is great. She always follows through, but does not let people walk on her. The other gal Blake is always smiling and willing to help in any way and the maintenance staff is excellent! I would recommend Vista Gardens to anyone looking for a great place to call home! I have a new renewal coming up and I will sign again.
I read the previous review about Vista Gardens being the cheapest in town, it is definitely not. I have looked at so many different apartment homes and I have to say everything from the staff to the way the apartments are maintained is very beautiful. There are not very many complexes around here that carry the type of aura you feel when you visit this place. I moved into Vista Gardens a few months ago after the last price increase and although it was a tad bit over my first budgeted amount, I fell in love with everything. The only cons to this is the closet doors...but then again all apartment closet doors seem to have their issues. The cabinets are somewhat outdated, but they do what they can to make them look very nice. I have counters that give the effect of granite and floors that look like real hardwood. I always see the manager walking the areas with her team and I even see her picking up trash herself. I really can't complain! Does this place have it's share of stuff happen every so often? yes it does BUT show me the perfect place to live...I know that you can't, so this is perfect for me. I feel safe knowing I have a management group that cares about their jobs.
It's ok it's the cheapest around. The management Is friendly. It has a decent patio space. But the nearest descent park is a couple miles from the apartment if you have kids.
I have been here since last year. I'm sure every apartment complex has its problems, but when it comes to Vista Gardens, they do everything in their power to get things fixed. I also love the fact that, if you live down stairs, you can do whay you like with the area they give you. I planted grass, and love it. It makes it more "homey." Valerie is a good manager, and will help accomodate your every need.
