Property Ratings at Vista on Gessner
The Office staff is very friendly and maintenance is great! I've lived here for 3 years now and really like it.
This condo does not have enough space for parking your cars and apart hiring cranes to take your cars and when you go to the office the manager does not move a finger and is in board never returns the call ... I am currently here for not breaking my contract for taking care of my credit ............................................ ........................ Really bad property, dangerous, have seen at least 4 cars got broken into in the past 2 weeks including myself, front office manager will not move a finger to help.
This place get 0 stars because they rude and Rat infestation.. Ive been here for almost 3 year's but not this year again due to new contracts after beeing here thus long niw they dont accepts pets.. I paid 300 deposit for both my dogs. They will call police on youbif you come to get assistance when your apt is molds if the feel anything that you think that you being the most productive person ever they will call the police on you... ..parking is ah big issues watch cars.. This is a old building they always have probles with water and lights so be ready if you do decide to rent here. Central Park Is Better and Loving
Great staff.a beautiful place to call home o highly recommended anybody to move here it clean and spacious
I've lived here for 1.5 years now and just signed another year lease. Management has been really helpful. At one point I had roaches and they did everything on their part to get rid of them. The bugs are all gone now. Noise also use to be an issue. The demographic in the area loves to party. Everyone is now respectful and keeps the noise within reasonable times set by the management of the apartments. I have neighbors that love playing live instruments at night on weekends and there are also plenty of children (who love playing ding-dong-ditch on my door). This all helps build a nice culture. The one bedroom is pretty small, but everything works and it is fine for the price. Parking sucks. No chance of it improving and you get used to it because parking sucks in most of Houston. As far as safety goes, I've never had an issue or seen anyone else have an issue. I'm a young, fit, single black man so I don't really have any safety issues anyway. It takes me 20 mins to drive downtown. If you want to live somewhere not to fancy/pricey and be comfortable this is a good spot.
