Excelente servicio en todo lo que se a solicitado a los apartamentos
Although my apartment was in an ideal location—top floor with a great view of the mountains—the persistent problem with cockroaches was why I moved out. Maintenance would come and spray, but if the entire building is infested with them, stronger methods are necessary.
Everything is super convenient around here from the high way to light rail from school to work and grocery stores restaurants it’s great
After 7 years of living in a very nice apartment in a great location, I am leaving. This is very bad! The staff and the owners have chosen to neglect critical needs such as heating and pest management, yet have no problems with demanding more money.
Employee at the leasing office are rude, they don’t answer your calls and don’t return calls when you leave a message. And maintenance don’t do there work and don’t respond to residential needs.
Excelente atención por parte del personal administrativo y personal técnico operador
Increíble la respuesta de la chicas de oficina Súper rápida y te dan solución a todo
Love living here ... Natalie is the only one I really deal with she's the nicest in there and she tries to get everything done that you need in a timely matter.
I have been living at Vista Park for almost 7 years!! I love my apartment, and the grounds are always beautifully maintained! No community is perfect, but I am able to live here very peacefully.
la piscina es bonita y limpia, las parrillas para bbq.. la gente en la oficina tiene buena actitud.
Lo mejor que tiene la comunidad es su personal administrativo
It's just an overall great place to call home. The management is great, the upkeep is great. The swimming pool is very nice. I haven't really had anything happen that I could complain about. There is one thing... There's no dishwasher and I hate doing dishes. Lol. Seriously, I'm happy to call Vista Park Apartments home.
In vesta park the best maintenance and friendly and the office workers are the best as well thank you vista park apartments
Todo bien megusta.como meresponden.en la ofisina los quiero mucho
The front desk staff is all that’s good about the apartments. There is an infestation on roaches. I’m so disappointed because this is my first apartment and I had high expectations for my apartment and everything has just been horrible.
I’ve been living here for over 6 years for a reason—it’s a great place!
Es genial la atención y el servicio que brindan además de muy buenas áreas
It not worth paying for something management can careless about paying tenants very rude was even threatening to be released from my lease when bring up an issue with management
Maintenance was amazing for once however the actual apartment complex and management is a mess. It usually takes about 3 days and multiple phone calls to even create a work order. The actual apartment is horribly renovated with appliances that don’t work well, peeling paint, windows that aren’t insulated at all so there’s a layer of ice inside when it snows, plastic drawers that break, cockroaches and staff that will humor you over the phone and then do nothing. The laundry rooms are filthy 90 percent of the time, there’s trash everywhere in the hallways and the carpets on the second and third floors obviously haven’t been cleaned since the building opened. I’m charged fees for the common area and camera fees but I’ve never used the common area because it closes at 5 and I’ve asked to check the cameras before and they’re not even working ($45 extra a month and they don’t even work.) there are fire alarms going off every week or so even in the dead of winter that force everyone to stand outside for hours. I am counting down the days until I can leave this place.
I have lived at Vista Park for over 6 years! I love my apartment, the location, the maintenance of the grounds, and the general management of the property.
This is a decent place for the price. Beware that the apartment amenities may seem a little lacking but the location alright, very close to 225.
Thank you so much for giving me a great place to live for almost 6 years!
Lovely staff and management and great community. Definitely a great first apartment.
It's a horrible place to live and it's been nothing but a sinking ship and train wreck since moving in. If you want to listen to everyone's children constantly screaming and running down the halls beating on walls, smell the trash in people's apartments from the halls, and enjoy pests invading your space because of other people? Than this is a perfect place for you.
I have been unemployed for a long time, I went to the leasing office for breaking up my lease. I have been paying my rent since 9 months. Now I am not getting enough money and I am trying to break my lease. I paid my rent on time until the 9 months. The management told me that I have to pay two months fees of breaking the lease. I told them it's only 3 months left before my lease done. I asked for help, can I pay 1 month and leave but they refused to help. The utilities goes up to $100, you park your car outside without covered but you are going to pay $8 every month. This is not a good management. They don't care about your situation. Stay away from those apartments
I have lived here for more than 5 years, but the last 3 years have been under the current management. They do a FANTASTIC job!!! They are on top of everything. They installed badly needed new washers and dryers; they maintain the grounds beautifully; and they are extremely considerate if a situation arises where your rent is late. I really love living here. Thank you so much!
Me gusta la vista que tengo desde mi apartamento, desde aquí puedo ver las montañas, el personal es muy amable y siempre está disponible.
Its not the best place to live but if you're in a jam and need affordable housing they're good for that. But with low pricing also might come many issues....like with us... If you don't mind noisy neighbors at all hours, washers not washing your clothes properly, your car getting broken into multiple times and NOTHING getting done about it, management and maintenance throwing your stuff away without asking whom it belongs to first, water from someone else's bathroom almost flooding your bathroom almost every time they shower, not having sturdy doors, power outages every other week, and when you have a problem they almost always never get back to you on time? then great you've found your place! If you are NOT ok with these things I suggest you keep on looking. Everyone's experience is different but ive talked to neighbors and they've all faced one, some or ALL of the things ive listed above. The 1st day we moved here and we were unpacking and some young lady warned us about cars getting broken into and how no one really cares what happens here, when I heard that I immediately wished I'd NEVER signed this lease....but you live and you learn.
Vista Park Apartments is the last place that you would want to live at. If you like poor maintenance and rude office staff then this is a place for you. If you want to pay for parking although there is ample space you can here!! If you want to use laundry facilities that are literally crawling with roaches this is it, if you want your hallways to smell horrible and never get cleaned this would be the place for you. Welcome to Vistapark the place of disappointment
On 09/14/2018 i was @ Vista Apartment to sign my new lease. I had paid my deposit of 300.00, Administrative Fee of 150.00 and 50.00 Application. Everything was good to go. While I was sitting in the front waiting there was a gentleman sitting next to me – he asked another man how long he would have to be out of his apartment – the man answered about 3-4 hours. I asked the gentleman – why do you need to be out of your apartment. He stated BED BUGS. He stated that him, his wife and new born baby has been living there for about 6 months. He had to be moved out of his first apartment because it was infested with BED BUGS that they move him to another building and now this apartment is infested as well. He showed me pictures of the BED BUGS crawling on the little bed that his new baby sleeps -how they are stuck in the nylon material that covering the bed. He stated that he could not afford to move since he has a new baby and he was the only one working right now. I told him how sorry I am for his miss fortune. I told the receptionist that I no longer want to move into their apartment complex. And that I wanted all of my money back. She asked me to please wait and speak with her supervisor. While I was sitting another potential new resident came into the office and I informed her and her family about the BED BUGS. The receptionist yelled for her supervisor to come out and talk with me. When the supervisor came out and called me to the back I informed her of my concerns and requested a full refund. She returned only my deposit of 300.00. I stated to her that is not right for them to keep my 200.00 since they are the one with the BED BUGS. She stated that she would have to call the corporate office and for me to check back. I went back by there three times the last time I went by their they told me that I would not be receiving my 200.00 back. It is so unfair to be treated badly because the company purchased a complex that I found out later that had been closed down because the entire complex was infested with BED BUGS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE…
The hallways have a constant smell of urine. The management is unprofessional and maintenance won't fix ANYTHING until the beginning of the month. The walls are super thin and you can hear anything and everything from your neighbors. It is very unsettling. If you can afford it, try one of the many apartment complexes on the same street.
Okay place to live the staff was very friendly includes cable in the rent for $10.00 they say it includes high speed internet on the contract and in the ad but there is literally no wifi. The swimming pool is nice I believe its about nine feet deep, it is across the street from basketball court, soccer field, and a lot of restaurants and shopping.I really like that they have a fitness center on site and I think its the best place a single person from outta town can stay for under $1000.00 in the Denver Aurora area.
