Property Ratings at Vista Park Apartments
I have stayed in vista park for about a year now, and I’ve enjoyed the property, recently we have had a change in our office staff as well as the management. And I must say that the change was definitely apparent. In soooo many good ways! I could see the change in the response time the maintenance team had acquired as well as how nice and clean the grounds had become. The new staff with a huge highlight to Miss Amparo who has been a great help, I recently needed to change to a different unit, they new staff came during the tail end of things but my goodness they were so accommodating! They were able to put me in a new unit as well as assisting me with anything I needed. I have yet to have a bad thing to say or a negative experience! I would recommend you moving here, if nit for the price then definitely the professionalism and courtesy they staff provided!
“Management” is a JOKE, the ONLY thing decent about these apartments are the maintenance men everything else is trash. The units are NOT updated so don’t fall for the fake pictures online you pay high rent for no amenities , you will have a high water bill when clearly in the units there’s no dishwasher, no sprayer on the kitchen faucets, no washer and dryer hook ups, and no ice maker on the fridge there is no reason your water bill should be high on other hand maybe it’s because your neighbors have 7 people staying with them in a one bedroom unit and your other neighbor have 12 people staying with them in a 2 bedroom units. They divide the water bill up on each building by each unit regardless if it’s suppose to be one person staying in a one bedroom when in reality it’s actually 6. Don’t even mind telling the property manager about people staying there off the lease because she will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it she’s useless. Soon as the office close people sit out in the breezeways smoking and talking loud, kids run around throughout the breezeways knocking on your door wasting and throwing trash on the ground. Let’s not forget your air conditioner might go out at anytime for the day or night because kids throw rocks in trash inside of them meanwhile ALL of this goes on while the worthless assistant property manager STAYS on PROPERTY. The units are old the walls are thin you can hear everything that’s going on from your neighbors above you, the neighbors that stay next to you, and the neighbors that stay behind you. You can smell what people are smoking upstairs because it comes through the vents, the windows shake when you close the front door or when it’s raining and thundering. There is no visit parking no assigned parking so if something is going on across the street at the park be prepared to park at a gas station because all of the parking spaces will be occupied, they say they tow but I never seen on in 3 year. Bring your pet because 80 percent of the people on this property did not pay a pet deposit and the property manager is a aware and many people do not pick up after their pets so be careful when taking your trash out. Also if you need a fire extinguisher for you safety be prepared not to have any soon as they put them on in each breezeways kids take them and spray them around and people steal them. Let
Do not move here!! The office staff is CONSTANTLY CHANGING. I’ve dealt with about 5 different people since living here! No designated visitor parking so your neighbors can have a family reunion. And you’ll be forced to park on the street?? Very very true. I pay too much to not be able to park near my building. I’m a single mom with 2kids one happens to be a teenage girl. She’s never safe parking that far having to walk to apartment building. She’s in sports so there are nights she comes homes from games practice etc. The roaches pay no rent here either. They just live and pest control sprays water whenever they do come. This has been the worse experience ever for me in a apartment!! Don’t move here!!!
Its OK nice price and quite i would like something a little more upscale
